China is a large agricultural country. Healthy and rapid development of agriculture plays an important role in overall socialist construction of China. To realize sustainable agricultural development,cultivation of agricultural science and technology innovation talents should be strengthened. Through analyzing existing problems in cultivation of agricultural science and technology innovation talents and combining actual situation of China's agricultural development,this paper came up with pertinent recommendations for strengthening China's agricultural science and technology talent cultivation,including improving agricultural science and technology innovation talent cultivation system,implementing " government- industry- university- institute" talent cultivation mode,speeding up construction of experimental teaching demonstration center,and applying human resource theories.

This paper reviewed the background and situation for studying and developing non-chemical weed *** pressure and commissariat safety problems indicate that it is essential to deeply study and develop non-chemical weed management *** paper summarized the pros and cons of the non-chemical weed management technologies in aspects of weed control by agronomic method,mechanical method,thermal treatment method,and biological treatment,discussed the defects of the existing non-chemical weeding methods,and put forward some suggestions:(1)The description on the experiments and operation of the non-chemical weeding technologies is suggested to be standardized in order to compare the performance of different weeding *** important information on name of equipment,consumption capacity,working width,travel speed,and weed control levels should always be included in the experimental descriptions;(2)An integration of combinations or sequences of various weed control techniques is suggested to be used to reduce the risk of a selective pressure leading to the predominance of certain species;and(3)It is also suggested for further improvement of the existing weed control methods and further development of the weed detection technology originally developed for precision chemical application in order to use them in non-chemical weed management.

Oral Glucose Combined with Short-Term Intravenous Nutrition for the Prevention of Hypoglycemia after Endoscopic Colorectal Polypectomy

Objective: To investigate the effect of oral glucose combined with short-term intravenous nutrition on the prevention of hypoglycemia after endoscopic colorectal polypectomy and to provide guidance for better management of such patients. Methods: 860 patients who underwent endoscopic colorectal polypectomy for colorectal polyps in the Department of Gastroenterology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Yangtze University from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected for the study. The patients were divided into experimental and control groups according to the random number table method, with 430 patients in each group. In the control group, 3 L of polyethylene glycol electrolyte dispersion was used for preoperative intestinal preparation and postoperative fasting was performed routinely for 24 h. Short-term intravenous nutrition support was provided by rehydration, and finger blood glucose was monitored at 1, 4, and 8 h after intravenous infusion or when there were symptoms such as panic and cold sweat;in the experimental group, oral glucose intervention was implemented on the basis of the control group. The incidence of postoperative hypoglycemia, quality of bowel preparation, and tolerance of patients during bowel preparation were compared between the 2 groups. Results: The incidence of postoperative blood glucose Conclusion: Based on the present study population, oral glucose combined with short-term intravenous nutrition can effectively prevent the incidence of hypoglycemia in patients after endoscopic colorectal polypectomy;however, this was limited to a single-center study and the number of cases was small.

A SOC Estimation Method for Li-Ion Batteries under High-Rate Pulse Conditions based on AO-BPNN Model

The estimation of state of charge(SOC)in lithium-ion batteries is important for ensuring the safe and stable operation of battery *** high-rate pulse conditions,the characteristics of short discharge time,high frequency,large current,strong interference,and complex transient characteristics that make lithium-ion batteries exhibit marked nonlinear *** existing battery management system has difficulties in capturing the rising and falling edge data of the pulses due to limitations in the sampling *** short idle time makes it challenging to obtain accurate open-circuit voltage,and there are difficulties in identifying the model ***,using a combination of coulomb counting method,open-circuit voltage correction method,and Kalman filtering method to estimate SOC poses certain *** study applies backpropagation neural network(BPNN)combined with Aquila optimizer(AO)algorithm to estimate SOC under high-rate pulse conditions,and experimental verification is performed using special 3-Ah lithium iron phosphate *** compared the estimation accuracy of the AO-BPNN model for SOC with the BPNN,support vector machine,extreme learning machine,and Fuzzy neural network models and verified the superiority of ***,by utilizing data with larger acquisition intervals,we obtained accurate evaluation results and reduced the data *** effectiveness of the assessment of AO-BPNN was individually verified under different high-rate pulse conditions and different static times through pulse experiments conducted under 9 operating conditions,with the estimation error controlled within 5%.Finally,the robustness of the proposed model was validated using test data with different sampling intervals and random measurement errors.

