In this paper,we explore a distributed collaborative caching and computing model to support the distribution of adaptive bit rate video *** aim is to reduce the average initial buffer delay and improve the quality of user *** the difference between global and local video popularities and the time-varying characteristics of video popularity,a two-stage caching scheme is proposed to push popular videos closer to users and minimize the average initial buffer *** on both long-term content popularity and short-term content popularity,the proposed caching solution is decouple into the proactive cache stage and the cache update *** the proactive cache stage,we develop a proactive cache placement algorithm that can be executed in an off-peak *** the cache update stage,we propose a reactive cache update algorithm to update the existing cache policy to minimize the buffer *** results verify that the proposed caching algorithms can reduce the initial buffer delay efficiently.

AIEgens can serve as an effective platform for the construction of photosensitizer-based immunogenic cell death(ICD)*** date,several mitochondria or endoplasmic reticulum(ER)-targeted aggregationinduced emission(AIE)molecules have been developed and have evoked massive ICD in ***,due to the complex physicochemical environment in cells,these small AIE molecules cannot maintain a stable aggregate state,which not only affects the fluorescence intensity of the photosensitizer but also decreases the generation of reactive oxygen species(ROS),and thus reducing the effect of the photosensitizer to elicit ***-based nanomicelles,which maintain a stable micellar structure,can prevent defects of AIE molecules in photodynamic therapy(PDT)***,in this study,a mitochondria-targeted AIE nanophotosensitizer was synthesized and used as a highly potent ICD inducer for vaccine preparation and tumor prevention.

Aiming at the problem of low surface defect detection accuracy of industrial products, an object detection method based on simplified spatial pyramid pooling fast(Sim SPPF) hybrid pooling improved you only look once version 5s(YOLOV5s) model is proposed. The algorithm introduces channel attention(CA) module, simplified SPPF feature vector pyramid and efficient intersection over union(EIOU) loss function. Feature vector pyramids fuse high-dimensional and low-dimensional features, which makes semantic information richer. The CA mechanism performs maximum pooling and average pooling operations on the feature map. Hybrid pooling comprehensively improves detection computing efficiency and accurate deployment ability. The results show that the improved YOLOV5s model is better than the original YOLOV5s model. The average test accuracy(mAP) can reach 91.8%, which can be increased by 17.4%, and the detection speed can reach 108 FPS, which can be increased by 18 FPS. The improved model is practicable, and the overall performance is better than other conventional models.

The advent of self-attention mechanisms within Transformer models has significantly propelled the advancement of deep learning algorithms,yielding outstanding achievements across diverse ***,self-attention mechanisms falter when applied to datasets with intricate semantic content and extensive dependency *** response,this paper introduces a Diffusion Sampling and Label-Driven Co-attention Neural Network(DSLD),which adopts a diffusion sampling method to capture more comprehensive semantic information of the ***,themodel leverages the joint correlation information of labels and data to introduce the computation of text representation,correcting semantic representationbiases in thedata,andincreasing the accuracyof semantic ***,the model computes the corresponding classification results by synthesizing these rich data semantic *** on seven benchmark datasets show that our proposed model achieves competitive results compared to state-of-the-art methods.

The vector vortex beam(VVB)has attracted significant attention due to its intrinsic diversity of information and has found great applications in both classical and quantum ***,a VVB is unavoidably affected by atmospheric turbulence(AT)when it propagates through the free-space optical communication environment,which results in detection errors at the *** this paper,we propose a VVB classification scheme to detect VVBs with continuously changing polarization states under AT,where a diffractive deep neural network(DDNN)is designed and trained to classify the intensity distribution of the input distorted VVBs,and the horizontal direction of polarization of the input distorted beam is adopted as the feature for the classification through the *** numerical simulations and experimental results demonstrate that the proposed scheme has high accuracy in classification *** energy distribution percentage remains above 95%from weak to medium AT,and the classification accuracy can remain above 95%for various strengths of *** has a faster convergence and better accuracy than that based on a convolutional neural network.
