Numerical Procedure for Fractional HBV Infection with Impact of Antibody Immune

The current investigations are presented to solve the fractional order HBV differential infection system(FO-HBV-DIS)with the response of antibody immune using the optimization based stochastic schemes of the Levenberg-Marquardt backpropagation(LMB)neural networks(NNs),i.e.,*** FO-HBV-DIS with the response of antibody immune is categorized into five dynamics,healthy hepatocytes(H),capsids(D),infected hepatocytes(I),free virus(V)and antibodies(W).The investigations for three different FO variants have been tested numerically to solve the nonlinear *** data magnitudes are implemented 75%for training,10%for certification and 15%for testing to solve the FO-HBV-DIS with the response of antibody *** numerical observations are achieved using the stochastic LMBNNs procedures for soling the FO-HBV-DIS with the response of antibody immune and comparison of the results is presented through the database Adams-Bashforth-Moulton *** authenticate the validity,competence,consistency,capability and exactness of the LMBNNs,the numerical presentations using the mean square error(MSE),error histograms(EHs),state transitions(STs),correlation and regression are accomplished.

Essential oil of <i>Thymus vulgaris</i>L. and <i>Rosmarinus officinalis</i>L.: Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry analysis, cytotoxicity and antioxidant properties and antibacterial activities against foodborne pathogens

The essential oil composition of Thymus vulgaris L. and Rosmarinus officinalis L. endemic to France were determined by GC and GC-MS. Oils were assessed for their cytotoxic, antioxidant and antimicrobial activity. 31 and 37 different compounds were identified representing 99.64% and 99.38% of the thyme and rosemary oils respectively, where oxygenated monoterpenes constituted the main chemical class. Thymol (41.33%) and 1.8-cineole (24.10%) were identified as the main constituents of T. vulgaris L. and R. officinalis L., respectively. Essential oils (EOs) of selected plant species were evaluated for their in vitro cytotoxicity against the human lung adenocarcinoma epithelial cell line (A549). Cytotoxicity was measured using MTT [3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphynyltetra-zolium bromide] colorimetric assay. Dose-dependent studies revealed IC50 of 8.50 ± 0.01 μg/mL and 10.50 ± 0.01 μg/mL after 72 h on the A549 cells for R. officinalis L. and T. vulgaris L., respectively. Antioxidant activity was determined using a quantitative DPPH (1,1-diphenyl- 2-picryl hydrazyl) assay. Thymus and rosemary EOs exhibited effective radical scavenging capacity with 50% inhibitory concentration (IC50) of 437 ± 5.46 μg/mL and 189 ± 2.38 μg/mL respectively and therefore acts as a natural antioxidant agent. The antimicrobial activity of these species has also been studied against several foodborne pathogens and food isolated Salmonella spp. including S. enteritidis of significant importance. According to the results, T. vulgaris L. showed higher bactericidal effect than those from R. officinalis L. These results suggest that the essential oil from T. vulgaris L. and R. officinalis L. have potential to be used as a natural cytotoxic, antioxidant and antimicrobial agent in food processing.

The erratic supply of electricity in Nigeria has renewed interest in the utilisation of coal for energy selfsufficiency and diversification of the national energy *** this study,selected coal samples from three regions of the Benue Trough Basin were examined through pore water chemistry,X-ray diffraction(XRD),and thermosgravimetric analysis(TGA).The low pH observed for the Lower Benue Trough(LBT)coals indicates the release of sulphur and acids during *** analyses reveal quartz,kaolinite,montmorillonite,albite,pyrite,gypsum and sodium chlorate in the coal *** genetic kaolinite species identified in Imeagha(IMG)coal are detrital kaolinite and the highly crystalline neomorphic *** and jarosite minerals occurred in minor quantities in Garin Maiganga(GMG),whereas significant amount of pyrite was detected in Enugu(ENG)*** thermal degradation resulted in the residual mass(RM)ranging between 4.35%and 56.96%and mass losses(ML)between 43.04%and 95.65%due to the drying,devolatilization,and coke formation in the *** most reactive coal examined was GMG coal,whereas the least reactive was IMG ***(LMZ),GMG,and OKB coals are suited for electricity generation,whereas ENG and IMG coals can be utilised for cement production.

