After COP21,various economies start putting efforts to fulfill the pledge and achieve carbon *** doing so,scholars highlight several essential factors that can curb carbon *** this lieu,the current study analyzes the role of technological innovation,carbon finance,environmental awareness,urbanization,and green energy like renewable energy consumption(REC)and renewable energy output(REO)on carbon neutrality in E7 countries covering the time span of *** employing CUP-FM and CUP-BC,it is revealed that technological innovation,carbon finance,environmental awareness,urbanization,REC,and REO have a positive connection with carbon neutrality in E7 *** study provides guidelines to the policymakers in developing policies regarding to obtain carbon neutrality using technological innovation,carbon finance,environmental awareness,and green energy.

COVID-19 pandemic restrictions limited all social activities to curtail the spread of the *** foremost and most prime sector among those affected were schools,colleges,and *** education system of entire nations had shifted to online education during this *** shortcomings of Learning Management Systems(LMSs)were detected to support education in an online mode that spawned the research in Artificial Intelligence(AI)based tools that are being developed by the research community to improve the effectiveness of *** paper presents a detailed survey of the different enhancements to LMSs,which are led by key advances in the area of AI to enhance the real-time and non-real-time user *** AI-based enhancements proposed to the LMSs start from the Application layer and Presentation layer in the form of flipped classroom models for the efficient learning environment and appropriately designed UI/UX for efficient utilization of LMS utilities and resources,including AI-based *** layer enhancements are also required,such as AI-based online proctoring and user authentication using *** extend to the Transport layer to support real-time and rate adaptive encrypted video transmission for user security/privacy and satisfactory working of *** also needs the support of the Networking layer for IP-based geolocation features,the Virtual Private Network(VPN)feature,and the support of Software-Defined Networks(SDN)for optimum Quality of Service(QoS).Finally,in addition to these,non-real-time user experience is enhanced by other AI-based enhancements such as Plagiarism detection algorithms and Data Analytics.

The continuous rise in global environmental challenges has led to urgency toward establishing a secure framework to achieve sustainable development *** study establishes a novel theoretical framework to analyze the role of energy prices,energy consumption,gold prices and economic growth on environmental degradation in newly industrialized *** realize sustainable development goals and foster environmental defence,this study utilizes CS-ARDL as the main econometric approach to investigate the asymmetric association between environmental degradation and relevant *** also use AMG,CS-DL,Driscoll-Kray and FGLS to enhance the robustness of our *** econometric approach reveals that energy resource prices and renewable energy consumption reduce environmental degradation,while gold prices and fossil energy consumption elevate environmental *** also confirm the existence of the EKC *** findings of our extensive analysis paved the way for a welldesigned environmental policy for NIC economies should focus on renewable energy consumption,green investments,and structural changes.

The early implementation of treatment therapies necessitates the swift and precise identification of COVID-19 pneumonia by the analysis of chest CT *** study aims to investigate the indispensable need for precise and interpretable diagnostic tools for improving clinical decision-making for COVID-19 *** paper proposes a novel deep learning approach,called Conformer Network,for explainable discrimination of viral pneumonia depending on the lung Region of Infections(ROI)within a single modality radiographic CT ***,an efficient U-shaped transformer network is integrated for lung image ***,a robust transfer learning technique is introduced to design a robust feature extractor based on pre-trained lightweight Big Transfer(BiT-L)and finetuned on medical data to effectively learn the patterns of infection in the input ***,this work presents a visual explanation method to guarantee clinical explainability for decisions made by Conformer *** evaluation of real-world CT data demonstrated that the diagnostic accuracy of ourmodel outperforms cutting-edge studies with statistical *** Conformer Network achieves 97.40% of detection accuracy under cross-validation *** model not only achieves high sensitivity and specificity but also affords visualizations of salient features contributing to each classification decision,enhancing the overall transparency and trustworthiness of our *** findings provide obvious implications for the ability of our model to empower clinical staff by generating transparent intuitions about the features driving diagnostic decisions.

