Using the tanh method and a variable separated ordinary difference equation method to solve the double sineGordon equation, we derive some new exact travelling wave solutions, especially a new type of noncontinuous solitary wave solutions. These noncontinuous solitary wave solutions are verified by using the conservation law theory.

In order to investigate the characteristics and mechanisms of subthreshold voltage hysteresis(ΔV_(th,sub)) of 4 H-SiC metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistors(MOSFETs),4 H-SiC planar and trench MOSFETs and corresponding P-type planar and trench metal-oxide-semiconductor(MOS) capacitors are fabricated and *** with planar MOSFEF,the trench MOSFET shows hardly larger ΔV_(th,sub) in wide temperature range from 25 0 C to 300 0 *** operating temperature range is from 25 ℃ to 300 ℃,the off-state negative V_(gs) of planar and trench MOSFETs should be safely above-4 V and-2 V,respectively,to alleviate the effect of ΔV_(th,sub) on the normal *** the help of P-type planar and trench MOS capacitors,it is confirmed that the obvious ΔV_(th,sub) of 4 H-SiC MOSFET originates from the high density of the hole interface traps between intrinsic Fermi energy level(E_(i)) and valence band(E_(v)).The maximumΔV_(th,sub) of trench MOSFET is about twelve times larger than that of planar MOSFET,owing to higher density of interface states(D_(it)) between E_(i) and E_(v).These research results will be very helpful for the application of 4 H-SiC MOSFET and the improvement of ΔV_(th,sub) of 4 H-SiC MOSFET,especially in 4 H-SiC trench MOSFET.

We propose a new counterfactual quantum cryptography protocol concerning about distributing a deterministic *** adding a controlled blocking operation module to the original protocol [***,***.103(2009) 230501],the correlation between the polarizations of the two parties,Alice and Bob,is extended,therefore,one can distribute both deterministic keys and random ones using our *** have also given a simple proof of the security of our protocol using the technique we ever applied to the original *** importantly,our analysis produces a bound tighter than the existing ones.

Based on the naive quark model, we calculate angular distributions for heavy quarkonium decays into pN＊（1440）, decuplet baryon pairs, and octet-decuplet baryon pairs. The general formulae of angular distributions are given explicitly. Quark mass effects on the violation of the helicity conservation and the prospect to look for them in J/ψ hadronic decays are discussed.

Recently,piezoelectric/triboelectric nanogenerators based on piezoelectric composite materials have been intensively studied to achieve high electrical output *** this work,flexible BaTiO_(3)(BT)/PDMS nanocomposite films with various sizes and concentrations were fabricated and used as the *** influence of dielectric properties on the electrical output of nanogenerators was studied as well as the structure of the *** dielectric constant increased from 6.5 to 8 with the concentration of BT nanoparticles and decreased with the frequency from 10^(2) to 10^(6) ***,the dielectric constant showed 11% decrease with the temperature range from 30 to 180℃.It was found that the concentration of BT nanoparticles has promoted the electrical output of *** output voltage and current are all enhanced with the BT nanoparticles,which reached 200 V and 0.24μA in TENG with 40 wt% BT nanoparticles,*** selected device exhibited the power of 0.16 mW and employed to demonstrate its ability to power wearable/portable electronics by lighting the LEDs.

Different types of nuclear parameters and corrosion behavior were deduced for carbon steel(AISI 1018),austenitic(304 SS),and duplex(2507 SS)stainless steel *** types of neutron energies as well as nine gamma ray energy lines(121.78-1407.92 keV)were used to evaluate the macroscopic neutron cross-sections(∑,cm^-1)and mass attenuation coefficients[σ,cm^2·g^-1)of gamma ray *** corrosion behavior was investigated using different electrochemical *** results showed that the stainless-steel alloys had a good attitude than that of carbon steel alloy for neutron and gamma ray parameters,especially the duplex stainless *** calculated values of mass attenuation coefficient using WinXcom computer program(Version 3.1),exhibited a very good agreement with the experimental values of that ***,the results indicated that duplex stainless-steel exhibited corrosion resistance higher than 304 SS and AISI 1018 steel alloys.

Since the massless quantum electrodynamics in 2＋1 dimensions （QEDa） with nonzero gauge boson mass ζ can be used to explain some important traits of high-Tc superconductivity in planar cuprates, it is worthwhile to apply this model to analyze the nature of chiral phase transition at the critical value ζ. Based on the feature of chiral susceptibility, we show that the system at ζ exhibits a second-order phase transition which accords with the nature of appearance of the high-To superconductivity, and the estimated critical exponents around ζ are illustrated.

This paper presents a novel microstrip feedline structure to introduce an extra and controllable transmission zero（TZ）with high rejection for a narrowband filter. This structure loads a reconfigurable capacitor at the end of the input feedline without changing the main structure of the filter. The capacitor is recognized by a 2-bit inter-digital capacitor array. The asymmetrical microstrip feedline structure is suitable for multiple-pole filter designs. A low-loss six-pole high-temperature superconducting bandpass filter with a reconfigurable TZ is designed and fabricated. The center frequency of the filter is 5.22 GHz with TZ at the lower stopband. The TZ can be tuned among four different states. The out-of-band rejection at the TZ frequency is higher than 90 d B, and the insertion loss is lower than 0.92 d B. The measured results are consistent with the simulations.
