In recent years, the research on pipeline laser-arc hybrid welding technology has been the important and difficult in the field of welding all over the world. China Petroleum Pipeline Research Institute co. ltd. has firstly developed pipeline laser-arc hybrid welding system in China, and executed the welding tests based on X70/X80 steel. Preliminary experiment results showed that hybrid welding co.ld meet the requirements of related standards such as API1104,ASME,etc., the mechanical properties of girth seam are qualified in the case that there were no internal defects. With the development of high-power fiber laser and the co.tinuous improvement of welding equipment, laser-arc hybrid welding technology for pipeline field welding will be available soon.

There are a lot of researches on qualitative aseismatic measures for buried gas pipeline crossing movable *** a few of them are quantitative,especially in the size and shape of the *** paper first established the finite element model of the strain of buried pipeline crossing a fault which effected by the size and shape of the *** it obtained new soil spring stiffness which co.sidered different buried depth,bottom width of trench,trench slope and elastic modulus of *** mechanical analysis model of pipeline is established,and the limit state equation of pipeline is *** reliability and sensitivity of the natural gas pipeline under fault action are analysed by a Monte Carlo method,and the error and accuracy are *** the pipeline is under tension,the sensitivity from large to small is buried depth,sand friction angle,pipe diameter,pipeline displacement,trench bottom width,trench depth,clay co.esion,trench slope and clay friction angle;when the pipeline is under pressure,the trench depth and clay co.esion have great *** findings of this study provide a reference for pipeline design and safety evaluation under fault action.

A novel crystal nucleus-based cement-hardening accelerator was evaluated using various mortar and segment co.crete *** mechanism of hardening acceleration was investigated via hydration temperature variation analysis,hydration degree analysis,X-ray diffraction(XRD)and scanning electron microsco.y(SEM).In the presence of accelerator,the fluidity loss of mortar was increased after 30 minuites,and a co.gulation was also ***,based on the image of SEM,the formation of C-S-H gels was enhanced in the early *** a result,the hardening accelerator co.ld significantly boost the early strength of co.crete,especially within one day of pouring,and shorten steam curing time to meet the demolding strength.

Ultralightweight mutual authentication protoco.s(UMAP) of Radio frequency identification(RFID) systems have attracted much attention from researchers. Many studies reveal that most of UMAP suffer malicious attack. To improve security of UMAP,formal analysis is performed with Simple promela interpreter(SPIN). Two typical UMAPs, which are RCIA and RAPP, are selected as our case study. A protoco. abstract modeling method is presented to make UMAP can be formalized simply. Using SPIN, verification results show that RCIA and RAPP are both vulnerable against desynchronization attack. A Generalized model of UMAP(G-UMAP) and a general patching scheme are presented for resisting the attack. To validate the patching scheme,formal verification is then performed for the improved protoco.. SPIN verification shows that the improved RCIA and RAPP both gain higher security. The above proposed modeling method has great significance for similar UMAP analyzing, and the proposed patching scheme is proved to be practical and reliable.

Breccia lava is a type of rock in transition between volcanic clastic rock and lava. Its physical properties are co.para-tively special, while the nature of its genesis and the formation of reservoirs, deposits and co.centrations vary co.siderably. In order to disco.er the different genesis for breccia lava reservoirs, our study has been carried out on breccia lava for its rock co.stituents, structures, diagenesis and reco.struction from tectonic movements to mineral depositions. From our analysis, we co.clude that the main type of reservoir is a seco.dary emposieu, where rock co.positions, structures, diagenesis and tectonic action are the major co.tributing factors to the deposition of breccia lava and its properties. Diagenesis co.strained the extent of co.servation of the primary pore of breccia lava and produced seco.dary porosity. The roles of tectonics were played out through the formation co.trolling tectonic fissures inside breccia lava and affected the impermeability of breccia lava fluids. The co.stituents of lava rock determine directly the type of diagenesis and its response to tectonic action. At the time of appropriate rock co.position and structures, co.structive formation occurred to breccia lava. Breccia lava also responded proactively to tectonic movements, forming the best quality co.lective reservoir agglomerations of vast spaces and strong permeability.

Nucleoside phosphorylase is an important enzyme involved in the biosynthesis of nucleosides. In this study, purine nucleoside phosphorylase and pyrimidine nucleoside phosphorylase were co.expressed in Escherichia co.i and the intact cells were used as a catalyst for the biosynthesis of nucleosides. For protein induction, lactose was used in place of isopropyl β-D-l-thiogalactopyranoside （IPTG）. When the co.centration of lactose was above 0.5 mmol/L, the ability to induce protein expression was similar to that of IPTG. We determined that the reaction co.ditions of four bacterial strains co.expressing these genes （TUD, TAD, DUD, and DAD） were similar for the biosyntheses of 2,6-diaminopurine nucleoside and 2,6-diaminopurine deoxynucleoside. When the substrate co.centration was 30 mmol/L and 0.5% of the reco.binant bacterial cell volume was used as the catalyst （pH 7.5）, a greater than 90% co.version yield was reached after a 2-h incubation at 50℃. In addition, several other nucleosides and nucleoside derivatives were efficiently synthesized using bacterial strains co.expressing these reco.binant enzymes.

In order to study the effects of the co.fining pressure on the erosion characteristics of the self-resonating cavitating jet under wellbore and deep-water co.ditions,experiments are co.ducted on aluminum specimens impinged by the organ pipe cavitation nozzle and the co.ical nozzle with the co.fining pressure in the range 0 MPa–10.0 ***,through the numerical simulation of the co.lapsing process of the cavitation bubble and the noise test,the cavitation erosion mechanism is *** experimental results show that the optimal standoff distance and the co.fining pressure can be obtained for the maximum erosion quantities,and the optimal standoff distance is 5 to 7 times greater than the equivalent nozzle outlet diameter and the co.fining pressure is about 2.0 *** the same co.ditions,the erosion caused by the cavitation nozzle is up to 2 times larger than that caused by the co.ical *** to the numerical simulation and the noise test,the cavitation erosion on the aluminum specimens is mostly caused by mechanical forces due to the high-frequency pressure pulse generated during the co.lapse of cavitation bubbles,while just a small part is caused by micro-jets.

A Novel Gluco.e Biosensor Based on Palladium Nanoparticles and Its Application in Detection of Gluco.e Level in Urine

A novel gluco.e biosensor was co.structed by electrodeposition of highly dispersed palladium (Pd) nanoparticles on a glassy carbon electrode (GCE). Atomic force microsco.y (AFM) was applied to characterize its surface morphology. Electrodeposited Pd nanoparticles exhibited efficiently electrocatalytic oxidation for hydrogen peroxide (H_2O_2) with relatively high sensitivity and stability,which was studied by CV technique and Raman spectrosco.y,respectively. The GC/Pd/GOD/Nafion system allowed a low working potential of +0.3 V (vs. SCE). Its signal current was linearly related to the gluco.e co.centration in the range of 1.0×10 -6 —1.2×10 -4 mol·L -1 with a detection limit of 5.0×10 -7 mol·L -1 . The sensor required no special pretreatment to suppress interference from urate and L-asco.bate. It was successfully used in detection of gluco.e level in human urine with high stability,sensitivity and anti-poisoning ability .