Moderation of hematological and plasma biochemical indices of subchronic salt-loaded rats,by an aqueous extract of the leaves of Acalypha wilkesiana 'Godseffiana' Muell Arg(Euphorbiaceae)

Objective:To investigate the effects of an aqueous leaf extract of Acalypha wilkesiana (***) on plasma chemistry and hematological indices of sub-chronic salt-loaded rate. Method:The control group received a diet consisting 100%of the commercial feed,while the four test groups were received a diet consisting 8%salt and 92%commercial feed all through, except for the reference treatment group that had its salt-loading discontinued after six weeks. The extract was orally administered daily at 200 and 250 mg/kg body weight;while the test control,reference and control groups received appropriate volumes of water by the same route. Results:The extract had no negative effects on markers of liver and kidney functions,produced hemoconcentration,significantly higher(Pmanagement of hypertension and suggesls that the extract may be a potassium sparing diuretic whose mechanism of antihypertensive action may be via alteration of plasma sodium and potassium balances or calcium mediated alteration in vascular muscle tone.

Continuous monitoring of the diameter and rings of woody plants is required to evaluate agroforestry products such as *** measurement is still widely used to monitor tree growth but it is *** addition,advanced equipment and software are available but they require technical skills and are costly for ***,we have developed a rapid and low-cost sensing system for estimating the diameters of woody *** apparatus includes a sensor and Internet of things(IoT)technology,which can be used under any network *** apparatus was tested with various trees and the results were compared with those obtained by manual *** findings using the newly developed system demonstrate a strong correlation(R2=0.99)with the manually performed *** rapid and low-cost diameter sensing system will be useful in the expansion of agroforestry sensing networks and beneficial to ***,the system will assist in informing foresters of potential problems in timely manner.

Formation and evolution of gas flow channels in the abutment pressure area

The permeability of coal ahead of the working face obviously changes dues to changes in abutment *** formation and evolution of gas flow channels within the abutment pressure area was studied by analyzing the fracture extension mechanism and fracture development in different zones of the abutment pressure *** and damage mechanics theory is used to understand the *** following two techniques were used to understand the evolution of gas flow channels:field observation of the characteristic fractures at different positions relative to the working face and fluorescence micrographs of prepared coal *** tensile fractures develop along an approximately vertical direction that forms a microscopic network of channels in areas of stress *** abutment pressure affects the local stress and,hence,the local gas *** fractures induced by large deformation and plastic flow form macroscopically networked channels in the reduced stress *** to the working face the gas flow channels evolve from microscopic to macroscopic and from isolated to *** permeability continuously increases during this *** is corroborated by field observations of the displacement of top coal and the gas flow from gas extraction drillings.

Calculation of Combustion Products by the New Iteration Method of Non-linear Equations

For a specific combustion problem involving calculations of several species at the equilibrium state, it is simpler to write a general computer program and calculate the combustion concentration. Original work describes, an adaptation of Newton-Raphson method was used for solving the highly nonlinear system of equations describing the formation of equilibrium products in reacting of fuel-additive-air mixtures. This study also shows what possible of the results. In this paper, to be present the efficient numerical algorithms for. solving the combustion problem, to be used nonlinear equations based on the iteration method and high order of the Taylor series. The modified Adomian decomposition method was applied to construct the numerical algorithms. Some numerical illustrations are given to show the efficiency of algorithms. Comparisons of results by the new Matlab routines and previous routines, the result data indicate that the new Matlab routines are reliable, typical deviations from previous results are less than 0.05%.

Assessment and management of immature facial scars by non-surgical methods
