A lightweight road-assistant detection algorithm， EBD-YOLO， based on YOLOv5s is proposed to address the problems of high model complexity， computation cost， and difficulty in deployment on resource-limited embedded terminals in existing assisted driving detection algorithms. First， lightweight Transformer model EfficientViT was used as the backbone feature extraction network of YOLOv5s model to reduce network parameters and calculation costs. Secondly， a Focal-GIoU Loss function is proposed for bounding box regression to accelerate model convergence and reduce loss. Thirdly， the feature pyramid structure is improved to a weighted bi-directional feature pyramid network (BiFPN) to enhance localization and semantic features. Then， a dynamic head framework is added to unify the attention mechanism with the object detection head to improve its performance. Finally， a Soft-CIoU＿NMS algorithm is proposed in the post-processing stage to enhance occluded targets' localization and detection ability and reduce the missed detection rate. We conducted experiments on the KITTI and BDD100K datasets for autonomous driving， and the results showed that the EBD-YOLO model reduced in size by 38.4% and 37.2%， respectively. In comparison， the computational cost was reduced by 48.1%. As measured by mAP@0.5， the detection accuracy improved by 0.5% and 5.8%， respectively， and mAP@0.5:0.95 improved by 2.8% and 7%， respectively. These improvements satisfied the requirements for deployment on embedded terminals in cars.

This study evaluates the adsorption ability ofbisphenol A（BPA） on titanium dioxide（TiO2） and its effect on the photocatalysis by advanced oxidation process using UV radiation and TiO2 photocatalyst. Degradation of BPA was also evaluated for the system without adsorption prior to photocatalytic reaction. The separation of TiO2 from BPA solution treated by pilot-scale photocatalytic reactor （capacity 0.16 m^3） was studied using submerged ultrafiltration （UF） membrane. It was found that although adsorption capacity of BPA was not high, adsorption played an important role in improving the efficiency ofphotocatalysis. On the other hand, during the separation of TiO2 particles from aqueous suspension, the permeate flux of the membrane was strongly affected by transmembrane pressure and TiO2 dose. The permeate turbidity was decreased below 1 NTU.

Long-term Traffic Volume Prediction Based on K-means Gaussian Interval Type-2 Fuzzy Sets

This paper uses Gaussian interval type-2 fuzzy se theory on historical traffic volume data processing to obtain a 24-hour prediction of traffic volume with high precision. A K-means clustering method is used in this paper to get 5 minutes traffic volume variation as input data for the Gaussian interval type-2 fuzzy sets which can reflect the distribution of historical traffic volume in one statistical period. Moreover, the cluster with the largest collection of data obtained by K-means clustering method is calculated to get the key parameters of type-2 fuzzy sets, mean and standard deviation of the Gaussian membership *** the range of data as the input of Gaussian interval type-2 fuzzy sets leads to the range of traffic volume forecasting output with the ability of describing the possible range of the traffic volume as well as the traffic volume prediction data with high accuracy. The simulation results show that the average relative error is reduced to 8% based on the combined K-means Gaussian interval type-2 fuzzy sets forecasting method. The fluctuation range in terms of an upper and a lower forecasting traffic volume completely envelopes the actual traffic volume and reproduces the fluctuation range of traffic flow.

A compression algorithm is proposed in this paper for reducing the size of sensor data. By using a dictionary-based lossless compression algorithm, sensor data can be compressed efficiently and interpreted without decompressing. The correlation between redundancy of sensor data and compression ratio is explored. Further, a parallel compression algorithm based on MapReduce [1] is proposed. Meanwhile, data partitioner which plays an important role in performance of MapReduce application is discussed along with performance evaluation criteria proposed in this paper. Experiments demonstrate that random sampler is suitable for highly redundant sensor data and the proposed compression algorithms can compress those highly redundant sensor data efficiently.

Deposition Methods and Properties of Polycrystalline CdS Thin Films

CdS thin film was used as a suitable window layer for CdS/Cd Te solar cell, and the properties of CdS thin films deposited by pulsed laser deposition（PLD）, chemical bath deposition（CBD） and magnetron sputtering（MS） were reported. The experimental results show that the transmittances of PLD-Cd S thin films are about 85% and the band gaps are about 2.38-2.42 e V. SEM results show that the surface of PLD-Cd S thin film is much more compact and uniform. PLD is more suitable to prepare the Cd S thin films than CBD and MS. Based on the thorough study, by using totally PLD technique, the FTO/PLD-Cd S（150 nm）/CSS-Cd Te solar cell（0.0707 cm^2） can be prepared with an efficiency of 10.475%.

Hard zinc from thermo plating zinc factory had been treated for preparation of ZnO nano powder by chemical precipitation. The ion type and non ion type surface active reagents were added in different steps and ultrasonic agitation was used in preparing process. TG/DTG was applied to determine thermo decomposition temperature of the precursor as about 450 ℃. The product is light yellow, and had been characterized by XRD, S BET and TEM, through which the good dispersing sphere particles with the average diameter of approximately 5060 nm are observed, and the crystal is pure ZnO with hexahedral structure. The cost of preparing nanometer zinc oxide is low.

The dialogue system has always been one of the important topics in the domain of artificial *** far,most of the mature dialogue systems are task-oriented based,while non-task-oriented dialogue systems still have a lot of room for *** propose a data-driven non-task-oriented dialogue generator“CERG”based on neural *** model has the emotion recognition capability and can generate corresponding *** data set we adopt comes from the NTCIR-14 STC-3 CECG subtask,which contains more than 1.7 million Chinese Weibo post-response pairs and 6 emotion *** try to concatenate the post and the response with the emotion,then mask the response part of the input text character by character to emulate the encoder-decoder *** use the improved transformer blocks as the core to build the model and add regularization methods to alleviate the problems of overcorrection and exposure *** introduce the retrieval method to the inference process to improve the semantic relevance of generated *** results of the manual evaluation show that our proposed model can make different responses to different emotions to improve the human-computer interaction *** model can be applied to lots of domains,such as automatic reply robots of social application.
