Problems of thermodynamic phase transition originate inherently in solidification, combustion and various other significant fields. If the transition region among two locally stable phases is adequately narrow, the dynamics can be modeled by an interface motion. This paper is devoted to exhaustive analysis of the invariant solutions for a modified Kuramoto-Sivashinsky equation in two spatial and one temporal dimensions is presented. This nonlinear partial differential equation asymptotically characterizes near planar interfaces, which are marginally long-wave unstable. For this purpose, by applying the classical symmetry method for this model the classical symmetry operators are ***, the structure of the Lie algebra of symmetries is discussed and the optimal system of subalgebras, which yields the preliminary classification of group invariant solutions is constructed. Mainly, the Lie invariants corresponding to the infinitesimal symmetry generators as well as associated similarity reduced equations are also pointed out. Furthermore,the nonclassical symmetries of this nonlinear PDE are also comprehensively investigated.

Early identification and treatment of stroke can greatly improve patient outcomes and quality of *** clinical tests such as the Cincinnati Pre-hospital Stroke Scale(CPSS)and the Face Arm Speech Test(FAST)are commonly used for stroke screening,accurate administration is dependent on specialized *** this study,we proposed a novel multimodal deep learning approach,based on the FAST,for assessing suspected stroke patients exhibiting symptoms such as limb weakness,facial paresis,and speech disorders in acute *** collected a dataset comprising videos and audio recordings of emergency room patients performing designated limb movements,facial expressions,and speech tests based on the *** compared the constructed deep learning model,which was designed to process multi-modal datasets,with six prior models that achieved good action classification performance,including the I3D,SlowFast,X3D,TPN,TimeSformer,and *** found that the findings of our deep learning model had a higher clinical value compared with the other ***,the multi-modal model outperformed its single-module variants,highlighting the benefit of utilizing multiple types of patient data,such as action videos and speech *** results indicate that a multi-modal deep learning model combined with the FAST could greatly improve the accuracy and sensitivity of early stroke identification of stroke,thus providing a practical and powerful tool for assessing stroke patients in an emergency clinical setting.

Extensive neurodegeneration is a hallmark of traumatic spinal cord injury (SCI) that underlies permanent sensorimotor and autonomic impairments (Alizadeh et al.,2019).Following the primary impact,the spinal cord undergoes a cascade of secondary injury mechanisms that are driven by disruption of the blood-spinal cord ba rrier,vascula r inju ry,glial reactivity,neu roinfla mmation,oxidative stress,lipid peroxidation,and glutamate excitotoxicity that culminate in neuronal and oligodendroglial cell death,demyelination,and axonal damage(Alizadeh et al.,2019).To achieve a meaningful functional recovery after SCI,regeneration of new neurons and oligodendrocytes and their successful growth and integration within the neural network are critical steps for reconstructing the damaged spinal cord tissue (Fischer et al.,2020).

This paper deals with the initial-value problem of nonlinear evolution inclusions of the form dB（u）/dt ＋ A（u） f, v0 ∈ B（u）（0）, where the operator B is induced by a subgradient and A is pseudomonotone. Existence theorem is established via the time discretization technique and the regularization method. In contrast to the previous results, here we impose a weaker coerciveness condition on A and remove the strong monotonicity from B.

This paper introduces a Gray map from （Fp ＋ vFp）n to F2pn, and describes the relationship between codes over Fp ＋ vFp and their Gray images. The authors prove that every cyclic code of arbitrary length n over Fp ＋ vFp is principal, and determine its generator polynomial as well as the number of cyclic codes. Moreover, the authors obtain many best-known p-ary quasic-cyclic codes in terms of their parameters via the Gray map.

The growing need for sustainable energy solutions,driven by rising energy shortages,environmental concerns,and the depletion of conventional energy sources,has led to a significant focus on renewable *** energy,among the various renewable sources,is particularly appealing due to its abundant ***,the efficiency of commercial solar photovoltaic(PV)modules is hindered by several factors,notably their conversion efficiency,which averages around 19%.This efficiency can further decline to 10%–16%due to temperature increases during peak sunlight *** study investigates the cooling of PV modules by applying water to their front surface through Computational fluid dynamics(CFD).The study aimed to determine the optimal conditions for cooling the PV module by analyzing the interplay between water film thickness,Reynolds number,and their effects on temperature reduction and heat *** CFD analysis revealed that the most effective cooling condition occurred with a 5 mm thick water film and a Reynolds number of *** specific parameters were found to maximize the heat transfer and temperature reduction *** finding is crucial for the development of practical and efficient cooling systems for PV modules,potentially leading to improved performance and longevity of solar *** cooling fluids or advanced cooling techniques that might offer even better efficiency or practical benefits.

This paper studies a defined contribution(DC)pension fund investment problem with return of premiums clauses in a stochastic interest rate and stochastic volatility *** practice,most of pension plans were subject to the return of premiums clauses to protect the rights of pension members who died before *** the mathematical modeling,we assume that a part of pension members could withdraw their premiums if they died before retirement and surviving members could equally share the difference between accumulated contributions and returned *** suppose that the financial market consists of a risk-free asset,a stock,and a zero-coupon *** interest rate is driven by a stochastic affine interest rate model and the stock price follows the Heston’s stochastic volatility model with stochastic interest *** fund managers have different risk preferences,and the hyperbolic absolute risk aversion(HARA)utility function is a general one including a power utility,an exponential utility,and a logarithm utility as special *** are concerned with an optimal portfolio to maximize the expected utility of terminal wealth by choosing the HARA utility function in the *** using the principle of dynamic programming and Legendre transform-dual theory,we obtain explicit solutions of optimal *** special cases are also derived in ***,a numerical simulation is provided to illustrate our results.
