Porous materials have attracted great attention in energy and environment applications,such as metal organic frameworks(MOFs),metal aerogels,carbon aerogels,porous metal oxides.These materials could be also hybridized with other materials into functional composites with superior properties.The high specific area of porous materials offer them the advantage as hosts to conduct catalytic and electrochemical reactions.On one hand,catalytic reactions include photocatalytic,p ho toe lectrocatalytic and electrocatalytic reactions over some gases.On the other hand,they can be used as electrodes in various batteries,such as alkaline metal ion batteries and electrochemical capacitors.So far,both catalysis and batteries are extremely attractive topics.There are also many obstacles to overcome in the exploration of these porous materials.The research related to porous materials for energy and environment applications is at extremely active stage,and this has motivated us to contribute with a roadmap on ’porous materials for energy and environment applications’.

The Tongshi intrusive complex,located within the western Shandong Province(Luxi Block)in the eastern North China Craton,comprises high-K calc-alkaline series(fine-grained quartz monzonite and porphyritic quartz monzonite) and shoshonitic series(coarse-to fine-grained porphyritic syenites).Here we report comprehensive data on petrology,geochemistry,Sr-Nd-Pb isotopes and zircon U-Pb and Hfisotopic compositions from the intrusive complex.LA-ICPMS zircon U-Pb ages show that this complex was emplaced at 180.1-184.7 Ma.The fine-grained quartz monzonite and porphyritic quartz monzonite have similar major and trace elements features,implying a similar petrogenetic history.Coupled with the widespread Neoarchean inherited zircons in these rocks,the high SiO and NaO as well as the low MgO contents and low Pb isotopic ratios((Pb/Pb)=15.850-16.881, (Pb/Pb)=14.932-15.261,(Pb/Pb)=35.564-36.562) of the quartz monzonites suggest an origin from ancient tonalite-trondhjemite-granodiorite(TTG) crust.However,their higher Nd and Hf isotopic ratios (ε(t)=-11.7 to -7.0,ε(t)=-25.0 to -10.3) as compared to the basement rocks indicate input of enriched lithospheric mantle-derived materials.The coarse- to fine-grained porphyritic syenites were derived from similar sources as inferred from their comparable major and trace elements contents as well as the Nd, Hf and Pb isotopic compositions.The Neoarchean inherited zircons and depletion of Nb,Ta,P and Ti in these rocks indicate the involvement of ancient crust.However,the high Nd and Hf isotopic ratios(ε(t)= -0.8 to 1.5,ε(t)=-4.4 to 4.8) coupled with high Pb isotopic compositions((Pb/Pb)=18.082-19.560, (Pb/Pb)=15.510-15.730,(Pb/Pb)=37.748-39.498) suggest that the porphyritic syenites were mainly derived from an asthenospheric mantle,Based on the geochemical and isotopic features,a magmatic process similar to MASH(melting,assimilation,storage and homogenization) is proposed for the fine-grained quartz monzonite and AFC(assimilation and fractional crystallization) is envisaged for the porphyrit

目的探讨术后意外胆囊癌的处理对策。方法对78例术后胆囊癌进行回顾性临床病理分析,并就临床分期和预后与非意外胆囊癌组进行比较。结果78例术后意外胆囊癌,术前诊断以各类急、慢性胆囊炎、胆囊结石和胆囊息肉为主。77例行单纯胆囊切除术,1例行胆囊造瘘术。按UICC标准进行TNM分期,0期9例,Ⅰ期27例,Ⅱ期31例,Ⅲ期11例,无ⅣA和ⅣB期病例;意外胆囊癌组的肿瘤分期与非意外组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.0001)。意外胆囊癌组的预后也明显好于非意外组(P<0.01)。结论手术医师应提高对胆囊癌的警惕性。术中常规剖视胆囊,对可疑病变行冰冻切片检查。对T2～T4期的术后意外胆囊癌应宜再次剖腹做根治性手术,以改善预后。

Objective: This study was undertaken to examine surgical management of patients with ovarian remnant syndrome. Study design: Data were abstracted from records of patients with a history of bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy who were treated surgically at Mayo Clinic between 1985 and 2003 for pathologically confirmed residual ovarian tissue. A follow-up questionnaire was also mailed. Results: Records review identified 186 patients (mean age, 37.6 years; mean follow-up, 1.2 years). Of 180 patients with available data, 153 (85% ) underwent oophorectomy by laparotomy, 13 (7% ) by laparoscopy, and 14 (8% ) by transvaginal approach, mostly for endometriosis (56.8% ). Of 186 patients, 105 (57% ) presented with pelvic masses and 89 (48% ) with pelvic pain. Remnant ovarian tissue was associated with a corpus luteum in 78 (42% ) and endometriosis in 54 (29% ). The intraoperative complication rate was 9.6% . Of 142 patients, 12 (9% ) required subsequent re-exploration (1 ovarian remnant identified). Conclusion: This heavily pretreated population has modest risk of bowel, bladder, or ureteral trauma with definitive pelvic sidewall stripping and apical vaginal excision. However, subsequent recurrence is minimal ( < 1% ). More than 90% of patients reported resolution or marked improvement of symptoms.

