The IEEE 802.11ad innovation has enabled the impact of remote devices in unauthorized 60 GHz unlicensed frequency band at Giga bits per second information transfer rate in speed concentrated 5G applications.We have presented an innovative work that deals with the upgradation of the ability of IEEE 802.11ad wireless LAN to make it suitable for wireless applications.An exact examination on the IEEE 802.11ad analysis has been carried out in this work to achieve the greatest throughput.This has pulled attraction in broad consideration for accomplishing the pinnacle transmission rate of 8 Gbit/s.IEEE 802.11ad is a convention utilized for extremely high information rates(around 8 Gbit/s)and for short range remote correspondence of around 1 to 10 meters.The Multi-layer with Multi-User Multiple Input Multiple-Output(MLMU-MIMO)innovation has enabled transmission of multiple information packets all the while from the WLAN IEEE 802.11 ad Access Point(AP)to various receivers by means of different wireless applications.To help the MLMU-MIMO innovation at Medium Access Control(MAC),a new method called Simultaneous Transmission for Enhanced Throughput(STET)has been presented for enhancement of the transmission rate of the wireless standard.A mathematical model has been used for the evaluation of the performance of an IEEE 802.11ad AP empowering the STET allocation technique.This STET model can help determination of the throughput improvement of a STET technique,for example,audio information,images,good quality and foundation impact.The main goal of this work is to analyze the improvement of the STET allocation technique in regard to the usage of rare frequency band,when obtaining spectrum access between the various access points.The theoretical and simulation outcomes are also confirmed by Riverbed modeler 17.5 simulation tool.

Cognitive Radio Networks(CRN)are the possible and ideal solution for meeting the spectrum needs of next-generation communication systems.CRN is a promising alternative approach that allows spectrum sharing in many applications.The licensed users considered Primary Users(PU)and unlicensed users as Secondary Users(SU).Time and power consumption on security issues are considered degrading factors in performance for improving the Quality of Service(QoS).Irrespective of using different optimization techniques,the same methodology is to be updated for the task.So that,learning and optimization go hand in hand.It ensures the security in CRN,risk factors in spectrum sharing to SU for secure communication.The objective of the proposed work is to preserve the location of the SU from attackers and attain the clustering of SU to utilize the resource.Ant Colony Optimization(ACO)is implemented to increase the overall efficiency and utilization of the CRN.ACO is used to form clusters of SUs in the co-operative spectrum sensing technique.This paper deals with threat detection and classifying threats using parameters such as unlikability,context privacy,anonymity,conditional traceability,and trade-off.In this privacy-preserving model,overall accuracy is 97.4%,and it is 9%higher than the conventional models without Privacy-Preserving Architecture(PPA).

Recently,with the growth of cyber physical systems(CPS),several applications have begun to deploy in the CPS for connecting the cyber space with the physical scale effectively.Besides,the cloud computing(CC)enabled CPS offers huge processing and storage resources for CPS thatﬁnds helpful for a range of application areas.At the same time,with the massive development of applica-tions that exist in the CPS environment,the energy utilization of the cloud enabled CPS has gained signiﬁcant interest.For improving the energy effective-ness of the CC platform,virtualization technologies have been employed for resource management and the applications are executed via virtual machines(VMs).Since effective scheduling of resources acts as an important role in the design of cloud enabled CPS,this paper focuses on the design of chaotic sandpi-per optimization based VM scheduling(CSPO-VMS)technique for energy efﬁ-cient CPS.The CSPO-VMS technique is utilized for searching for the optimum VM migration solution and it helps to choose an effective scheduling strategy.The CSPO algorithm integrates the concepts of traditional SPO algorithm with the chaos theory,which substitutes the main parameter and combines it with the chaos.In order to improve the process of determining the global optimum solutions and convergence rate of the SPO algorithm,the chaotic concept is included in the SPO algorithm.The CSPO-VMS technique also derives aﬁtness function to choose optimal scheduling strategy in the CPS environment.In order to demonstrate the enhanced performance of the CSPO-VMS technique,a wide range of simulations were carried out and the results are examined under varying aspects.The simulation results ensured the improved performance of the CSPO-VMS technique over the recent methods interms of different measures.

