The kinetic analysis of optimization and selective transportation of Cu(Ⅱ)ions with TNOA as carrier by MDLM system

This study covers the transportation of Cu（Ⅱ） ions by multi-dropped liquid membrane（MDLM） system and tri-noctylamine（TNOA） as carrier in kerosene. Batch experiments are held to obtain optimum conditions for the transportation of Cu（Ⅱ） ions such as volume of donor, organic, and acceptor phase 100 ml, pH of donor phase9.00, temperature 298.15 K, concentration of H2SO4 in acceptor phase 1.00 mol·L^-1, concentration of TNOA in organic phase 5.00 × 10^-3mol·L^-1and rate of peristaltic pump 50 ml·min^-1. Optimum circumstances of this extraction are as follows： pH of donor phase is 9.00, concentration of TNOA is 5.00 × 10^-3mol·L^-1,1.00 mol·L^-1H2SO4 as acceptor phase, and flux rate is 50 ml·min^-1. Cu（Ⅱ） ion transportation is consecutive first order irreversible reaction. Activation energy is found as 5.22 kcal·mol^-1（21.82 kJ·mol^-1, this process is called as diffusion controlled system. Selective transportation of Cu（Ⅱ） ions with alkaline, alkaline earth, and different heavy metal ions at optimum conditions of single Cu（Ⅱ） extraction was conducted. According to the selective transportation Cu（Ⅱ） ions with alkaline and alkaline earth metal ions, Na^＋, K^＋, and Ba^2＋ions are not detected in the acceptor phase, but 12.00% of Ca-（2＋）ions is transported from donor phase to acceptor phase. At the end of the simultaneous extraction of Zn（Ⅱ）, Fe（Ⅲ）, and Mo（Ⅵ） with Cu（Ⅱ） ions, 2.20% of Mo（Ⅵ）, 0.80% of Fe（Ⅲ） and 3.60% of Zn（Ⅱ） are detected in the acceptor phase.

In this article, the geometry of the slant submanifolds of a Riemannian product manifold is studied. Some necessary and sufficient conditions on slant, bi-slant and semi-slant submanifolds are given. We research fundamental properties of the distributions which are involved in definitions of semi- and bi-slant submanifolds in a Riemannian product manifold.

Synthesis of Some N-Alkoxycarbonyl-N″-benzoyl-benzamidrazones（p-toluamidrazones） and 1,3,5-Trisubstituted 1,2,4-Triazole Derivatives from N-Benzoylimidates and their Antimicrobial and Anticancer Screening Studies

Some new N-alkoxycarbonyl-N″-benzoyl-benzamidrazones （p-toluamidrazones） 3a-3d, and 1,3,5-trisubstituted 1,2,4-triazole 4a-4h derivatives by starting from N-benzoylbenzimidates or N-benzoyl-p-toluimidates. The structures of compounds 3 and 4 were established on the basis of elemental analyses, IR, ^1H NMR, ^13C NMR and UV data. Antimicrobial experiments of the compounds performed by using agar-well diffusion and broth microdilution methods revealed that only compounds 3a-3d, 4a and 4b showed inhibitory effect only on Candida albicans ATCC 60193. However, compound 4b had also specific antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 25923. The other compounds showed neither antifungal nor antibacterial activities. Compounds 3a, 4a and 4b have been screened on three human tumor cell lines, breast cancer （MCF7）, non small cell lung cancer （NCI-H460）, and CNS cancer （SF-268） at the National Cancer Institute （NCI）, USA, which were found to exhibit low antiproliferative activity.

Calculation of Radii and Density of ^(7-19)B Isotopes Using Effective Skyrme Force

Abstract In this study, the proton and neutron densities, charge densities, rms nuclear charge radii, rms nuclear mass radii, rms nuclear proton, neutron radii, and neutron skin thickness are calculated by using Harfree-Fock method with an effective nucleon-nucleon Skyrme interactions with SⅠ, SⅡ, SⅣ, T3, SKM, and SKM^＊ parameters. These nuclear properties for the neutron-rich isotopes of B （Boron） are presented. The calculated results are compared with the experimental and theoretical results of other researchers.

