Color Restoration Method Based on Spectral Information Using Normalized Cut

This paper proposes a novel method for color restoration that can effectively apply accurate color based on spectral information to a segmented image using the normalized cut technique. Using the proposed method, we can obtain a digital still camera image and spectral information in different environments. Also, it is not necessary to estimate reflectance spectra using a spectral database such as other methods. The synthesized images are accurate and high resolution. The proposed method effectively works in making digital archive contents. Some experimental results are demonstrated in this paper.

This paper presented a scheme of relayed cellular mobile telecommunication network,which only employs fixed digital relays and not more than two-hop relay *** saving potential of the network is deeply studied under the assumption of not occupying additional frequency bands(*** share the same frequency bands as used by the base stations).Theoretical analysis and simulation results have both shown that,with the same radio coverage requirement,the necessary effective transmission powers in such a relayed network have greatly decreased compared to conventional cellular network.

In this paper,a new method for converting the T_(2)(relaxation time) of NMR(nuclear magnetic resonance) into the pore radius is *** with NMR and centrifugation experiments,the relationship between pore radius and T_(2) of the sample was *** results show that the new method is more reasonable than the traditional *** the sample was denser and the mercury saturation was lower,the pore distribution curve was obtained by traditional method had a worse agreement with mercury injection experiment,while pore distribution curve of the new method had a better agreement with the mercury injection curve,which reflected the greater advantage of the new method as the reservoir becomes *** new method can obtain all the pore information in the *** results show that the pores in tight sandstone are mainly consisted with mesopore and macropore,and the connectivity of macropore is better than that of *** new method can effectively characterize the full pore distribution and the seepage characteristics in different pores interval of tight reservoirs,which had a great significance to evaluate the recoverable resources of tight reservoir.

This paper presented a scheme of two-hop cellular network with fixed relay nodes (FRN). Based on this scheme, co-channel interference and signal interference ratio(SIR) received by base station(BS) and FRN were analyzed. Both the theoretical analysis and simulation results show that the SIR can be improved significantly when relays are employed in the network. The higher spectral efficiency can be obtained due to the improved two-hop link quality through the use of adaptive modulation and coding (AMC). The antenna height of FRN and the cell radius of BS and that of FRN influence SIR received by BS and FRN and the system spectral efficiency greatly. The proper antenna height of FRN and cell radius of BS and that of FRN were also given to get the highest spectral efficiency.

Numerical simulations were used to optimize the casting design and conditions for large cast iron castings for marine engines, Simulations of the mold filling and solidification sequences were used to analyze the problems of previous casting conditions with marked improvements for large cylinder liner parts, The amount and positions of chills were optimized to improve the mechanical properties and to minimize the shrinkage and micro porosity in the castings. Ultra sonic testing, penetration testing, and mechanical property testing show no defects in the castings with the productivity significantly increased.

柴油机由于热效率高、燃油经济性和耐久性能好作为动力得到广泛应用,可是其排放的微粒带来空气的污染和各种健康问题。据此,目前世界各国都在讨论和制订更加严格的针对微粒排放的法规。为满足这样的法规,柴油机厂商正在研究各种各样的技术和有效的方法。本文研究的是在优化NO排放发动机的基础上,采用微粒过滤器,使其排放从满足欧Ⅲ到满足欧Ⅳ。在柴油机微粒过滤器系统中使用的是金属过滤器(部分流深床层过滤器),催化剂以薄膜的方式涂在金属过滤器上,使其在高硫条件下保持活性。根据发动机功率试验的评估,部分流柴油机微粒过滤器系统满足欧Ⅳ排放标准。结果显示新型催化剂在高硫条件下具有很好的活性和耐久性,能够保证微粒过滤器原有的性能。微粒的减少表明采用部分流微粒过滤器可以作为满足欧Ⅳ排放标准的一个方案。
