Palmoplantar pustulosis is characterized by pustule formation in the acrosyringium. Nearly 50% of palmoplantar pustulosis sera produce immunofluorescence of the palmar papillary endothelium from healthy subjects, but also of the endothelium of normal parathyroid gland. With a case- control design the levels of calcium and parathyroid hormone in serum were measured in 60 women with palmoplantar pustulosis and 154 randomly selected population- based control women. One- third of the controls had been smokers, whereas 95% of the cases were or had been smokers. Mean age- adjusted serum calcium was increased in the patients compared with the controls (2.43 vs 2.36 mmol/l; P ereas the parathyroid hormone concentration was suppressed (23.2 vs 31.1 ng/l; P e plasma levels of parathyroid hormone- related protein were normal in patients but there was a strong expression of this protein in the acrosyringium both in palmoplantar pustulosis and control skin. As even a marginal elevation of serum calcium is associated with an increased risk for diabetes, cardiovascular disease and psychiatric disease, we analysed the risk for these disorders in palmoplantar pustulosis patients compared with that in the control group. Both diabetes mellitus and psychiatric disorders were associated with palmoplantar pustulosis with an odds ratio of 8.7 (95% CI 3.3- 22.8) and 5.6 (95% CI 2.2- 14.4), respectively. Palmoplantar pustulosis is a complex disease with an increased risk for several non- dermatological disorders. The role of the mildly increased serum calcium for the high risk for diabetes and depression deserves to be studied.

Gradient‑Layered MXene/Hollow Lignin Nanospheres Architecture Design for Flexible and Stretchable Supercapacitors

With the rapid development of flexible wearable electronics,the demand for stretchable energy storage devices has *** this work,a novel gradient-layered architecture was design based on single-pore hollow lignin nanospheres(HLNPs)-intercalated two-dimensional transition metal carbide(Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) MXene)for fabricating highly stretchable and durable *** depositing and inserting HLNPs in the MXene layers with a bottom-up decreasing gradient,a multilayered porous MXene structure with smooth ion channels was constructed by reducing the overstacking of MXene ***,the micro-chamber architecture of thin-walled lignin nanospheres effectively extended the contact area between lignin and MXene to improve ion and electron accessibility,thus better utilizing the pseudocapacitive property of *** these strategies effectively enhanced the capacitive performance of the *** addition,HLNPs,which acted as a protective phase for MXene layer,enhanced mechanical properties of the wrinkled stretchable electrodes by releasing stress through slip and deformation during the stretch-release cycling and greatly improved the structural integrity and capacitive stability of the *** electrodes and symmetric flexible all-solid-state supercapacitors capable of enduring 600%uniaxial tensile strain were developed with high specific capacitances of 1273 mF cm^(−2)(241 F g^(−1))and 514 mF cm^(−2)(95 F g^(−1)),***,their capacitances were well preserved after 1000 times of 600%stretch-release *** study showcased new possibilities of incorporating biobased lignin nanospheres in energy storage devices to fabricate stretchable devices leveraging synergies among various two-dimensional nanomaterials.

Personalization Method of e-Catalog Based on User Interesting Degree

The user interesting degree evaluation index is designed to fulfill the users＇ real needs, which includes the user＇ attention degree of commodity, hot commodity and preferential commodity. User interesting degree model （UIDM） is constructed to justify the value of user interesting degree; the personalization approach is presented; operations of add and delete nodes （branches） are covered in this paper. The improved e-catalog is more satisfied to users＇ needs and wants than the former e-catalog which stands for enterprises, and the improved one can complete the recommendation of related products of enterDriscs.

An embedding for the e_2-term of the Adams Spectral Sequence at Odd Primes

Let p be an odd prime. In this paper we introduce a quadratic linear Fp-algebra Q1 obtained by suitably changing the generators of Q, tile homogeneous quadratic algebra of cohomology operations in the category of H∞-ring spectra, and study the map induced on cohomology by the quotient π ： Q1 → φp. Like in the case p = 2, it turns out that π is injective. Thus, its target contains the e2-term of the classical Adams spectral sequence as subalgebra. An explicit description of extQ1 （Fp, Fp） is given under the reasonable assumption on Q to be a Koszul algebra.

Architecture of Next-Generation e-Commerce Platform

e-commerce, driven by computer and internet technology, has experienced a significant growth in almost all fields during the past two decades. e-commerce has significantly changed the rules of business. Numerous research institutions and enterprises have made e-commerce more intelligent and convenient. Here, we propose a novel prototype of next-generation e-commerce platform with an architecture framework and theoretical *** subject, including the individual, enterprise, and administrative department, has his/her personalized portal to complete the subject information synchronization, supply release, demand satisfaction, and social contact. By using the personalized portal, instead of the traditional trading platform, the consumers and suppliers can complete intelligent matching transactions without intermediate traders. Moreover, the overall transaction process can be reviewed, making the transaction safer, more transparent, and more interesting. Moreover, the interconnected personalized portals solve the isolated islands of information, and the counterparts support parallel ***, this may improve the operating efficiency of the entire society.

Infra-Marginal Analysis Model for Provision Mode Selection for e-commerce Services

e-commerce has grown extraordinarily since the emergence of the internet, and many types of services are employed to accelerate this process. Service quality and productivity are two critical indicators to evaluate the competitiveness of e-commerce companies. Deciding which provision mode of e-commerce services （buy, sell, or self-provide） to adopt is a key operational strategy issue. This paper investigates the conditions and limitations of e-commerce services＇ optimal supply modes, and proposes a cost oriented infra-marginal model where service demand is considered an exogenous variable due to its non-elastic and unprofitable characteristics. By analyzing the main impact factors of this model, this paper infers provision mode selection strategies, which are determined by four factors： transaction cost, service price, service demand, and competitive advantages. Decision trees are derived from these strategies to help e-commerce companies make appropriate decisions. Finally, the proposed model＇s feasibility is verified by two case studies.