Objective: To explore the application effect of oral glucose combined with short-term intravenous nutrition in preventing postoperative hypoglycemia after painless endoscopic gastric polyp resection, and to provide guidance for better management of patients undergoing such procedures. Methods: A total of 886 patients who underwent painless endoscopic gastric polyp resection in the Department of Gastroenterology, the First Affiliated Hospital of Yangtze University, from January 2020 to December 2021, were selected as the study subjects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into an experimental group and a control group, with 443 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were subjected to routine fasting and water restriction for 8 hours before surgery, and routine fasting for 24 hours after surgery. Short-term intravenous nutrition support was provided through fluid supplementation, and finger blood glucose levels were monitored at 1 hour, 4 hours, and 8 hours after completion of intravenous infusion, or when symptoms such as palpitations and cold sweats occurred. The experimental group received oral administration of 5% glucose solution (500 ml) 2 hours before surgery based on the procedures of the control group. The incidence of preoperative discomfort (hunger, thirst, and fatigue), residual gastric fluid volume, and postoperative hypoglycemia were compared between the two groups. Results: The incidence of postoperative blood glucose Conclusion: Based on the study population, oral glucose combined with short-term intravenous nutrition can effectively prevent the incidence of hypoglycemia in patients undergoing painless endoscopic gastric polyp resection. However, due to the limitations of a single-center study and a small number of cases, its feasibility needs to be further validated with more data from multi-center and large-sample cases.

Laboratory information management system(LIMS)has been widely used to facilitate laboratory ***,the current LIMSs do not contain functions to improve the safety of laboratory work,which is the major concern of biosafety laboratories(BSLs).With tons of biosafety information that need to be managed and an increasing number of biosafety-related research projects under way,it is worthy of expanding the current framework of LIMS and building a system that is more suitable for BSL *** a system should carefully trade off between the safety and efficiency of regular lab activities,allowing the laboratory staff to conduct their research as free as possible while ensuring their and the environment’s *** order to achieve this goal,the information on the research contents,laboratory personnel,experimental materials and experimental equipment need to be well collected and fully utilized by a centralized system and its databases.

In many heat recovery processes,temperature control of heat source is often required to ensure safety and high efficiency of the heat source *** addition,the management of recovered heat is important for the proper use of waste *** this aim,the concept of thermal management controller(TMC),which can vary heat transfer rate via the volume variation of non-condensable gas,was *** model and experimental prototype were *** shows that the prototype is effective in temperature control With water as the working fluid,the vapor temperature variation is only 1.3℃when the heating power varies from 2.5 to 10.0 *** variable working conditions,this TMC can automatically adjust thermal allocation to the heat consumer.

The 48V mild hybrid system is a cost-efficient solution for original equipment manufacturers to meet increasingly stringent fuel consumption ***,hybrid functions such as auto-stop/start and brake regeneration are unavailablewhen a 48V battery is at very low temperature because of its limited charge and discharge ***,it is important to develop cost-efficient thermal management to warm-up the battery of a 48V mild hybrid electric vehicle(HEV)to recover hybrid functions quickly in cold *** the model-based“V”process,we first define the requirements and then design different mechanisms to heat a 48V ***,we build a 48V battery model in LMS AMESim and conduct co-simulation with simplified battery management system and hybrid control unit algorithms in MATLAB Simulink for ***,we carry out a series of vehicle experiments at low temperature and observe the effect of heating to validate the *** simulation results and experimental data show that a cold 48V battery placed in a cabin with hot air can be heated effectively in the developed“Enhanced Generator Mode with 48V Battery”*** entire design is in a newly developed software that cyclically charges and discharges a 48V battery for quick warm-up in cold temperature without needing any additional hardware such as a heater,making it a cost-efficient solution for HEVs.

In this paper,we propose a shear high-order gradient(SHOG)operator by combining the shear operator and high-order gradient(HOG)*** with the HOG operator,the proposed SHOG operator can incorporate more directionality and detect more abundant edge *** on the SHOG operator,we extend the total variation(TV)norm to shear high-order total variation(SHOTV),and then propose a SHOTV deblurring *** also study some properties of the SHOG operator,and show that the SHOG matrices are Block Circulant with Circulant Blocks(BCCB)when the shear angle isπ/*** proposed model is solved efficiently by the alternating direction method of multipliers(ADMM).experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method outperforms some state-of-the-art non-blind deblurring methods in both objective and perceptual quality.
