Poly(ADP-ribosyl)ation is a crucial regulator of cell fate in response to genotoxic ***(ADP- ribosyl)ation plays important roles in multiple cellular processes,including DNA repair, chromosomal stability,chromatin function,apoptosis,and transcriptional ***(ADP- ribose)(PAR) degradation is carried out mainly by poly(ADP-ribose) glycohydrolase(PARC) ***(a)pyrene(BaP)is a known human *** studies in our laboratory demonstrated that exposure to BaP caused a concentration-dependent DNA damage in human bronchial epithelial(16HBE) *** role of PARC in the regulation of DNA damage induced by BaP is still *** gain insight into the function of PARC and PAR in response to BaP,we used lentiviral gene silencing to generate 16HBE cell lines with stably suppressed PARC,and determined parameters of cell death and cell cycle following BaP *** found that PARC was partially dependent on PAR *** depletion led to PAR ***-induced cell death was regulated by PARC the absence of which was beneficial lor undamaged *** results further suggested that PARC probably has influence on ATM/p53 pathway and metabolic activation of BaP. Experimental evidences provided from this study suggest significant preventive properties of PAR accumulation in the toxicity caused by BaP.

Vegetables are vital for human health and are consumed five days a week in ***,the production cannot meet domestic demands due to labor-intensive farming and production costs related to soil *** is needed along with soil quality and sustainability improvements by the adoption of CA(Conservation Agriculture).The research aimed to compare the performance of the no-till vegetable transplanter with punch-planter in CA and hand transplanting in CT(Conventional Tillage).The study was conducted at the Royal university of Agriculture,Cambodia,starting from January to September 2020,by firstly growing sunn hemp as a cover crop and then transplanting Thai round eggplant.A randomized complete block design was used with three treatments,replicated three *** plot was 2 m by 15 m,with 0.2-m row *** results showed that the transplanter speed was 0.54 km􀁸h^-1,almost two times the speed of punch planter and 9 times the speed of hand *** highest working capacity was also achieved with the ***,different transplanting did not affect plant spacing,or plant *** spacing was 1 m,and plant density varied from 10,300 to 11,500 plants􀁸*** growth and yield were also not influenced by the transplanter in CA,or hand transplanting in *** fruit diameter,fruit weight,fruit number,and yield were 38 mm,31.4 g􀁸fruit-1,15.7 fruits􀁸plant-1 and 3.9 t􀁸ha-1,*** maximum working area of the transplanter and its break-even area were 25.2 ha·y^-1 and 18.3 ha·y^-1,*** the no-till transplanter may save both time and labor,but its use in combination with CA was unlikely to affect plant growth and yield in the short term.

设计了一种新颖的透射式强度调制光纤加速度传感器，利用人射光纤直接作悬臂梁和敏感质量块，采用双自聚焦透镜（光纤准直器）接收光束，经过相减运算，提高了光路的光耦合效率并使光源扰动、温度等干扰因素的影响得到有效地补偿，给出了模拟仿真计算和初步实验结果；模拟计算和实验数据表明，在0～500N·m。测量范围内该加速度传感器具有良好的线性度和温度稳定性。

Co-administration of opioids with benzodiazepines is very common around the world.A semi-automated method was developed for the determination of four opioids and two benzodiazepines as well as their metabolites(including glucuronide metabolites) in human urine,based on on-line column-switching-solid-phase extraction(CS-SPE) and liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS).The CS-SPE was performed by loading 200 μL of urine sample to an Oasis HLB *** was achieved using a LC-MS/MS system equipped with an electrospray ionization source(ESI).For unequivocal identification and confirmation,two selected reaction monitoring transitions were registered for each compound,and no co-elution of interferences was observed at the expected retention *** ion suppressions were observed for most analytes during chromatographic runs,but isotope-labeled internal standards(ISs) were used and found to be useful to compensate for the determination error caused by the matrix *** assay’s linearity ranged from 1-20 ng/m L to 800-1000 ng/m L for 23 compounds,except for lorazepam(lor),whose linearity was in the range of 1-100 ng/m *** method showed to be precise and *** relative standard deviation(RSD) % values of within-run precision,between-run precision and total precision were not greater than 10.4%(n = 3),12.9%(n = 5) and 15.1%(n = 15),*** values were in the range of 87.5-110%.Limits of detection(LODs) ranged from 0.2 ng/m L to 5 ng/m L,and limits of quantification(LOQs) ranged from 1 ng/m L to 20 ng/m *** method was applied to the assay of 12 samples from forensic cases,which exemplified the co-administration of benzodiazepines(BZDs) by some heroin *** method was of high sensitivity,selectivity and reliability,minimum sample manipulation,semi-automation,and fairly high throughput(analysis time per sample was 20 min).The method developed will be useful for the detection of co-administrated drugs and t
