Soccer robot system is a tremendously challeng.ng intelligent system developed to mimic human soccer competition based on the multi discipline research: robotics, intelligent control, computer vision, etc. robot path planning strategy is a very important subject concerning to the performance and intelligence degree of the multi robot system. Therefore, this paper studies the path planning strategy of soccer system by using fuzzy logic. After setting up two fuzziers and two sorts of fuzzy rules for soccer system, fuzzy logic is applied to workspace partition and path revision. The experiment results show that this technique can well enhance the performance and intelligence degree of the system.

The breaking wave forces on vertical cylinders in shallow waters were studied by means of experimental methods. The results indicate that the breaking wave pressure is distributed exponentially with respect to water dept.. An experimental formula was given using the test data. Compared with test data, the calculated breaking wave forces are in good agreement with the test data.

Proposes an adaptive learning method based on reinfo.cement learning for robot path planning problem, which enables the robot to adaptively learn and perform effective path planning, to avoid the moving obstacles and reach the target. Thereby achieving automatic construction of path planning strategy and making the system adaptive to multi robots system dynamic environments, and concludes from computer simulation experiment that the method is powerful to solve the problem of multi robot path planning, and it is a meaningful try to apply reinfo.cement learning techniques in multi robot systems to develop the system’s intelligence degree.

An expert system prototype for fibre-reinfo.ced plastic matrix (FRP) composite material design, ESFRP, has been developed. The system consists of seven main functional parts: a general inference eng.ne, a set of knowledge bases, a material properties algorithm base, an explanation eng.ne, various data bases, several function models and the user interface. The ESFRP can simulate human experts to make design scheme for fibre-reinfo.ced plastics design, FRP layered plates design and FRP typical eng.neering components design. It can also predict the material properties and make streng.h analysis according to the micro and macro mechanics of composite materials. A satisfied result can be gained through the reiterative design.

Through analyzing the different height parameter of 3D surface between the artificial target and complex background based on the description of average Holder constant of fractional Brownian motion, a novel method of target detection based on wavelet transformation and Holder constant is proposed. The wavelet Holder constants are calculated and linearly interpolated in a series of images, the target is detected by testing the linearity errof The more accurate localization can be achieved using two images of the same region but with difIerent scaling *** application results of this algorithm for target detection are also given, and show that this method has good performance of noise immunity. This method is also suitable for identifying specific targets in complex background.

2-D RAKE receiver is an efficient way to realize the space-time processing for CDMA systems with aperiodic spreading codes. The Direction Of Arrival (DOA) and the relative time delay of every user's multipath must be known to realize the 2-D RAKE receiver. In the third generation CDMA mobile communication system, auxiliary pilot channel is used in the uplink channels The different user's Vector Channel Impulse Response (VCIR) can be estimated from the pilotichannel easily. The VCIR contains spatial and temporal info.mation. In this paper,by utilizing the known pulse shape function, a parameter matrix method used to estimate the Spatial Signature Vector (SSV) and the relative time delay is proposed in frequency *** DOA can be estimated from the SSV. By reconstructing the SSV and utilizing approximate Capon space filter, the performance of the 2-D RAKE receiver with uniform circular array can be improved with a little additional computation work.