Reversible Logic Based MOS Current Mode Logic Implementation in Digital Circuits

Now a days,MOS Current Mode Logic(MCML)has emerged as a better alternative to Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductor(CMOS)logic in digital circuits.Recent works have only traditional logic gates that have issues with information loss.Reversible logic is incorporated with MOS Current Mode Logic(MCML)in this proposed work to solve this problem,which is used for multiplier design,D Flip-Flop(DFF)and register.The minimization of power and area is the main aim of the work.In reversible logic,the count of outputs and inputs is retained as the same value for creating one-to-one mapping.A unique output vector set can be generated for each input vector set and information loss is also prevented.In reversible MCML based multiplier,reversible logic full adder is utilized to minimize the area and power.D flip-flops based on reversible MCML are often designed to store information that is then combined to form a reversible MCML based register.The proposed reversible MCML multiplier attains average power of 0.683 mW,Reversible MCML based DFF achieves 0.56μW and Reversible MCML based 8-bit register attains 04.04μW.The result shows that the proposed Reversible MCML based multiplier,Reversible MCML based D flip-flop and ReversibleMCML based register achieves better performance in terms of current,power dissipation,average power and area.

Quantized autoencoder(QAE)intrusion detection system for anomaly detection in resource-constrained loT devices using RT-loT2022 dataset

In recent years,many researchers focused on unsupervised learning for network anomaly detection in edge devices to identify attacks.The deployment of the unsupervised autoencoder model is computationally expensive in resource-constrained edge devices.This study proposes quantized autoencoder(QAE)model for intrusion detection systems to detect anomalies.QAE is an optimization model derived from autoencoders that incorporate pruning,clustering,and integer quantization techniques.Quantized autoencoder uint8(QAE-u8)and quantized autoencoder float16(QAE-f16)are two variants of QAE built to deploy computationally expensive Al models into Edge devices.First,we have generated a Real-Time Internet of Things 2022 dataset for normal and attack traffic.The autoencoder model operates on normal traffic during the training phase.The same model is then used to reconstruct anomaly traffic under the assumption that the reconstruction error(RE)of the anomaly will be high,which helps to identify the attacks.Furthermore,we study the performance of the autoencoders,QAE-u8,and QAE-f16 using accuracy,precision,recall,and F1 score through an extensive experimental study.We showed that QAE-u8 outperforms all other models with a reduction of 70.01%in average memory utilization,92.23%in memory size compression,and 27.94%in peak CPU utilization.Thus,the proposed QAE-u8 model is more suitable for deployment on resource-constrained IoT edge devices.

Recently,the fundamental problem with Hybrid Mobile Ad-hoc Net-works(H-MANETs)is toﬁnd a suitable and secure way of balancing the load through Internet gateways.Moreover,the selection of the gateway and overload of the network results in packet loss and Delay(DL).For optimal performance,it is important to load balance between different gateways.As a result,a stable load balancing procedure is implemented,which selects gateways based on Fuzzy Logic(FL)and increases the efﬁciency of the network.In this case,since gate-ways are selected based on the number of nodes,the Energy Consumption(EC)was high.This paper presents a novel Node Quality-based Clustering Algo-rithm(NQCA)based on Fuzzy-Genetic for Cluster Head and Gateway Selection(FGCHGS).This algorithm combines NQCA with the Improved Weighted Clus-tering Algorithm(IWCA).The NQCA algorithm divides the network into clusters based upon node priority,transmission range,and neighbourﬁdelity.In addition,the simulation results tend to evaluate the performance effectiveness of the FFFCHGS algorithm in terms of EC,packet loss rate(PLR),etc.

Design and Energy Estimation of QCA Based Simple Data Path Selector Cum Router Unit for Nano communication

Quantum dot cellular automata(QCA)is promising nanotechnology due to the three main advantages:faster speed,nanoscale size,and ultrasmall power consumption.This paper proposed a simple data path selector cum router as the‘multiplexerchannel-demultiplexer’unit using QCA,an unavoidable building block of nano communication.A Simple 2×2 block and the extended 4×4 block of data path selectors have been proposed in this article.The layouts of the proposed designs have been verified in QCADesigner,and the energy dissipation has been evaluated using two tools,QCAPro and QCQDesigner-E(QDE).The suggested designs reached a significant improvement in cell complexity(cell count)and covered area over the existing designs.In precise,the proposed 2×2(4×4)block shows 86%(63%)lower cell complexity and 87%(37%)smaller area than the prior reported similar designs.In addition,the currently reported 2×2(4×4)unit has 86%(60%)lower QDE based energy dissipation compared with prior reported designs.

