Objective Independent from noise exposure, noise sensitivity plays a pivotal role in people＇s noise annoyance perception and concomitant health deteriorations. The present study empirically investigated the psychometric properties of the Chinese version of the Weinstein Noise Sensitivity Scale-Short Form （CNSS-SF）, the widely used inventory measuring individual differences in noise *** In total, 373 Chinese participants （age = 21.41 ± 3.36） completed the online, anonymous questionnaire package. Examination of the CNSS-SF＇s reliability （internal consistency）, factorial validity through validation and cross-validation, nomological validity and measurement invariance across gender groups were *** The Cronbach alpha coefficients and composite reliabilities indicated sufficient reliability of the CNSS-SF. Two confirmatory factor analyses （CFA）, in two randomly partitioned groups of participants, substantiated the factorial validity of the scale. The nomological validity of the scale was also corroborated by the significant positive association of its score with the trait anxiety score. Measurement invariance of the CNSS-SF was also found across genders via multi-group *** Though not without limitations, findings from the present research provide promising evidence for the utility of the scale in measuring noise sensitivity among the Chinese population. The availability of the CNSS-SF can promote research related to environmental noise and health in China, as well as facilitate cross-cultural comparisons.

The dynamic mechanical behavior of a new kind of flexible epoxy FE-1,which was crosslinked under four different thermal crosslink conditions,was *** mechanical measurement was carried out from 10 ℃ to 120 ℃,and loss factor,tan δ and the storagemodulus as functions of temperature were presented under five different frequencies of 0.1 Hz, 1 Hz,5 Hz,50 Hz and 100 Hz. The experimental results show that temperature has dramatic effects on the dynamic mechanical behavior of flexible epoxy. Compared with other common available epoxy, the flexible epoxy has higher loss factor over broad frequency and common temperature range. Activation energy corresponding to glass transition process of FE-1 was calculated from the temperature corresponding to tan 8 rna~ values, obtained at different measurement frequencies. The maximum value of loss factor is 0.75 and the Tg varies from 6 ℃ to 50 ℃, indicating the flexible epoxy can be used as damping polymer materials at common temperature or frequency range.

A supported Pt/Al2O3 catalyst was prepared by immobilizing preformed colloidal Pt nanoparticles on Al2O3. The particle size and size distribution of Pt particles on Al2O3 remained the same as the colloidal nanoparticles. Selective hydrogenation of o-chloronitrobenzene to ochloroaniline was performed on the as-prepared Pt/Al2O3 nanocatalyst without using any solvent and 88.5% selectivity to o-chloroaniline at98.2% conversion of o-chloronitrobenzene was achieved. Further catalytic experiments with metal cation modification showed that some metal cations could improve the activity in various degrees while maintaining the high selectivity. Especially, 99.8% selectivity to o-chloroaniline at 100% conversion was attained with Sn4+.

Efficient data storage and query processing systems play a vital role in many different research *** technology and distributed ledgers attract massive attention and trigger multiple projects in various ***,blockchain still lacks the features of a Database Management System(DBMS or simply databases),such as high throughput,low latency,and high *** that purpose,there have been many proposed approaches for handling data storage and query processing solutions in the *** paper presents a complete overview of many different DBMS types and how these systems can be used to implement,enhance,and further improve blockchain *** concretely,we give an overview of 10 transactional,an extensive overview of 14 analytical,9 hybrids,i.e.,translytical,and 13 blockchain *** explain how database technology has influenced the development of blockchain technology by unlocking different features,such as Atomicity,Consistency,Isolation,and Durability(ACID),transaction consistency,rich queries,real-time analysis,and low *** a relaxation approach analogous to the one used to prove the Consistency,Availability,Partition tolerance(CAP)-theorem,we postulate a“Decentralization,Consistency,and Scalability(DCS)-satisfiability conjecture”and give concrete strategies for achieving the relaxed DCS *** also provide an overview of the different DBMSs,emphasizing their architecture,storage manager,query processing,and implementation.

