e-commerce has grown extraordinarily since the emergence of the internet, and many types of services are employed to accelerate this process. Service quality and productivity are two critical indicators to evaluate the competitiveness of e-commerce companies. Deciding which provision mode of e-commerce services （buy, sell, or self-provide） to adopt is a key operational strategy issue. This paper investigates the conditions and limitations of e-commerce services＇ optimal supply modes, and proposes a cost oriented infra-marginal model where service demand is considered an exogenous variable due to its non-elastic and unprofitable characteristics. By analyzing the main impact factors of this model, this paper infers provision mode selection strategies, which are determined by four factors： transaction cost, service price, service demand, and competitive advantages. Decision trees are derived from these strategies to help e-commerce companies make appropriate decisions. Finally, the proposed model＇s feasibility is verified by two case studies.

In recent years,with the support of national policies,Cross Border e-commerce(CBeC)has developed *** business model not only brings significant benefits to the national economy,but also has many unique challenges,especially at the level of supply chain ***,to enable CBeC enterprises to develop sustainable supply chain,this study discusses the performance evaluation model of supply chain and proposes a CBeC Supply Chain Performance evaluation Model(CBeCSC-eM)based on the Levenberg–Marquardt Backpropagation(LMBP)*** experiment constructs performance evaluation indicators for the supply chain of CBeC *** this basis,the LMBP algorithm is introduced,and improved in the experiment to make the overall performance of the evaluation model more scientific and *** the verification set,the maximum F1 values of LMBP,DeA,SBM,and BP are 98.46%,93.78%,87.29%,and 78.95%,*** MAPe value of LMBP model is 0.102%,which is lower than the other three methods(0.282%,0.343%,and 0.385%)selected in the *** maximum standard deviation rates of importance and operability of the evaluation indexes are 0.1346 and 0.1405,respectively,and there is a significant consistency between the expert ***,the LMBP algorithm has broad application prospects in supply chain performance evaluation of CBeC enterprises.

This paper studies the impact of logistics cooperation in two competing companies,one of which is equipped with a self-run logistics system while the other is *** latter outsources logistics services to a third-party logistics company before logistics cooperation,or to its competitor after logistics cooperation with the client's service quality being in proportion to and no greater than the service provider's service *** find that when the service provider is a price taker,logistics cooperation is beneficial to both firms only when the service quality after logistics cooperation is ***,under some circumstances,the client's profit increases even when its service quality decreases after logistics cooperation because logistics cooperation eases the price *** also find that all-win situations in which logistics cooperation increases the firms7 profit,consumer surplus and social welfare can be ***,when the service price can be chosen by the service provider,we propose a negotiation process in which agreement on logistics cooperation can be reached;when the firm can invest in service quality,logistics cooperation may lower the equilibrium investment level.

In the growing e-commerce industry,the problem of malicious business operations has become increasingly prominent,exposing many problems such as weak supervision of e-commerce platforms and no way for consumers to *** order to solve the problems of counterfeit and shoddy products on e-commerce platforms and promote the sustainable development of the e-commerce industry in China,this paper constructs a three-party evolutionary game model of e-commerce platforms,merchants,and consumers,investigates the influence of each influencing factor on each party’s strategy choice,and provides targeted suggestions to e-commerce platforms based on relevant ***,the impact of several important parameters on the equilibrium solution is discussed through sensitivity *** results show that:1)the smaller the cost difference between active and negative regulation,the more the e-commerce platform tends to active regulation strategy,but increasing fines for dishonest merchants and consumer complaints have little impact on the e-commerce platform;2)increasing consumer compensation,creating an honest business environment,and reducing the cost of honest business all help companies tend to operate in good faith;3)the only factor that affects the tendency of consumer complaint strategies is the cost of *** loss suffered by silence and the compensation given to consumers have little effect on consumers’tendency to complain *** results can provide theoretical guidance for participants to make useful strategic decisions in the e-commerce market.
