In this study,a magnetic high entropy alloy(HEA)of CoFeMn_(1.2)NiGa_(0.8)was designed and prepared by arc melting in order to investigate its mechanical,corrosion and magnetic *** results show that the alloy mainly possesses body-centered cubic(BCC)phase and face-centered cubic(FCC)phase.A high compressive strength of 1450 MPa,a strain of 18.5%and a relatively low yield strength of 303MPa in as-cast condition at room temperature can be achieved in the present ***-situ high-energy X-ray diffraction technique was employed to reveal the deformation mechanism of Co Fe Mn_(1.2)Ni Ga_(0.8)under uniaxial compression and the results show that the competition between BCC phase and FCC phase plays a significant role during the compressive *** corrosion behavior of Co Fe Mn_(1.2)Ni Ga_(0.8)was investigated in 3.5 wt%Na Cl solution and it turned out that the alloy possessed good corrosion *** last,the magnetic behavior of the Co Fe Mn_(1.2)Ni Ga_(0.8)alloy was studied and it can present a high saturation magnetization of 94.5 emu/g and a coercivity of 26.4 Oe at 4 *** work indicates that the present Co Fe Mn_(1.2)Ni Ga_(0.8)HEA has promising applications as future magnetic functional materials.

Liquid Crystal Biosensor Based on Cd<sup>2+</sup>Inducing the Bending of PS-Oligo for the Detection of Cadmium

In this study, a novel liquid crystal (LC) biosensor was developed for the highly sensitive and selective detection of Cd2+ based on Cd2+ inducing the bending of PS-oligo. This strategy makes use of the DNA conformational change to enhance the disruption of orientation of LC leading to an amplified optical signal. DNA containing-SH was bound on the glass slide of the LC cell modified with the DMOAP/APTES. The DMOAP can effectively induce the homeotropic alignment of LC. In the presence of Cd2+, Cd2+ can induce DNA to bend and become a 2 nm spherical structure, which can greatly disrupt the orientational arrangement of LC, resulting in the correspond changes of the optical image of LC cell birefringent under the polarizing microscope. When the Cd2+ concentration is low to 0.1 nM, the optical signal of LC biosensor has an obvious change. But in the absence of Cd2+, there is no orientational response of LC and the optical image under the polarizing microscope is still a uniform dark background. Thus, this LC sensing method has a sensitive and clear distinction between positive and negative results and offers a highly sensitive detection of Cd2+ with a low detection limit down to 0.1 nM.

Colorimetric Detection of Lead Ion Based on Gold Nanoparticles and Lead-Stabilized G-Quartet Formation

In this report, we present a method for the detection of Pb2+ based on the different adsorption capacity on the surface of gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) between ssDNA (single-stranded DNA) and G-quartet. In the absence of Pb2+, the DNA oligonucleotides probe, which is guanine-rich ssDNA, can be adsorbed on the surface of AuNPs protecting them from aggregation. After adding Pb2+, the DNA oligonucleotides probe can specifically form compact G-quartet, which can induce the aggregation of unmodified AuNPs, especially after adding NaCl aqueous solution. Consequently, the color turns from red to blue. Pb2+ can be detected by colorimetric response of AuNPs;its detection limit can reach 5 μM only observed by naked eyes. Most metal ions have no interferences, and the interference of Cu2+ can be effectively eliminated by adding cysteine. It provides a simple and effective colorimetric sensor for on-site and real time detection of Pb2+.

High efficiency organic light-emitting diodes using CuO_x/Cu dual buffer layers

An organic light-emitting diode （OLED） device with high efficiency and brightness is fabricated by inserting CuOJCu dual inorganic buffer layers between indium-tin-oxide （ITO） and hole-transport layer （HTL）. The CuOx/Cu buffer layer limits the operating current density obviously, while the brightness and efficiency are both enhanced greatly. The highest brightness of the optimized device is achieved to be 14 000 cd/m2 at current efficiency of 3 cd/A and bias voltage of 15 V, which is about 50% higher than that of the compared device without CuOJCu buffer layer. The highest efficiency is achieved to be 5.9 cd/A at 11.6 V with 3 400 cd/m^2, which is almost twice as high as that of the compared device.