Transformation texture is normally different to deformation and recrystallization textures,thus influencing materials properties *** deformation and recrystallization are often inseparable to transformation in materials which shows a variety in types such as diffusional or non-diffusional transformations,different phenomena or rules of strengthening transformation textures *** paper summarizes the complicated phenomena and rules by comparison of a lot of authors’published and unpublished data collected from mainly electrical steels,high manganese steels and pure titanium *** kinds of influencing deformation are identified,namely the dynamic transformation with concurrent deformation and transformation,the transformation preceded by deformation and recrystallization and the surface effect induced transformation,and the textures related with them develop in different *** is stressed that surface effect induced transformation is particularly effective to enhance transformation *** is also shown that the materials properties are also improved by controlled transformation textures,in particular in electrical *** is hoped that these phenomena and processing techniques are beneficial to the establishment of transformation texture theory and property improvement in practice.

The topological magnetoelectric effect （TME） is a hallmark response of the topological field theory,which provides a paradigm shift in the study of emergent topological ***,its direct observation is yet to be realized due to the demanding magnetic configuration required to gap all surface ***,we theoretically propose that axion insulators with a simple ferromagnetic configuration,such as the MnBi2Te4/（Bi2Te3）nfamily,provide an ideal playground to realize the *** the designed triangular prism geometry,all the surface states are magnetically *** a vertical electric field,the surface Hall currents give rise to a nearly half-quantized orbital moment,accompanied by a gapless chiral hinge mode circulating in ***,the orbital magnetization from the two topological origins can be easily distinguished by reversing the electric *** work paves the way for direct observation of the TME in realistic axion-insulator materials.

The pathogenesis of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy(HCM)is very complicated,particularly regarding the role of circular RNA(circRNA).This research pays special attention to the relationships of the circRNA-mediated network,including RNA-RNA relationships and RNA-RNA binding protein(RNA-RBP)*** use the parameter framework technology proposed in this paper to screen differentially expressed circRNA,messenger RNA(mRNA),and microRNA(miRNA)from the expression profile of samples related to *** 31 pairs of circRNA and mRNA relationship pairs were extracted,combined with the miRNA targeting database;145 miRNA-mRNA relationship pairs were extracted;268 circRNA-mRNA-miRNA triads were established through the common mRNA in the 2 types of relationship ***,268 circRNA-miRNA regulatory relationships were deduced and 30 circRNARBP relationship pairs were analyzed at the protein *** this basis,a circRNA-mediated regulatory network corresponding to the two levels of RNA-RNA and RNA-RBP was *** then the roles of circRNA in HCM were analyzed through circRNA-mRNA,circRNA-miRNA,and circRNA-RBP,and the possible role in disease development mas inferred.

Given two 2-D meshes M//1 and M//2 of sizes s//i multiplied by t//i where s//i less than equivalent to t//i(i equals 1,2) and s//1 multiplied by t//1 equals s//2 multiplied by t//2, embedding M//1 to M//2 with minimum dilation is studied. First, several lower bounds on the dilations of embedding in different cases are presented. Then, an embedding algorithm with dilation [s//1/s//2] plus 2 for the case s//1 less than equivalent to s//2 is proposed, which almost matches the lower bound [s//1/s//2] . For the case s//1 less than s//2, another embedding algorithm is given with dilation min left brace zeta (s//1, h prime ), zeta (s//2, s//1) right brace , where zeta (s//1, h prime ) equals min left brace zeta (s//1, phi (s//2, s//1)), zeta (t//1, phi (t//2, s//1)) right brace . With the rapid growth of manuscript submissions,finding eligible reviewers for every submission has become a heavy *** systems are powerful tools developed in computer science and information science to deal with this ***,most existing approaches resort to text mining techniques to match manuscripts with potential reviewers,which require high-quality textual information to perform *** this paper,we propose a reviewer recommendation algorithm based on a network diffusion process on a scholar-paper multilayer network,with no requirement for textual *** network incorporates the relationship of scholar-paper pairs,the collaboration among scholars,and the bibliographic coupling among *** results show that our proposed algorithm outperforms other state-of-the-art recommendation methods that use graph random walk and matrix factorization and methods that use machine learning and natural language processing,with improvements of over 7.62%in recall,5.66%in hit rate,and 47.53%in ranking *** work sheds light on the effectiveness of multilayer network diffusion-based methods in the reviewer recommendation problem,which will help to facilitate the peer-review process and promote information retrieval research in other practical scenes.
