In making the gas-solid-liquid phase analysis, based on the collaborative study of the internal and external humidification ratio of desulfurization efficiency, determine the humidifier ratio within 60% to 75%, that can make the best balance between the respective merits of a simple tower humidifiers tower humidifier way, optimizing the overall desulfurization reaction, effectively reducing the sticky wall, stick in the desulfurization efficiency and reduce the wall to achieve a balance between the balance, without increasing the sorbent and process water, under the premise can promote the desulfurization reaction, improve the desulfurization sorbent utilization and efficiency, help desulfurization reaction system is stable, efficient and economic operation, the gas-liquid-solid three-phase to achieve better synergy.

Understanding the complex phenomena in BF hearth is essential to increase furnace productivity and to extend furnace *** have developed several continuum-based mathematical/numerical models to simulate the multi-phase flow,heat transfer and chemical reactions in the BF *** models have generated an improved insight on the mechanisms for liquid drainage efficiency,lining erosion and wall protection in BF hearth under operational *** current paper gives an overview of these studies in three aspects:Gas flow and pressure on the liquid surface,and their effect on the drainage characteristics;The flow and temperature distributions of liquid iron in BF hearth,and the temperature distribution in the refractories;Finally,titanium behaviors due to titania injection to form Ti(C,N) -rich scaffold on the hearth surface,to protect the hearth from erosion.

In order to realize the agility,collaboration and visualization of alloy material devel-opment process,a product development platform based on simulation and modeling technologies is established in this *** this platform,the whole-process simulation module builds multi-level simulation models based on metallurgical mechanisms from the production line level,the thermo-mechanical coupling field level and the microstructure evolution *** design knowledge management module represents the multi-source heterogeneous material design knowledge through ontology model,including customers’requirement knowledge,material component knowledge,process design knowledge and quality inspection knowledge,and utilizes the case-based reasoning approach to reuse the *** data-driven modeling module applies machine learning algorithms to mine the relationships between product mechanical properties,material components,and process parameters from historical samples,and utilizes multi-objective optimiza-tion algorithms to find the optimal combination of process *** of the developed platform in actual steel mills shows that the proposed method helps to improve the efficiency of product design process.

This paper introduces CBFEM （component-based finite element model） which is a new method to analyze and design connections of steel structures. Design focused CM （component model） is compared to FEM （finite elements models）. Procedure for composition of a model based on usual production process is used in CBFEM. Its results are compared to those obtained by component method for portal frame eaves moment connection with good agreement. Design of moment resistant column base is demonstrated by a case loaded by two directional bending moments and normal force. Interaction of several connections in one complex joint is explained in the last example. This paper aims to provide structural engineers with a new tool to effectively analyze and design various joints of steel structures.

Tactile perception is a complex system,which depends on frictional interactions between skin and *** contact mechanics of tactile friction is governed by many factors such as the state and properties of skin and *** order to discover the connection between perception and tactile friction on textured stainless steel sheets,both perception experiments (subjective) and tactile friction measurements (objective) were performed in this *** perception experiments were carried out by using a panel test method to identify the perceived roughness,perceived stickiness and comfort level from the *** the friction experiments,tactile friction was measured by a multi-axis force/torque transducer in *** perceived stickiness was illustrated as an effective subjective stimulus,which has a negative correlation to the comfort *** significant evidence was revealed to the connection between the perceived roughness and comfort perception,and this relationship may be influenced by the participants' individual experience,gender and moisture level of ***,the kinetic tactile friction was concluded as an objective stimulus to the comfort perception with a negative correlation.

数据库作为材料基因工程的三大重点研究领域之一,对材料的加速设计有重要的作用和意义。从20世纪70年代起材料数据库开始在国内外逐步发展,到目前为止各国都已形成了一定数量的离线和在线数据库。早期材料数据库的基本功能是数据存储、数据管理以及数据检索服务。随着材料基因工程理念的提出,材料数据库开始关注发展数据共享、数据自动收集和输出等系列新功能。通过在线集成计算软件或程序、数据分析工具已逐步建立了一些基于数据库的材料智能设计平台。数据挖掘不考虑复杂的物理和化学意义,而是直接从材料数据库中挖掘出有价值的知识或模式的过程,它能够充分发挥材料数据库甚至小数据量在材料设计中的作用。目前已经被广泛应用到材料性能预测和优化、缺陷质量预测和生产监控、微观组织识别等相关领域。未来,材料数据库和数据挖掘技术将更加紧密地结合,协同向材料集成计算和智能设计的需求方向发展。

An Investigation on Controlling Sodium Content in NaxCoO2 Compound Synthesized Via Sol-Gel Route

The crystal structures and thermoelectric properties of NaxCoO2 compounds are very sensitive to the sodium content. This work focuses on the composition control of NaxCoO2. The metal (Na, Co)-citrate complex precursor was synthesized by a traditional sol-gel process. Characteristics of the pyrolysis reactions of the precursor were scanned by thermogravimetry and differential scanning calorimetry (TGA-DSC) analysis technique. The temperature dependence of the structure and composition of the pyrolysis compounds were carefully investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic-Emission Spectrometry (ICP-AES). It was found that the formation and growth of NaxCoO2 initiated at about 823 K. Above this temperature, the volatilization of sodium accelerated and sodium content of the final product would be lower than the nominal one. The synthesis of NaxCoO2 was then optimized. The thermoelectric properties of the sintered sample were also probed. The above results indicate that the composition of NaxCoO2 can be effectively controlled by adjusting synthesis parameters.