Effect of quercetin-containing preservatives and modified atmospheric packaging on the production of biogenic amines in Pacific white shrimp(Litopenaeus vannamei)

To investigate the productions of biogenic amines(BAs)in Pacific white shrimp treated by compound preservatives(P,0.05 g/L quercetin,0.025 g/L 4-hexylresorcinol,and 0.025 g/L cinnamic acid)in combination with modified atmosphere packaging(M,80% CO_(2)/10% O_(2)/10% N_(2)),four groups of samples treated with or without preservatives and alone or in combination with modified atmosphere packaging(A,A+P,M,M+P)during storage at 4℃for 12 days were *** BAs increased in all samples,especially,putrescine and *** inhibited the increase of most BAs(except for tyramine)and psychrotrophic bacterial *** inhibitory effect of the compound preservatives on bacterial growth and BAs was limited in aerobically-and MAP-stored samples,but they retarded the production of tyramine,which accumulated more rapidly in *** total BAs and bacterial counts were found in sample M+P(78.3 mg/kg and 5.82 log cfu/g,day 12),indicating that the combined treatment of the preservatives and MAP could reduce the risk of disorders caused by BAs.

The objective of this study was to evaluate the effects of the number of freeze-thaw(F-T)cycles on moisture migration,protein degradation,microstructure and quality in Litopenaeus *** quality of samples with different F-T cycles were determined by low-field nuclear magnetic resonance(LF-NMR),magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM),combined with sodium dodecyl sulphate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis(SDS-PAGE),texture properties analysis(TPA),color difference,polyphenol oxidase(PPO)activity,total volatile basic nitrogen(TVB-N),total viable count(TVC),and sensory *** results showed that F-T cycles caused a significantly increase in transverse relaxation time in T22 and T23 and a decreased brightness of pseudo-color diagram after 4 F-T cycles,indicating that water mobility increased as immobilized water was shifted to free *** texture of samples declined as well,especially after 4 F-T *** rapid growth of PPO activity caused a decrease in brightness(L*)and an increase in redness(a∗)after 3 F-T *** increase of TVB-N,TVC,and sensory score explained the changes in shrimp quality which became obvious after 3 F-T cycles and unacceptable after 6 ***,fewer than 4 F-T cycles accelerated protein aggregation,while denaturation occurred after 4 ***,repeated F-T cycles could accelerate the changes of protein,microstructure,water distribution,and quality deterioration especially after 3 F-T cycles,with a threshold was 6 F-T cycles.

Monilinia fructicola has been widely reported as the causal agent of brown rot disease on many Rosaceae family fruits *** has been reported on stone fruits,e.g.,peach,plum,cherry,apricot and mume;as well as pome fruits,e.g.,apple,pear and *** is a member of the Eriobotrya genus in subfamily Maloideae along with apple,pear and *** far,loquat has not been reported as the host of any Monilia *** June 2019,brown rot symptoms were observed on loquat fruits in an orchard in Wuhan,Hubei Province,*** single spore isolates were obtained and identified as *** based on morphological characteristics and molecular *** is the first report of loquat brown rot disease caused by Monilia species in the ***,upon artificial inoculation,all three Monilia species from peach in China,i.e.,***,*** and ***,could cause typical brown rot disease on loquat *** the same time,*** isolates from loquat showed virulence similar to those isolates from peach when the pathogenicity test was conducted on peach *** results suggested that loquat could be infected by other Monilia species and that isolates from loquat also have potential to damage other Rosaceae family fruits in practice.

In a telemedicine diagnosis system,the emergence of 3D imaging enables doctors to make clearer judgments,and its accuracy also directly affects doctors’diagnosis of the *** order to ensure the safe transmission and storage of medical data,a 3D medical watermarking algorithm based on wavelet transform is proposed in this *** proposed algorithm employs the principal component analysis(PCA)transform to reduce the data dimension,which can minimize the error between the extracted components and the original data in the mean square ***,this algorithm helps to create a bacterial foraging model based on particle swarm optimization(BF-PSO),by which the optimal wavelet coefficient is found for embedding and is used as the absolute feature of watermark embedding,thereby achieving the optimal balance between embedding capacity and imperceptibility.A series of experimental results from MATLAB software based on the standard MRI brain volume dataset demonstrate that the proposed algorithm has strong robustness and make the 3D model have small deformation after embedding the watermark.
