The intense research of lithium-ion batteries has been motivated by their successful applications in mobile devices and electronic *** emerging of intelligent control in kinds of devices brings new requirements for battery *** high-energy lithium batteries are expected to respond or react under different environmental *** this work,a tri-salt composite electrolyte is designed with a temperature switch function for intelligently temperature-controlled lithium ***,the halide Li_(3)YBr_(6)together with LiTFSI and LiNO_(3)works as active fillers in a low-melting-point polymer matrix(polyethyleneglycol dimethyl ether(PEGDME)and polyethylene oxide(PEO)),which is further filled into the pre-lithiated alumina fiber *** 60°C,the composite electrolyte exists in the liquid state and fully contacts with the working electrodes on the liquid–solid interface,effectively minimizing the interfacial resistance and leading to high discharge capacity in the *** electrolyte is changed into a solid state below 30°C so that the ionic conductivity is significantly reduced and the interface resistance is increased dramatically on the solid–solid ***,by simply adjusting the temperature,the cell can be turned“ON”or“OFF”*** novel function of the composite electrolyte has enlightening significance in developing intelligently temperature-controlled lithium batteries.

Transition metal dichalcogenides(TMDs)are a promising class of layered materials in the post-graphene era,with extensive research attention due to their diverse alternative elements and fascinating semiconductor *** MX2 layers with different metal and/or chalcogen elements have similar structural parameters but varied optoelectronic properties,providing opportunities for atomically substitutional engineering via partial alteration of metal or/and chalcogenide atoms to produce ternary or quaternary *** resulting multinary TMD layers still maintain structural integrity and homogeneity while achieving tunable(opto)electronic properties across a full range of composition with arbitrary ratios of introduced metal or chalcogen to original counterparts(0–100%).Atomic substitution in TMD layers offers new adjustable degrees of freedom for tailoring crystal phase,band alignment/structure,carrier density,and surface reactive activity,enabling novel and promising *** review comprehensively elaborates on atomically substitutional engineering in TMD layers,including theoretical foundations,synthetic strategies,tailored properties,and superior *** emerging type of ternary TMDs,Janus TMDs,is presented specifically to highlight their typical compounds,fabrication methods,and potential ***,opportunities and challenges for further development of multinary TMDs are envisioned to expedite the evolution of this pivotal field.

Active sites of two-dimensional(2D)electrocatalysts are often partially blocked owing to their inevitable stacking and hydrophobic polymeric binders in macroscale electrodes,therefore impeding their applications in efficient ***,using layered double hydroxide(LDH)nanosheets as a model 2D electrocatalyst,we demonstrate that their performance toward water splitting can be boosted when they are electrostatically assembled into an organized structure pillared by hydrophilic polyelectrolytes or nanoparticles in a layer-by-layer(LbL)*** particular,their mass activity on a planar electrode can be as large as 2.267 mA·μg^(-1) toward oxygen evolution reaction(OER),when NiFe-LDH nanosheets are electrostatically connected by poly(sodium 4-styrenesulfonate)(PSS),while drop-casted NiFe-LDH nanosheets only have a mass activity of 0.116 mA·μg^(-1).In addition,these homogeneous NiFe-LDH nanofilms can be easily deposited on three-dimensional(3D)surfaces with high areas,such as carbon cloths,to serve as practical electrodes with overpotentials of 328 mV at a current density of 100 mA·cm^(-2),and stability for 40 ***,Pt nanoparticles can be LbL assembled with NiFe-LDH as bifunctional electrodes for synergistically boosted oxygen and hydrogen evolution reactions(HER),leading to successful overall water splitting powered by a 1.5 V *** study heralds the spatial control of 2D nanomaterials in nanoscale precision as an efficient strategy for the design of advanced electrocatalysts.

Regional integrated energy system(RIES)cluster,i.e.,multi-source integration and multi-region coordination,is an effective approach for increasing energy utilization *** hierarchical architecture and limited information sharing of RIES cluster make it difficult for traditional game theory to accurately describe their game ***,a hierarchical game approach considering bounded rationality is proposed in this paper to balance the interests of optimizing RIES cluster under privacy protection.A Stackelberg game with the cluster operator(CO)as the leader and multiple RIES as followers is developed to simultaneously optimize leader benefit and RIES utilization ***,a slight altruistic function is introduced to simulate the game behavior of each RIES agent on whether to cooperate or *** introducing an evolutionary game based on bounded rationality in the lower layer,the flaw of the assumption that participants are completely rational can be ***,for autonomous optimal dispatching,each RIES is treated as a prosumer,fexibly switching its market participation role to achieve cluster coordination *** studies on a RIES cluster verify effectiveness of the proposed approach.

