Green hydrogen from water splitting has emerged as a critical energy vector with the potential to spearhead the global transition to a fossil fuel-independent *** field of catalysis has been revolutionized by single-atom catalysts(SACs),which exhibit unique and intricate interactions between atomically dispersed metal atoms and their ***,bimetallic SACs(bimSACs)have garnered significant attention for leveraging the synergistic functions of two metal ions coordinated on appropriately designed *** offer an avenue for rich metal–metal and metal–support cooperativity,potentially addressing current limitations of SACs in effectively furnishing transformations which involve synchronous proton–electron exchanges,substrate activation with reversible redox cycles,simultaneous multi-electron transfer,regulation of spin states,tuning of electronic properties,and cyclic transition states with low activation *** review aims to encapsulate the growing advancements in bimSACs,with an emphasis on their pivotal role in hydrogen generation via water *** subsequently delve into advanced experimental methodologies for the elaborate characterization of SACs,elucidate their electronic properties,and discuss their local coordination ***,we present comprehensive discussion on the deployment of bimSACs in both hydrogen evolution reaction and oxygen evolution reaction,the two half-reactions of the water electrolysis process.

Induced Subgraphs with Large Degrees at End-vertices for Hamiltonicity of Claw-free Graphs

A graph is called claw-free if it contains no induced subgrapn lsomorpmc to K1,3. Matthews and Sumner proved that a 2-connected claw-free graph G is Hamiltonian if every vertex of it has degree at least （[V（G）I - 2）/3. At the workshop CSzC （Novy Smokovec, 1993）, Broersma conjectured the degree condition of this result can be restricted only to end-vertices of induced copies of N （the graph obtained from a triangle by adding three disjoint pendant edges）. Fujisawa and Yamashita showed that the degree condition of Matthews and Sumner can be restricted only to end-vertices of induced copies of Z1 （the graph obtained from a triangle by adding one pendant edge）. Our main result in this paper is a characterization of all graphs H such that a 2-connected claw-free graph G is Hamiltonian if eachend-vertex of every induced copy of H in G has degree at least IV（G）I/3 ＋ 1. This gives an affirmative solution of the conjecture of Broersma up to an additive ***-vertex of every induced copy of H in G has degree at least IV（G）I/3 ＋ 1. Printing perovskite and graphene parallel structure-based optical-mechanical sensors for human-machine interaction

Surgical robots are designed to provide enhanced precision and dexterity compared to manual surgical procedures,which mainly rely on multimodal sensing technologies for the surgeon to seamlessly operate the robotic arms and *** with single-mode sensors, optical and mechanical bi-modal sensors provide improved precision, enhanced safety,and robustness of human-machine interaction systems. Here, the template-guided and pneumatic printing technologies are combined to construct perovskite and graphene parallel structures with both optical and mechanical sensing capabilities. The printed uniformly crystallized perovskite microstructure exhibits fast and sensitive photoelectric response characteristics,enabling shadow recognition functionality. The combination of graphene and elastic rubber endows the great printability to prepare parallel structures near the perovskite arrays for force sensing capabilities. Thus, the printed perovskite and graphene structures possess non-contact optical sensing capabilities to detect hand position by recognizing shadows between the hand and the sensor, as well as contact mechanical sensing capabilities to detect touch force applied by the hand. It provides a synergistic platform for real-time and multidimensional feedback to improve human-machine interaction.

Efficient detection of single optical centres in solids is essential for quantum information processing, sensing and single-photon generation *** this work,we use radio-frequency（RF） reflectometry to electrically detect the photoionisation induced by a single Er3+ion in *** high bandwidth and sensitivity of the RF reflectometry provide sub-100-ns time resolution for the photoionisation *** this technique,the optically excited state lifetime of a single Er3+ion in a Si nano-transistor is measured for the first time to be 0.49±0.04μ*** results demonstrate an efficient approach for detecting a charge state change induced by Er excitation and *** approach could be used for fast readout of other single optical centres in solids and is attractive for large-scale integrated optical quantum systems thanks to the multi-channel RF reflectometry demonstrated with frequency multiplexing techniques.

Using Link-Based Consensus Clustering for Mixed-Type Data Analysis

A mix between numerical and nominal data types commonly presents many modern-age data *** of these include banking data,sales history and healthcare records,where both continuous attributes like age and nominal ones like blood type are exploited to characterize account details,business transactions or ***,only a few standard clustering techniques and consensus clusteringmethods are provided to examine such a data thus *** this insight,the paper introduces novel extensions of link-based cluster ensemble,LCEWCT and LCEWTQ that are accurate for analyzing mixed-type *** promote diversity within an ensemble through different initializations of the k-prototypes algorithm as base clusterings and then refine the summarized data using a link-based *** on the evaluationmetric of NMI(NormalizedMutual information)that is averaged across different combinations of benchmark datasets and experimental settings,these new models reach the improved level of 0.34,while the best model found in the literature obtains only around the mark of ***,parameter analysis included herein helps to enhance their performance even further,given relations of clustering quality and algorithmic variables specific to the underlying link-based ***,another significant factor of ensemble size is examined in such a way to justify a tradeoff between complexity and accuracy.

Emergence of classical objectivity of quantum Darwinism in a photonic quantum simulator

Quantum-to-classical transition is a fundamental open question in physics frontier. Quantum decoherence theory points out that the inevitable interaction with environment is a sink carrying away quantum coherence, which is responsible for the suppression of quantum superposition in open quantum ***, quantum Darwinism theory further extends the role of environment, serving as communication channel, to explain the classical objectivity emerging in quantum measurement process. Here, we used a six-photon quantum simulator to investigate classical and quantum information proliferation in quantum Darwinism process. In the simulation, many environmental photons are scattered from an observed quantum system and they are collected and used to infer the system's state. We observed redundancy of system's classical information and suppression of quantum correlation in the fragments of environmental photons. Our results experimentally show that the classical objectivity of quantum system can be established through quantum Darwinism mechanism.