Community-supported agriculture(CSA)has emerged as a viable solution for addressing the agricultural challenges faced by countries like *** study uses the wellestablished unified theory of acceptance and use of technology(UTAUT2)model to examine the interest in CSA of potential customers in Indonesia.A standardized questionnaire was distributed to 1200 respondents,and the data were analyzed using structural equation model-partial least square(SEM-PLS)in SmartPLS 4.0 *** results capture potential CSA consumer interest and will help to improve CSA development strategies in *** model explains 44.4%of customers’intentions,and identifies performance expectancy as the decisive factor in customers’willingness to participate in *** expectancy(0.292),hedonic motivation(0.262),social influence(0.259),and facilitating conditions(0.086)positively influence customers’interest in participating in a CSA *** adoption of CSA programs by both farmers and customers could be increased by implementing regulations that provide tax incentives and subsidies,offering training on sustainable farming practices,facilitating the establishment of distribution channels,and establishing guidelines for fair price and quality *** study shows the high potential for the implementation of CSA in *** could also be used as a foundation for the development of new policies regarding sustainable agriculture markets in Indonesia.

BACKGROUND Suprasellar germinomas are rare intracranial tumors frequently associated with permanent endocrine *** present the clinical picture,treatment,and complications of suprasellar germinoma at pediatric age which,besides being lifethreatening,has lifelong endocrinological *** SUMMARY A 12-year-old female patient was presented having had intensive headaches for three weeks and visual disturbances for six *** ophthalmological examination revealed bilateral papilledema and a marked loss of *** brain magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)showed a suprasellar tumor,involving the infundibulum and the optic chiasm,extending to the third *** tests confirmed decreased levels of thyroxine,cortisol,gonadotropins,and insulin-like growth factor *** tumor reduction was performed,and immunohistopathology established the diagnosis of suprasellar *** of the spine and cerebrospinal fluid cytology confirmed the localized *** chemotherapy and radiotherapy were performed according to the SIOP CNS GCT II protocol.A post-treatment MRI showed no residual tumor,but pituitary function had not *** and a half years after the end of the treatment,the patient is in a complete remission,requiring hormonal replacement therapy,continuous education,and psychological *** This complex case highlights the importance of timely diagnosis,a multidisciplinary approach,and close follow-up in children with suprasellar germinomas.

With the prevalence of the Internet of Things(IoT)systems,smart cities comprise complex networks,including sensors,actuators,appliances,and cyber *** complexity and heterogeneity of smart cities have become vulnerable to sophisticated cyber-attacks,especially privacy-related attacks such as inference and data poisoning *** Learning(FL)has been regarded as a hopeful method to enable distributed learning with privacypreserved intelligence in IoT *** though the significance of developing privacy-preserving FL has drawn as a great research interest,the current research only concentrates on FL with independent identically distributed(i.i.d)data and few studies have addressed the non-i.i.d *** is known to be vulnerable to Generative Adversarial Network(GAN)attacks,where an adversary can presume to act as a contributor participating in the training process to acquire the private data of other *** paper proposes an innovative Privacy Protection-based Federated Deep Learning(PP-FDL)framework,which accomplishes data protection against privacy-related GAN attacks,along with high classification rates from non-i.i.d ***-FDL is designed to enable fog nodes to cooperate to train the FDL model in a way that ensures contributors have no access to the data of each other,where class probabilities are protected utilizing a private identifier generated for each *** PP-FDL framework is evaluated for image classification using simple convolutional networks which are trained using MNIST and CIFAR-10 *** empirical results have revealed that PF-DFL can achieve data protection and the framework outperforms the other three state-of-the-art models with 3%–8%as accuracy improvements.

The worldwide tremor of environmental degradation commonly represents the escalation of emissions levels and ecological footprints that harm the planet’s *** is because of using gigantic non-renewable energy resources,urbanization stream and massive economic activities in the major industrialized *** this situation,we investigate the influence of disaggregated energy measures,e.g.,renewable,and nuclear energy,income growth and urbanization on the load capacity factor(biocapacity divided by the ecological footprint)of major nuclear power countries,such as France,the USA,Canada,China,and Russia during *** this end,we utilize the CS-ARDL procedure because of the endogeneity,common correlation,non-stationarity in data and heterogeneity in panel *** contribute to considering the supply side dynamic of environmental degradation parameter,the load capacity,from the perspective of the top nuclear power nations that deviates our analysis from the prevailing scholarly ***,our findings confirm a significantly positive impact of renewable and nuclear energy on the load capacity factor in improving environmental ***,economic growth and urbanization negatively affect the load capacity dynamics in spurring environmental *** findings are robust across an alternative estimation technique,namely the Dumitrescu and Hurlin(DH)causation ***,we recommend formulating pragmatic policies to deter the detrimental effects of income and urbanization by properly utilizing sustainable energy resources to conserve the natural environment.