Unified treatment of one-range addition theorems for integer and non-integer n-STO, -GTO and -generalized exponential type orbitals with hyperbolic cosine in position, momentum and four-dimensional spaces

Simpler formulas are derived for one-range addition theorems for the integer and noninteger n generalized ex- ponential type orbitals, momentum space orbitals, and hyperspherical harmonics with hyperbolic cosine （GETO HC, GMSO HC, and GHSH HC） in position, momentum and four-dimensional spaces, respectively. The final results are expressed in terms of one-range addition theorems of complete orthonormal sets of Ca-exponential type orbitals, Ca- momentum space orbitals and za-hyperspherical harmonics. We notice that the one-range addition theorems for integer and noninteger n-Slater type orbitals and Gaussian type orbitals in position, momentum and four dimensional spaces are special cases of GETO HC, GMSO HC, and GHSH HC. The theorems presented can be useful in the accurate study of the electronic structure of atomic and molecular systems.

Analytical evaluation of the plasma dispersion function for a Fermi-Dirac distribution

Leaching kinetics of celestite in nitric acid solutions

In this study, strontium nitrate extraction from celestite in nitric acid solutions was investigated using the leaching method. The influences of acid concentration, solid-to-liquid ratio, stirring speed, and reaction temperature on the leaching of strontium from celestite concentrate were studied. The results showed that the leaching rate increased with increasing acid concentration, stirring speed, and temperature and decreased with increasing solid-to-liquid ratio. The particle size was fixed in all of the dissolution experiments. The results showed that the stirring speed and the temperature were the most influential parameters with respect to the leaching process. The kinetic model best fit control by diffusion through the product layer. The activation energy of the dissolution celestite in nitric acid solutions was calculated to be 42.22 kJ/mol.

Some Remarks Concerning Hyperholomorphic B-Manifolds

The authors consider a differentiable manifold with H-structure which is an isomorphic representation of an associative, commutative and unitial algebra. For Riemannian metric tensor fields, the φ-operators associated with r-regular H-structure are introduced. With the help of φ-operators, the hyperholomorphity condition of B-manifolds is established.

In this article, we investigate the existence of Pseudo solutions for some fractional order boundary value problem with integral boundary conditions in the Banach space of continuous function equipped with its weak topology. The class of such problems constitute a very interesting and important class of problems. They include two, three, multi-point and nonlocal boundary-value problems as special cases. In our investigation, the right hand side of the above problem is assumed to be Pettis integrable function. To encompass the full scope of this article, we give an example illustrating the main result.

Determination of Some Trace Metals in Environmental Samples by Flame AAS Following Solid Phase Extraction with Amberlite XAD-2000 Resin after Complexing with 8-Hydroxyquinoline

A procedure for preconcentration of Mn（Ⅱ）, Fe（Ⅱ）, Co（H）, Cu（Ⅱ）, Cd（Ⅱ）, Zn（Ⅱ）, Pb（Ⅱ） and Ni（Ⅱ） based on retention of their complexes with 8-hydroxyquinoline （HQ） on Amberlite XAD-2000 resin in a column was proposed for the analysis of environmental samples by flame AAS. Various parameters such as pH, eluent type, volume, concentration, flow rate and volume of sample solution, and matrix interference effect on the retention of the metal ions were investigated. The optimum pHs for the retention of metal complexes in question were about 6 except for Mn^2＋ for whose value is 8. The loading capacity of the adsorbent for these metals and their recoveries from the resin under the optimum conditions were in the range 6.82-9.26 mg·g^-1 and 95%-101%, respectively. The enrichment factor was calculated as 100 and the limit of detection was in the range 0.3-2.2 μg·L^-1 （n=20, blank＋ 3s）. The proposed enrichment method was applied to tap water, stream water and vegetable samples. The validation of the procedure was carried out by analysis of certified reference material and standard addition. The analytes were determined with a relative standard deviation lower than 6% in all samples.