海域天然气水合物的聚集和分布呈现出明显的不均匀性。本文运用"天然气水合物油气系统"的理论和斱法,从墨西哥湾、布莱克海台、水合物脊、南海海槽等国际典型水合物赋存区的稳定条件、气体组分和来源、流体运移、沉积条件四个斱面解剖各区水合物的成藏控制因素。通过分析和对比认识到水合物赋存区的范围相对较小,海底温度和压力可视为均一条件,热成因气和生物成因气均可作为水合物的气体来源,同一个区域内的气体组分相对稳定,但有利沉积体和为含气流体运移提供通道的运移条件,也即"天然气水合物运聚体系"是控制水合物分布的关键因素。南海北部陆坡神狐海域水合物储集于颗粒相对较粗、孔隙空间相对较大沉积体中,而下部的气烟囱和断层极成了神狐海域的含气流体运移通道,这种有利的运聚体系有机结合可能是天然气水合物富集的关键因素。因此,针对水合物储集体的精细沉积学解释和流体运移通道的解剖,可能是南海北部陆坡天然气水合物勘探中需要引起重视的一个斱向。

Visual neglect after stroke is often associated with a failure to explore contralesional space. Here, we show that guanfacine, a noradrenergic agonist that modulates dorsolateral prefrontal cortex, improves leftward space exploration in selected right-hemisphere patients with neglect. The positive effects of guanfacine were associated with extended ability to maintain attention on task. The results suggest that neuropharmacological targeting of intact frontal areas might be one way to enhance cognitive function after damage to posterior brain regions in selected individuals.

PURPOSE: To report a case of polycystic echinococcosis of the orbit caused by Echinococcus oligarthrus. DESIGN: Interventional case report. METHODS: A 14-year-old girl presented with a massive proptosis of the right eye of 9 years duration and loss of vision. The eye was phthisic, and a cystic mass was palpable. Computed tomography scan showed closely packed multiple orbital cysts with destruction of themedial orbitalwall. Surgical exploration was performed. RESULTS: The phthisic eye was enucleated. Dissection of the outer fibrous capsule yielded approximately 30 intact translucent white cysts of various sizes that were suggestive of polycystic echinococcosis. The diagnosis of echinococcosis was confirmed on histopathologic evaluation. The specific diagnosis of E oligarthrus was made on the basis of the presence of straight-backed hooks and central guards. CONCLUSION: Polycystic echinococcosis of the orbit caused by E oligarthrus is rare. It may be an entirely new entity or hitherto unrecognized form of orbital echinococcosis.

目的:总结胆管癌诊治现状。方法:分析1997年5月至2001年5月上海市区常住居民中35～74岁的195例胆管癌新病例资料。结果:上、中、下段胆管癌分别占56.4%、13.4%和17.4%,联合部位者占12.8%。胆管癌明显好发于老年病人,60～74岁年龄段病人占74.9%。就诊时94.4%的病人已出现黄疸。50例行根治性切除术,术后1、2、3年生存率分别为57.1%、44.7%和26.1%。80例行姑息性引流术,1年、2年、3年生存率分别为27.5%、5.5%和1.8%。38例行胆管内支撑法治疗,平均生存时间7个月左右。经1～5年随访,全组仅9.7%(19/195)的病人存活。结论:胆管癌诊断困难,预后很差。提高疗效的措施在于:规范诊疗操作技术;积极进行手术探查;普及应用新技术;术后采用综合性治疗措施。

目的在新媒体时代,以iPhone手机为例,检验手机客户端戒烟程序(app)的效度,为戒烟app开发和应用提供发展策略及建议。方法从101款app中筛选出27款与戒烟相关的app,根据《中国临床戒烟指南(2015年版)》进行评分和评价。结果27款app与指南相关程度较低,平均依从性指数为14.6分(总分46.0分),其中最高分为36.5分;app与其他社交类软件互动较弱,48.15%的app未关联社交支持系统;app以计算类和日历类为主,29.63%的app开发出新类型。结论应结合《中国临床戒烟指南》开发戒烟app,并在理念设计上考量本土文化因素;增强app的互动性,发展互联网社区、熟人网络的支持和监督机制;增强app的新颖性、趣味性、便捷性,满足不同烟民群体的诉求;力求临床实践的整合及对app效果的验证;这些将是戒烟app未来的发展方向。
