On the basis of the general framework of United Nations′ ″indirect/satellite″ accounting system--Integrated System of Environment & economy Accounting SEEA (1992) and 93′ SNA, this paper tries to construct one simple, effective and practical CSEEA, and thereby trial estimates the 1992 Chinese environmental adjusted GDP (Green GDP), under Chinese National Accounting System′s reform practice.

Sandwich-type ordered mesoporous carbon/graphene nanocomposites were successfully synthesized using 2D ordered mesoporous silica/graphene nanocomposites as the hard template and an ionic liquid as a N-rich carbon source. We used an ionic liquid of 1-(3-cyanopropyl)-3-methylimidazolium dicyanamide containing nitrile groups (–CN) in the cation and anion as a carbon precursor for the preparation of the nanocomposites. Nitriles do not decompose under thermal treatment in an inert gas atmosphere, but leave significant amounts of N-rich carbon materials. The nanocomposites had a large surface area (1,316 m2·g–1), an average pore diameter of 5.9 nm, and high electrical conductivity. The nanocomposite electrode showed a high specific capacitance of 190 F·g–1at 0.5 A·g–1in 1 M TEABF4/AN electrolyte and a good rate capability between 0 and 2.7 V for supercapacitor (or ultracapacitor) applications. Purpose We compared running economy(RE)and 3-km time-trial(TT)variables of runners wearing Nike Vaporfly 4%(VP4),Saucony Endorphin lightweight racing flats(FLAT),and their habitual running(OWN)*** Eighteen male recreational runners(age=33.5±11.9 year(mean±SD),peak oxygen uptake(VO_(2peak))=55.8±4.4 mL/kg·min)attended 4 sessions approximately 7 days *** first session consisted of a VO_(2peak) test to inform subsequent RE speeds set at 60%,70%,and 80%of the speed eliciting *** subsequent sessions,treadmill RE and 3-km TTs were assessed in the 3 footwear conditions in a randomized,counterbalanced crossover *** Oxygen consumption(mL/kg·min)was less in VP4(from 4.3%to 4.4%,p≤0.002)and FLAT(from 2.7%to 3.4%,p≤0.092)*** across intensities,with a non-significant difference between VP4 and FLAT(1.0%-1.7%,p≥0.292).Findings related to energy cost(W/kg)and energetics cost of transport(J/kg·m)were ***43-km TT performance(11:07.6±0:56.6 mm:ss)was enhanced *** by 16.6 s(2.4%,p=0.005)and *** by 13.0 s(1.8%,p=0.032).The 3-km times between OWN and FLAT(0.5%,p=0.747)were *** runners(n=11,61%)ran their fastest TT in *** Overall,VP4 improved laboratory-based RE measures in male recreational runners at relative speeds compared to OWN,but the RE improvements in VP4 were not significant *** runners exhibited better treadmill TT performances in VP4(61%)***(22%)and OWN(17%).The variability in RE(-10.3%to 13.3%)and TT(-4.7%to 9.3%)improvements suggests that responses to different types of shoes are individualized and warrant further investigation.

锌合金镀层由于具有较强的耐腐蚀性能而得到广泛的关注,特别是Zn-Mg合金镀层,其耐腐蚀性能能得到显著提高。采用气相沉积方法制备不同镁含量的Zn-Mg合金镀层,研究Zn-Mg合金镀层中镁含量对其耐腐蚀性能的影响。在3%NaCl溶液中进行浸泡试验、动电位测试和电偶腐蚀试验,研究不同Mg含量镀层的耐腐蚀性能。结果表明,Zn-Mg合金镀层的耐腐蚀性能与Mg含量显著相关,镀层的腐蚀电位随着Mg含量的增加而降低,但是腐蚀电流密度却升高,直至15%Mg含量;在Zn-Mg合金镀层中存在钝化区。

The increasing rate of private car usage in the urban areas as a result of fast-growing economy,derelict policies and subsidies are the main causes making car parking one of the main concerns for transport and traffic management all over the *** coordination between parking policies and traffic management revealed how parking is becoming a barrier to the through-traffic ***,it is responsible for the inefficient use of available resources,even the decisions are made on an ad-hoc basis while making ***,it is necessary to understand the parking choice behaviour and actual demand of parking *** the last three decades,ample studies have been done to evaluate parking characteristics,to estimate the demand for parking and on driver’s behaviour while choosing the parking *** paper integrates all these aspects and presents the state-of-the-art review of models and studies on the parking *** related to and due to the parking,various parking characteristics and their applications,parking choice behaviour of drivers,development of demand models considering various factors and review of parking policies as an integral part of the urban transport system are discussed in *** underdeveloped,authors found the literatures suggest that greater attention should be given to metrics like ease of access,walk time,parking charges,parking guidance and information system,management,etc.,at all stages of planning and policy *** together,mentioned studies demonstrate useful information concerning the entire parking *** also provides useful information to the planners and policy makers for planning,designing and evaluating parking system.

By virtue of the US markets closing later than Asia-Pacific(AP)markets,returns observed in the US include information not reflected in AP until the next *** there is enough integration among markets,this asymmetry should then generate Granger causality from the US returns towards returns in the AP *** is thus obvious that when testing for Granger causality among the Western and AP markets,interdependence due to non-synchronicity should be clearly identified and factored *** novel method is to measure contagion,usually defined as excessive market integration during crises,as excess interdependence beyond the non-synchronicity *** test for contagion of the 2008 Financial Crisis from the US to *** unmistakable emergence of a new cointegration relation that intertwines the US and AP markets only during the crisis,but not before,presents evidence of long-run contagion,that is a new channel that transmits crisis-related *** find strong contagion from US to Korea,no contagion to Hong Kong,and Australia is a mixed *** explanation is that the Korean economy is the most vulnerable due to its export orientation,Hong Kong becomes disentangled due to its relation to China,which is consistent with the theory of‘decoupling’of China,and the Australian case is somewhere in the middle,probably due to its close ties to the US but also its strong reliance on natural resources and gold.