Improving time–frequency sparsity for enhanced audio source separation in degenerate unmixing estimation technique algorithm

In recent years,much research has been focused on separating acoustic sources from their mixtures.Degenerate Unmixing Estimation Technique(DUET)is one of the widely popular meth-ods of Blind Source Separation(BSS)in underdetermined scenarios.DUET is based on a signal recovery sparsity algorithm whose performance is strongly influenced by sparsity in the Time-Frequency(TF)domain.Noises and an several sources in mixtures limit the sparsity resulting in performance degradation in DUET.Here an enhanced strategy has been adopted by combin-ing DUET with adaptive noise cancellation utilising the Dual-Tree Complex Wavelet Transform(DTCWT)as a pre-processor and TF refinement utilising Synchroextracting Transform(SET)as a post-processor.This improves the sparsity of sources and energy concentrations in a TF rep-resentation.Results of the signal separation performance evaluation reveal that the proposed algorithm outperforms conventional DUET in signal separation,especially in real-time scenarios.

Fin Field Effect Transistor with Active 4-Bit Arithmetic Operations in 22 nm Technology

A design of a high-speed multi-core processor with compact size is a trending approach in the Integrated Circuits(ICs)fabrication industries.Because whenever device size comes down into narrow,designers facing many power den-sity issues should be reduced by scaling threshold voltage and supply voltage.Initially,Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductor(CMOS)technology sup-ports power saving up to 32 nm gate length,but further scaling causes short severe channel effects such as threshold voltage swing,mobility degradation,and more leakage power(less than 32)at gate length.Hence,it directly affects the arithmetic logic unit(ALU),which suffers a signiﬁcant power density of the scaled multi-core architecture.Therefore,it losses reliability features to get overheating and increased temperature.This paper presents a novel power mini-mization technique for active 4-bit ALU operations using Fin Field Effect Tran-sistor(FinFET)at 22 nm technology.Based on this,a diode is directly connected to the load transistor,and it is active only at the saturation region as a function.Thereby,the access transistor can cutoff of the leakage current,and sleep transis-tors control theﬂow of leakage current corresponding to each instant ALU opera-tion.The combination of transistors(access and sleep)reduces the leakage current from micro to nano-ampere.Further,the power minimization is achieved by con-necting the number of transistors(6T and 10T)of the FinFET structure to ALU with 22 nm technology.For simulation concerns,a Tanner(T-Spice)with 22 nm technology implements the proposed design,which reduces threshold vol-tage swing,supply power,leakage current,gate length delay,etc.As a result,it is quite suitable for the ALU architecture of a high-speed multi-core processor.

Efficient Approach for Resource Allocation in WPCN Using Hybrid Optimization

The recent aggrandizement of radio frequency(RF)signals in wireless power transmission combined with energy harvesting methods have led to the replacement of traditional battery-powered wireless networks since the blooming RF technology provides energy renewal of wireless devices with the quality of service(QoS).In addition,it does not require any unnecessary alterations on the transmission hardware side.A hybridized global optimization technique uniting Global best and Local best(GL)based particle swarm optimization(PSO)and ant colony optimization(ACO)is proposed in this paper to optimally allocate resources in wireless powered communication networks(WPCN)through coordinated operation of communication groups,in which the wireless energy transfer and information sharing take place concomitantly by the aid of a cooperative relay positioned in between the communicating groups.The designed algorithm assists in minimizing power consumption and maximizes the weighted sum rate at the end-user side.Thus the principal target of the system is coordinated optimization of energy beamforming along with time and energy allocation to reduce the total energy consumed combined with assured information rates of the communication groups.Numerical outputs are presented to manifest the proposed system’s performance to verify the analytical results via simulations.
