Under the background of“emerging engineering education,”the engineering education with national defense characteristics,has put forward higher requirements for the engineering practice training of college *** on this,focusing on three characteristics of virtual reality(VR)technology,this paper puts forward the construction ideas of VR technology applied in engineering practice training ***,by taking Northwestern Polytechnical University’s“VR Assembly Composite practice training Course”for example,this paper designs the teaching process of the practice training course and analyzes the teaching effect through *** finds that VR technology can avoid teaching risks,improve teaching quality,and have a high promotion value in the existing engineering practice training ***,three suggestions on the VR technology applied in engineering practice teaching are put forward.

The Australian farming sector is continuing to intensify, particularly within 300 km of the east and southern coastlines. In the future there will be fewer and larger farms, which will use more fertilizer, support more stock, grow more monoculture crops, and utilise more marginal soils. This is likely to increase the major environmental impacts of soil degradation, salt, nutrient and sediment contamination of waterways, and greenhouse gas emissions. Australian national water policy continues to focus on land, stream and groundwater salinity issues, although there is now a greater recognition of the importance of nitrogen and phosphorus losses from agriculture. The general philosophy of policy for dealing with non- point source pollution has been towards a voluntary rather than regulatory approach, with state and national governments supporting a range of programs to encourage sustainable agricultural practices. A catchment (watershed) based approach, through the use of integrated catchment management plans, is the primary way that non-point source pollution is addressed at the farm and local level. At an industry level, cotton, grains, meat, sugarcane and dairy amongst others, as well as the Australian fertilizer industry, have responded to non-point source issues by investing in research and development, and developing codes of practice aimed at abating these environmental impacts. Understanding the economic, social, political and cultural contexts of farming as well as the environmental impacts of agriculture are very important in determining the appropriateness of policy responses for Australian farming systems.

Background：general practitioner （GP） preceptors play an important role in the cultivation of *** problems exist in the training of GP *** study aimed to explore the willingness and training needs of GP preceptors and compare the differences between preceptors from general practice and other ***：A total of 375 questionnaire forms were sent to 375 GP preceptors from 11 different provinces,and 344 completed forms were *** main outcome included general information,teaching motivations,and training needs of GP ***：The study showed that about 89.2% of GP preceptors were willing to be *** majority of respondents strongly agreed that the motivation for becoming a GP supervisor was to learn from *** most important capability they should master was clinical teaching （92.2%）,followed by lecture （83.1%） and doctor-patient communication （83.1%）.The top three preferred methods of GP preceptors training were case discussion （78.8%）,workshop （57.6%）,and classroom teaching （56.4%）.The domains in which most GP preceptors wanted to acquire knowledge and skill were mental health （59.3%）,rehabilitation （47.1%）,pediatrics （41.0%）,and obstetrics （37.5%）.No significant differences were found in the willingness to train GPs （x2 =3.34,P 〉 0.05） and whether they would become or continue to become a GP supervisor after the training （x2 =l.106,P 〉 0.05）.Conclusions：Although most preceptors were under on-the-job training,they were glad to train *** be qualified,preceptors should be trained according to the actual needs of GP preceptors.

Barriers that practitioners face when initiating insulin therapy in general practice settings and how they can be overcome

AIM To explore primary care physicians' perspectives on possible barriers to the use of *** This systematic review was conducted according to the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses guidelines. Eight electronic databases were searched(between January 1, 1994 and August 31, 2014) for relevant studies. A search for grey literature and a review of the references in the retrieved studies were also conducted. Studies that focused on healthcare providers' perspectives on possible barriers to insulin initiation with type 2 diabetic patients were included, as well as articles suggesting solutions for these barriers. Review articles and studies that only considered patients' perspectives were excluded. RESULTS A total of 19 studies met the inclusion criteria and were therefore included in this study: 10 of these studies used qualitative methods, 8 used quantitative methods and 1 used mixed methods. Studies included a range of different health care settings. The findings are reported under four broad categories: The perceptions of primary care physicians about the barriers to initiate insulin therapy for type 2 diabetes patients, how primary care physicians assess patients prior to initiating insulin, professional roles and possible solutions to overcome these barriers. The barriers described were many and covered doctor, patient, system and technological aspects. Interventions that focused on doctor training and support, or IT-based decision support were few, and did not result in significant improvement. CONCLUSION Primary care physicians' known delay in insulin initiation is multifactorial. Published reports of attempts to find solutions for these barriers were limited in number.
