Many respiratory infections around the world have been caused by ***-19 is one of the most serious coronaviruses due to its rapid spread between people and the lowest survival *** is a high need for computer-assisted diagnostics(CAD)in the area of artificial intelligence to help doctors and radiologists identify COVID-19 patients in cloud *** learning(ML)has been used to examine chest X-ray *** this paper,a new transfer learning-based optimized extreme deep learning paradigm is proposed to identify the chest X-ray picture into three classes,a pneumonia patient,a COVID-19 patient,or a normal ***,three different pre-trainedConvolutionalNeuralNetwork(CNN)models(resnet18,resnet25,densenet201)are employed for deep feature ***,each feature vector is passed through the binary Butterfly optimization algorithm(bBOA)to reduce the redundant features and extract the most representative ones,and enhance the performance of the CNN *** selective features are then passed to an improved Extreme learning machine(ELM)using a BOA to classify the chest X-ray *** proposed paradigm achieves a 99.48%accuracy in detecting covid-19 cases.

Multimode fibers (MMFs) have great potential for endoscopic imaging due to the high number of modes and a small core diameter. Deep learning based on neural networks has received increasing attention in the field of scattering image reconstruction. However， most studies focus on designing complex network architectures to improve reconstruction， but these network models struggle to reconstruct images in a weak laser field. In the paper， a lightweight generative adversarial network model combined with a histogram specification algorithm is designed to reconstruct speckles in the weak laser field through MMF. Experimental results show that the reconstruction results of our algorithm have better metrics. Moreover， the model demonstrates excellent cross-domain generalization ability with regards to the Fashion-MNIST dataset. It is worth mentioning that we found that the speckles after inactivation still retain the ability to be reconstructed， which enhances the robustness of the model

Seal authentication is an important task for verifying the authenticity of stamped seals used in various domains to protect legal documents from tampering and *** seal inspection is commonly audited manually to ensure document ***,manual assessment of seal images is tedious and laborintensive due to human errors,inconsistent placement,and completeness of the *** image recognition systems are inadequate enough to identify seal types accurately,necessitating a neural network-based method for seal image ***,neural network-based classification algorithms,such as Residual Networks(ResNet)andVisualGeometryGroup with 16 layers(VGG16)yield suboptimal recognition rates on stamp ***,the fixed training data categories make handling new categories to be a challenging *** paper proposes amulti-stage seal recognition algorithmbased on Siamese network to overcome these ***,the seal image is pre-processed by applying an image rotation correction module based on Histogram of Oriented Gradients(HOG).Secondly,the similarity between input seal image pairs is measured by utilizing a similarity comparison module based on the Siamese ***,we compare the results with the pre-stored standard seal template images in the database to obtain the seal *** evaluate the performance of the proposed method,we further create a new seal image dataset that contains two subsets with 210,000 valid labeled pairs in *** proposed work has a practical significance in industries where automatic seal authentication is essential as in legal,financial,and governmental sectors,where automatic seal recognition can enhance document security and streamline validation ***,the experimental results show that the proposed multi-stage method for seal image recognition outperforms state-of-the-art methods on the two established datasets.

The previously known frameworks describing the consistency of support vector machine classification(SVMC) algorithm are usually based on the assumption of independent and identically distributed(i.i.d.) *** this paper we go far beyond these classical frameworks by studying the consistency of SVMC algorithm with uniformly ergodic Markov chain samples based on linear prediction *** establish the bound on the consistency of SVMC algorithm with uniformly ergodic Markov chain samples,and show that SVMC algorithm with uniformly ergodic Markov chain samples is *** by the idea from Markov chain Monto Carlo(MCMC) methods,we introduce a new Markov sampling algorithm for classification to generate uniformly ergodic Markov chain samples from large data set,and present numerical studies on simulated data and benchmark repository using SVMC algorithm.

Renewable Energy systems(RES)provide a sustainable solution to climate warming and environmental pollution by enhancing stability and reliability through status acquisition and analysis on cloud platforms and intelligent processing on edge servers(ES).However,securely distributing encrypted data stored in the cloud to terminals that meet decryption requirements has become a prominent research ***,managing attributes,including addition,deletion,and modification,is a crucial issue in the access control scheme for *** address these security concerns,a trust-based ciphertext-policy attribute-based encryption(CP-ABE)device access control scheme is proposed for RES(TB-CP-ABE).This scheme effectivelymanages the distribution and control of encrypted data on the cloud through robust attribute key *** introducing trust management mechanisms and outsourced decryption technology,the ES system can effectively assess and manage the trust worthiness of terminal devices,ensuring that only trusted devices can participate in data exchange and access sensitive ***,the ES system dynamically evaluates trust scores to set decryption trust thresholds,thereby regulating device data access permissions and enhancing the system’s *** validate the security of the proposed TB-CP-ABE against chosen plaintext attacks,a comprehensive formal security analysis is conducted using the widely accepted random oraclemodel under the decisional q-Bilinear Diffie-Hellman Exponent(q-BDHE)***,comparative analysis with other schemes demonstrates that the TB-CP-ABE scheme cuts energy/communication costs by 43%,and scaleswell with rising terminals,maintaining average latency below 50ms,ensuring real-time service *** proposed scheme not only provides newinsights for the secure management of RES but also lays a foundation for future secure energy solutions.

Myocardial perfusion imaging(MPI),which uses single-photon emission computed tomography(SPECT),is a well-known estimating tool for medical diagnosis,employing the classification of images to show situations in coronary artery disease(CAD).The automatic classification of SPECT images for different techniques has achieved near-optimal accuracy when using convolutional neural networks(CNNs).This paper uses a SPECT classification framework with three steps:1)Image denoising,2)Attenuation correction,and 3)Image *** denoising is done by a U-Net architecture that ensures effective image *** correction is implemented by a convolution neural network model that can remove the attenuation that affects the feature extraction process of ***,a novel multi-scale diluted convolution(MSDC)network is *** merges the features extracted in different scales and makes the model learn the features more *** scales of filters with size 3×3 are used to extract *** three steps are compared with state-of-the-art *** proposed denoising architecture ensures a high-quality image with the highest peak signal-to-noise ratio(PSNR)value of *** proposed classification method is compared with the five different CNN models,and the proposed method ensures better classification with an accuracy of 96%,precision of 87%,sensitivity of 87%,specificity of 89%,and F1-score of 87%.To demonstrate the importance of preprocessing,the classification model was analyzed without denoising and attenuation correction.

Software Agent with Reinforcement Learning Approach for Medical Image Segmentation

Many image segmentation solutions are problem-based. Medical images have very similar grey level and texture among the interested objects. Therefore, medical image segmentation requires improvements although there have been researches done since the last few decades. We design a self-learning framework to extract several objects of interest simultaneously from Computed Tomography （CT） images. Our segmentation method has a learning phase that is based on reinforcement learning （RL） system. Each RL agent works on a particular sub-image of an input image to find a suitable value for each object in it. The RL system is define by state, action and reward. We defined some actions for each state in the sub-image. A reward function computes reward for each action of the RL agent. Finally, the valuable information, from discovering all states of the interest objects, will be stored in a Q-matrix and the final result can be applied in segmentation of similar images. The experimental results for cranial CT images demonstrated segmentation accuracy above 95%.
