Seedling Raising of Moringa oleifera in Chongqing

The tests of raising seedlings of Moringa oleifera were carried out in autumn and spring in *** results showed that in the case of container seedling raising,the seedling emergence rate in autumn was 90%.Due to the large humidity and extreme weather,and the limited management conditions such as ventilation,the seedlings suffered from serious diseases,and the preservation rate was only 30%.The emergence rate was 91% in the spring of 2017,and the seedlings had unanimous ***,the seedling preservation rate dropped to 75% due to *** the spring of 2018,the emergence rate was 93%,and the seedlings also had unanimous *** the end of May,the seedlings had grown to 15 cm *** addition,in the field seedling raising in 2017 and 2018,the seedlings showed unanimous growth with the emergence rate of 88% and 90%,respectively,and the seedlings grew into 30 cm high with good growth conditions in May.

This article describes the design and creation of a remote monitoring and control system based on GSM(Global System for Mobile)communications technology for monitoring the key parameters of a *** are widely used for the conversion of organic materials into biogas,thereby contributing to renewable energy production and organic waste ***,real-time monitoring and regulation of parameters such as temperature,humidity,product gas level,pH are essential to ensure the efficiency and safety of the digestion *** created the device for remote control of the operating parameters of the biodigester using an Arduino card,a DHT11 sensor,a pH sensor,a GSM module and a 2×16 LCD(Liquide-Crystal-Display)display.A biodigester(4.5 L plastic container)and accessories were *** experimental device created made it possible to remotely monitor the evolution of the temperature,humidity,the gas produced as well as the pH in the digester loaded with cow dung,for 45 *** of the real-time evolution of the parameters measured by the device produced showed the same results as those carried out locally by the usual instruments,with a correlation coefficient of around 98%.During this digestion period,the temperature provided by the sensor varied from 25°C to 37°C(mesophilic mode)and the humidity levels varied from 70%to 95%.The results obtained show the reliability of the device *** research represents a significant advance in the management of biodigestion *** offers a powerful tool to maximize biogas production,reduce maintenance costs,minimize environmental impact and contribute to the transition to cleaner,renewable energy.

HIV counseling and testing(HCT)has become paramount in the prevention and control of HIV/AIDS ***,the uptake of HCT has been very slow globally,especially in sub-Saharan *** nurses formed the largest group undergoing health care training in the country compared to doctors and other health *** to WHO,they are part of the most vulnerable group to HIV infection,judging by the fact that they interact more with patients/clients than other healthcare *** study aimed to determine the prevalence of HCT uptake,knowledge,and attitude and evaluate influencing factors among student nurses and midwives in public nursing *** institutional-based cross-sectional study design was employed to collect data from 305 randomly selected nursing students and midwives using a validated and reliable self-administered *** statistics(percentages,mean and standard deviation)and inferential statistics(chi square,logistics regression,one-way ANOVA and independent samples t-test)were used for data analysis using SPSS version 25.0.A p-value<0.05 was considered for statistical *** of the 305 students recruited for the study,60.98%were females,with a mean age of 25.5 years *** 58.4%of the participants had tested for HIV in the *** 95.7%acknowledged the importance of HCT in the prevention and control of HIV/*** uptake among student nurses and midwives was influenced by factors ranging from an individual that are interpersonal challenges(such as concerns of friends),perceived susceptibility to the disease,lack of confidentiality,stigma and discrimination from health service ***,these barriers can be addressed through an organized targeted health education intervention and advocacy programs across health training institutions in the Gambia and beyond.

BACKGROUND Mesenchymal stromal cell(MSC)-based cellular therapy promotes type I collagen production,enhance mechanical strength of tissues,and enhance biology at the bone-tendon interface,which primarily explains their potential clinical utility in rotator cuff(RC)*** To analyze the efficacy and safety of cellular therapy utilizing MSCs in the management of RC tears from clinical studies available in the *** We conducted independent and duplicate electronic database searches including PubMed,Embase,Reference Citation Anallysis,Web of Science,and Cochrane Library in August 2021 for studies analyzing the efficacy and safety of cellular therapy(CT)utilizing MSCs in the management of RC *** Analog Score(VAS)score for pain,American Shoulder and Elbow Surgeons(ASES)score,Disability of the Arm,Shoulder,and Hand score,Constant score,radiological assessment of healing,and complications such as retear rate and adverse events were the outcomes *** was performed in R-platform using OpenMeta[Analyst]*** Six studies involving 238 patients were included for *** noted a significant reduction in VAS score for pain at 3 mo(weighed mean difference[WMD]=-2.234,P<0.001)and 6 mo(WMD=-3.078,P<0.001)with the use of CT,which was not maintained at long-term follow-up(WMD=-0.749,P=0.544).Concerning functional outcomes,utilization of CT produced a significant shortterm improvement in the ASES score(WMD=17.090,P<0.001)and significant benefit in functional scores such as Constant score(WMD=0.833,P=0.760)at long-term ***,we also observed significantly improved radiological tendon healing during the longterm follow-up(odds ratio[OR]=3.252,P=0.059).We also noted a significant reduction in the retear rate upon utilization of CT in RC tears both at short-(OR=0.079,P=0.032)and long-term(OR=0.434,P=0.027)*** did not observe any significant increase in the adverse events directly related to cellular therapy,as comp

Despite great progress in data sharing that has been made in China in recent decades,cultural,policy,and technological challenges have prevented Chinese researchers from maximizing the availability of their data to the global change science *** achieve full and open exchange and sharing of scientific data,Chinese research funding agencies need to recognize that preserva-tion of,and access to,digital data are central to their mission,and must support these tasks *** Chinese government also needs to develop better mechanisms,incentives,and rewards,while scientists need to change their behavior and culture to recognize the need to maximize the usefulness of their data to society as well as to other *** Chinese research communi-ty and individual researchers should think globally and act personally to promote a paradigm of open,free,and timely data sharing,and to increase the effectiveness of knowledge development.

The essential role of phosphorus(P)for agriculture and its impact on water quality has received decades of research ***,the benefits of sustainable P use and management for society due to its downstream impacts on multiple ecosystem services are rarely *** propose a conceptual framework-the“phosphorus-ecosystem services cascade”(PESC)-to integrate the key ecosystem processes and functions that moderate the relationship between P released to the environment from human actions and ecosystem services at distinct spatial and temporal *** pathways in the cascade via soil and aquatic processes link anthropogenic P to biodiversity and multiple services,including recreation,drinking water provision,and *** anthropogenic P cascades through catchments,it often shifts from a subsidy to a stressor of ecosystem *** stewardship can have emergent ecosystem service co-benefits due to synergies with other societal or management goals(e.g.,recycling of livestock manures and organic wastes could impact soil carbon storage).Applying the PESC framework,we identify key research priorities to align P stewardship with the management of multiple ecosystem services,such as incorporating additional services into agri-environmental P indices,assessing how widespread recycling of organic P sources could differentially impact agricultural yields and water quality,and accounting for shifting baselines in P stewardship due to climate ***,P impacts depend on site-specific agricultural and biogeophysical contexts,so greater precision in targeting stewardship strategies to specific locations would help to optimize for ecosystem services and to more effectively internalize the downstream costs of farm nutrient management.