Ce/BEA has great potential as a passive NO_(x)absorber(PNA)to reduce the NO_(x)emissions during the cold start phase especially in diesel engine for its high resistance to CO and suitable NO_(x)desorption temperature ***,as a novel material,its physical and chemical properties still remain *** this work,Ce/BEA was synthesized by ion-exchange method to identify the active species in NO_(x)adsorption,compared with aggregated Ce species in Ce/SiAlO_(x) prepared by impregnation method.X-ray diffraction(XRD),high resolution-transmission electron microscopy(HR-TEM)and aberration-corrected-scanning transmission electron microscopy(AC-STEM)were performed to confirm the isolated single atom formation of Ce species in Ce/***-vis diffraction reflection spectra(DRS)and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)were conducted to find the difference of chemical environment between the isolated Ce species and aggregated *** performance evaluation and temperature programmed reduction of hydrogen(H_(2)-TPR)results show the high NO_(x)storage capacity and active oxygen species quantity in Ce/*** is also found that the main NO_(x)adsorption species are Ce^(4+)-O^(∗)rather than Ce^(3+).NO_(x)-diffuse reflectance infrared Fourier transform spectroscopy(NO_(x)-DRIFTS)confirms that the bidentate nitrite species are the critical NO_(x)adsorption intermediates and the conception of NO_(x)adsorption and desorption processes is proposed.

Ce/BEA has the potential to be applied as a novel passive NO_(x)absorber(PNA)in the after-treatment of vehicles due to its considerable NO_(x)storage ***,as a vehicle exhaust after-treatment material,it must withstand the test of long-term hydrothermal *** work examined the deactivation mechanism of Ce/BEA during hydrothermal aging.3.0 wt%Ce/BEA was prepared using the ionexchange method,and then subjected to hydrothermal treatment at 650℃with 10%H_(2)O for 1-12 h to obtain samples with different aging *** comparison,the H-BEA support was aged under the same ***-Emmett-Teller(BET)method,X-ray diffraction(XRD),NH_(3)temperature programmed reduction(NH_(3)-TPD),^(27)Al MAS nuclear magnetic resonance(^(27)Al MAS NMR),H_(2)temperature programmed reduction(H_(2)-TPR),and high resolution-transmission electron microscopy(HR-TEM)were performed to characterize the changes in PNA performance,structure,Ce species,and *** HR-TEM and H_(2)-TPR results show that CeO_(x)particles appear after hydrothermal aging,which results from the detachment and aggregation of active Ce *** on the^(27)Al MAS NMR results,we conclude that BEA zeolite dealumination leads to the loss of acidic sites and the transformation of active Ce species on the acidic sites into the less active CeO_(x).This is the primary reason for the hydrothermal aging deactivation of Ce/BEA.

Due to the limitations of the raw materials and processes involved,polyolefin separators used in commercial lithium-ion batteries(LIBs)have gradually failed to meet the increasing requirements of high-end batteries in terms of energy density,power density,and ***,it is very important to develop next-generation separators for advanced lithium(Li)-based recharge-able batteries including LIBs and Li-S *** nanofiber membranes fabricated via electrospinning technology are highly attractive candidates for high-end separators due to their simple processes,low-cost equipment,controllable microporous structure,wide material applicability,and availability of multiple *** this review,the electrospinning technologies for separators are reviewed in terms of devices,process and environment,and polymer solution ***,strategies toward the improvement of electrospun separators in advanced LIBs and Li-S batteries are presented in terms of the compositions and the structure of nanofibers and ***,the challenges and prospects of electrospun separators in both academia and industry are *** anticipate that these systematic discussions can provide information in terms of commercial applications of electrospun separators and offer new perspectives for the design of functional electrospun separators for advanced Li-based batteries.

With the rapid development of high-power-density electronic devices,interface thermal resistance has become a critical barrier for effective heat management in high-performance electronic ***,there is an urgent demand for advanced thermal interface materials(TIMs)with high cross-plane thermal conductivity and excellent compressibility to withstand increasingly complex operating *** achieve this aim,a promising strategy involves vertically arranging highly thermoconductive graphene on ***,with the currently available methods,achieving a balance between low interfacial thermal resistance,bidirectional high thermal conductivity,and large-scale production is ***,we prepared a graphene framework with continuous filler structures in in-plane and cross-plane directions by bonding corrugated graphene to planar graphene *** interface interaction between the graphene paper framework and polymer matrix was enhanced via surface functionalization to reduce the interface thermal *** resulting three-dimensional thermal framework endows the polymer composite material with a cross-plane thermal conductivity of 14.4 W·m^(-1)·K^(-1)and in-plane thermal conductivity of 130W·m^(-1)·K^(-1)when the thermal filler loading is 10.1 wt%,with a thermal conductivity enhancement per 1 wt%filler loading of 831%,outperforming various graphene structures as *** its high thermal conductivity,low contact thermal resistance,and low compressive modulus,the developed highly thermoconductive composite material demonstrates superior performance in TIM testing compared with TFLEX-700,an advanced commercial TIM,effectively solving the interfacial heat transfer issues in electronic *** novel filler structure framework also provides a solution for achieving a balance between efficient thermal management and ease of processing.

Mechanically cleaved two-dimensional materials are random in size and *** atomically thin flakes by human experts is inefficient and unsuitable for scalable *** learning algorithms have been adopted as an alternative,nevertheless a major challenge is a lack of sufficient actual training *** we report the generation of synthetic two-dimensional materials images using StyleGAN3 to complement the ***3Plus network is trained with the synthetic images which reduces overfitting and improves recognition accuracy to over 90%.A semi-supervisory technique for labeling images is introduced to reduce manual *** sharper edges recognized by this method facilitate material stacking with precise edge alignment,which benefits exploring novel properties of layered-material devices that crucially depend on the interlayer *** feasible and efficient method allows for the rapid and high-quality manufacturing of atomically thin materials and devices.
