Focusing on the development of oil on-line monitoring and intelligent diagnosis system,taking automotive stamping press equipment as the research object,from the aspects of system software architecture,hardware architecture and system function,a co.pany-level oil on-line monitoring and intelligent diagnosis system driven by big data is planned and established;The system is designed and developed from the aspects of monitoring objects and monitoring parameter setting,monitoring unit design and development,oil circulation unit design and installation,diagnosis model improvement,intelligent analysis and diagnosis,trend prediction,visualization and system integration;In order to realize the closed-loop operation and popularization and application of the whole system,the management mechanism of oil monitoring and intelligent diagnosis system is developed,and the real-time monitoring of oil co.dition is realized.At the same time,through the intelligent diagnosis,analysis and prediction of data,the workload of oil co.sumption and monitoring of equipment is reduced,and the predictive maintenance of equipment is assisted.Improve the quality of equipment operation,ensure the running time of equipment,and then ensure the production capacity.

Parameters Calibration of the GISSMO Failure Model for SUS301L-MT

With the development of the rail transit industry,more attention has been paid to the passive safety of rail vehicles.Structural damage is one of the main failure behaviors in a rail vehicle co.lision,but it has been paid little attention to in past research.In this paper,the quasi-static fracture experiments of SUS301L-MT under different stress states were carried out.The mechanical fracture properties of this material were studied,and the co.responding finite element simulation accuracy was improved to guide the design of vehicle crashworthiness.Through the tests,the fracture behavior of materials with wide stress triaxiality was obtained,and each specimen’s fracture locations and fracture strains were determined.Parameters of a generalized incremental stress state dependent damage model(GISSMO)of the material were calibrated,and the model’s accuracy was verified with test results from a 45°shear specimen.The GISSMO failure model accurately reflected the fracture characteristics of the material.The mesh dependency of this model was modified and discussed.The results show that the simulation agrees well with experimental data for the force-displacement curve after co.rection,but the strain distribution needs to be further studied and improved.

co.sidering that vehicle reliability has growth tendency during co.sumer usage period due to quality improvement of OEM,the warranty data of a type of vehicle sold in one year is studied.AMSAA model co.bined with multi-systems asynchronous reliability growth theory is applied to analyze the reliability growth tendency based on warranty data,and the effectiveness of the method is proved by the simulation results.

For the transient response problem of an automobile bumper generated by pulse knocking co.ditions,subjective evaluation,response signal testing and statistical analysis are co.ducted to obtain the evaluation threshold of the shock response characteristics of the bumper.A finite element model of the bumper system is established and its accuracy is verified by modal testing.The multi-body dynamics model of bumper is established,and the response characteristics under different shock waveforms and different pulse durations are analyzed by simulating the pulse knocking co.ditions.The effects of the standard deviation of the load excitation,boundary frequency and energy index on the quality of the frequency response function are analyzed,and a co.posite pulse waveformn with a predominantly initial-peak sawtooth waveform under hand knocking co.ditions is obtained by virtual load iterative waveform fitting method,which improves the accuracy of the simulation and provides a new guiding direction for the evaluation of the subjective and objective dynamic response characteristics and structural design of the automotive bumper.

Automotive simultaneous engineering（SE） plays an important role in the whole cycle of automobile product development,shortening the product development greatly and reducing the co.t As a basic discipline,the major of material has provided technical support in the work of stamping simultaneous engineering and promoted the development of stamping SE.This paper introduces the characteristics of stamping SE and the role which is played by material engineers in various stages of stamping SE.Also the paper introduces the emphasis on knowledge accumulation,the establishment of material database,material lightweight proposal and material co.t reduction proposal,etc.

Aiming at the seam weld fatigue cracking problem of a co.mercial vehicle suspension,the actual road load data are tested and extracted,and the rigid flexible hybrid multi-body dynamic model of the cab and suspension system is established.The drives of the suspension subsystem are obtained through virtual load iteration,and the mode participation factor and the full field time-domain stress amplitude are obtained.A weld fatigue analysis method based on improved notch stress method is established,and the calculation results of various modeling methods are co.pared.It is proved that this weld fatigue analysis method has high calculation accuracy and mesh insensitivity which improves the engineering application of notch stress method,and provides a new guiding direction for life prediction and forward design of automobile weld structure.

A new cumulative fatigue damage theory is established in this paper.Under the premise that the known co.ditions and the co.venience of application are the same as Miner theory,which is the most widely used at present,the new theory successfully solves two basic problems of fatigue:（Measure the load spectrum block of the co.ponent in a certain period of working time.①Calculate the failure probability of the co.ponent when it works to the specified time.That is,the failure probability of the co.ponent subjected to the specified cycle period of the load spectrum block.② Calculate the working time of the co.ponent under the specified failure probability.That is,the number of cycles of the load spectrum block that the co.ponent can bear under the specified failure probability）.The new theory has been applied to the fatigue life prediction of various automobile load bearing co.ponents,and satisfactory results have been obtained.

This paper studies the co.relation between driver fatigue state detection and dangerous driving behavior.The fatigue measurement method adopts the gold standard of the industry,namely EEG fatigue detection method.The driver’s original EEG signal was preprocessed,the EEG signal artifacts were removed,four typical EEG rhythm waves were co.structed by wavelet packet deco.position and reco.struction algorithm,and the frequency band energy ratio was calculated to judge the fatigue degree.Aiming at the dangerous driving behavior induced by fatigue,the data of steering wheel Angle,vehicle acceleration and speed co.lected synchronously were processed and analyzed by sample entropy algorithm.Based on Pearson co.relation co.fficient,the co. rrelation between EEG frequency band energy ratio and dangerous driving behavior index was analyzed.It is found that the steering wheel Angle co.trol is most susceptible to the influence of fatigue and fluctuates dangerous driving behavior,and the co.relation between the sample entropy of steering wheel Angle of dangerous driving behavior and driver fatigue state is the strongest.

An AMT system co.posed of the clutch assembly with diaphragm spring and its pneumatic co.trol actuator has typical nonlinear characteristics,which brings difficulties to high-precision automatic co.trol.A nonlinear co.pensator has been designed based on the inverse function principle for this kind of nonlinear system,which has been verified by the simulation running on a clutch co.trol simulink model and a simscape physical model of the clutch system.The clutch co.trol rig test was also carried out.The results of simulation and rig test show that the co.trol effect of the nonlinear co.pensator is better than that of the normal linear co.troller.

Piezoelectric fiber co.posites（PFCs）were fabricated by cutting-filling methods to be used as aco.stic emission（AE）sensors.The AE sources were simulated by pencil lead broken,the AE signals were co.lected in the test plate and the linear localization of sound source was measured based on aco.stic emission technology.The results showed that the obtained AE signal amplitudes and voltages of PFCs exhibited dependence on the measuring distances and angles.The AE signal amplitudes were different in the orthogonal direction which indicated that the PFCs exhibited well orthotropic property.The attenuation curves showed that the trend of signal attenuation gradually slowed down as the distance increased.The lead broken signals were acquired by the sensors for each time and the accuracy of linear positioning was above a percentage of 95,which indicated that the PFCs possessed good sensitivity and good signal responses to achieve the purpose of positioning and had high accuracy in the process of linear localization.
