Measurement of bloodflow velocity is key to understanding physiology and pathology in *** most measurements are performed at the middle of the blood vessel,little research has been done on characterizing the instantaneous bloodflow velocity *** is mainly due to the lack of measurement technology with high spatial and temporal ***,we tackle this problem with our recently developed dual-wavelength line-scan third-harmonic generation(THG)imaging *** acquisition of dual-wavelength THG line-scanning signals enables measurement of bloodflow velocities at two radially symmetric positions in both venules and arterioles in mouse brain in *** results clearly show that the instantaneous bloodflow velocity is not symmetric under general conditions.

Light carries intrinsic spin angular momentum(SAM)when the electric or magnetic field vector rotates over time.A familiar vector equation calculates the direction of light’s SAM density using the right-hand rule with reference to the electric and magnetic polarisation *** Maxwell’s equations,this vector equation can be decomposed into a sum of two distinct terms,akin to the well-known Poynting vector decomposition into orbital and spin *** present the first general study of this spin decomposition,showing that the two terms,which we call canonical and Poynting spin,are chiral analogies to the canonical and spin momenta of light in its interaction with *** canonical momentum,canonical spin is directly *** canonical and Poynting spin incorporate spatial variation of the electric and magnetic fields and are influenced by optical *** decomposition allows us to show that a linearly polarised vortex beam,which has no total SAM,can nevertheless exert longitudinal chiral pressure due to equal and opposite canonical and Poynting spins.

Under single-satellite observation,the parameter estimation of the boost phase of high-precision space noncooperative targets requires prior *** improve the accuracy without prior information,we propose a parameter estimation model of the boost phase based on trajectory plane parametric *** use of the plane passing through the geo-center and the cutting sequence line of sight(LOS)generates the trajectory-cutting *** the coefficient of the trajectory cutting plane directly used as the parameter to be estimated,a motion parameter estimation model in space non-cooperative targets is established,and the Gauss-Newton iteration method is used to solve the flight *** experimental results show that the estimation algorithm proposed in this paper weakly relies on prior information and has higher estimation accuracy,providing a practical new idea and method for the parameter estimation of space non-cooperative targets under single-satellite warning.

The traditional legal education model based on the discipline system of “theoretical law + departmental law” overemphasizes professional subdivision, resulting not only in the separation of different disciplines from each other, but also in the narrow thinking mode, single knowledge structure, and weak practical ability of trained legal talent, who are therefore hardly adapted to the needs of the era, which are characterized as cross boundary social problems and comprehensive knowledge application. All in all, the training of high-quality interdisciplinary legal talents lags behind social reform and the practice of the rule of law. In the context of comprehensively promoting the development of the new liberal arts, developing the new liberal arts, i.e., deep cross-integration, has penetrated into the construction of the law discipline, broken through the inherent limitations of law knowledge, promoted the interdisciplinary development of law education, and helped cultivate the ability of law students to integrate interdisciplinary knowledge. The development of new law science should proceed step by step, from shallow to deep. It should follow the guidance of social needs, break down discipline barriers, innovate cross-integration mechanisms, transform and upgrade from the “small crossover” among various departmental laws within the law discipline to the “big crossover” between the law discipline and other disciplines, and transform from the innovation of research methods to the innovation of the structure of disciplines. The cultivation of inter disciplines should focus on emerging fields such as national security, artificial intelligence, and social governance.

The electroencephalogram(EEG)rhythm and functional near-infrared spectroscopy(fNIrS)activation levels have not been compared between a healthy control group(HCG)and methamphetamine user group(MUG)with different addiction *** study used 64-electrode EEG and fNIrS to conduct an experiment that analyzed the resting and craving *** EEG and fNIrS data of 56 participants were collected,including 14 healthy participants,14 methamphetamine users with an addiction history of 0.5–5 years,14 users with an addiction history of 5–10 years,and 14 users with an addiction history of 10–15 *** effective coherence(iCoh)within the brain network was used to process the EEG *** analysis was performed to compare differences in iCoh among the delta,theta,alpha,beta,and gamma bands and explore oxyhemoglobin activation levels in the ventrolateral prefrontal cortex,dorsolateral prefrontal cortex,orbitofrontal cortex,and frontopolar prefrontal cortex(FPC)of the control ***,the Kmeans,Gaussian mixed model(GMM),linear discriminant analysis(LDA),support vector machine(SVM),bayes,and convolutional neural networks(CNN)algorithms were used to classify methamphetamine users based on drug and neutral images.A 3-class accuracy was *** in EEG and fNIrS activation levels of HCG and MUG with varied addiction histories were demonstrated.

Photodynamic therapy with reactive oxygen species production is a prospective treatment to combat cancer stem cells(CSCs).However,the innate drawbacks,including short lifetime and diffusion distance of reactive oxygen species and hypoxia within solid tumors,have become bottlenecks for clinical applications of photodynamic ***,we develop a mitochondria-targeting hemicyanine-oleic acid conjugate(CyOA),which can self-assemble into supramolecular nanoparticles(NPs)without any exogenous *** is also shown for targeting the mitochondrial complex II protein succinate dehydrogenase to inhibit oxidative phosphorylation and reverse tumor hypoxia,resulting in 50.4-fold higher phototoxicity against breast cancer stem cells(bCSCs)compared to SO_(3)-CyOA NPs that cannot target to *** 4T1 and bCSC tumor models,CyOA NPs achieve higher tumor inhibition and less lung metastasis nodules compared to the clinically used photosensitizer *** study develops a self-assembled small molecule that can serve as both oxidative phosphorylation inhibitor and photosensitizer for eradication of CSCs and treatment of solid tumors.

This paper considers the finite difference(FD)approximations of diffusion operators and the boundary treatments for different boundary *** proposed schemes have the compact form and could achieve arbitrary even order of *** main idea is to make use of the lower order compact schemes recursively,so as to obtain the high order compact schemes ***,the schemes can be implemented efficiently by solving a series of tridiagonal systems recursively or the fast Fourier transform(FFT).With mathematical induction,the eigenvalues of the proposed differencing operators are shown to be bounded away from zero,which indicates the positive definiteness of the *** obtain numerical boundary conditions for the high order schemes,the simplified inverse Lax-Wendroff(SILW)procedure is adopted and the stability analysis is performed by the Godunov-ryabenkii method and the eigenvalue spectrum visualization *** numerical experiments are provided to demonstrate the effectiveness and robustness of our algorithms.

A composite material comprising a carbon layer and spherical carbon/carbon cloth(C-SC/CC)was fabricated using a hydrothermal-pyrolysis method,employing carbon cloth as the substrate and glucose as the carbon *** C-SC/CC electrode was evaluated as an electrocatalytic electrode for hydrogen production by electrolysis of bunsen reaction *** electrode prepared with 4 g of glucose and annealed at 800°C showed excellent electrocatalytic *** requires only a potential of 185 mV(***)to achieve a current density of 10 mA/***,the electrode demonstrated good stability with a 6%loss in current density after 1000 cycles of scanning from 0.2 V to 1.2 *** results indicate the potential of the SC/CC electrode as an efficient and durable electrocatalyst for the electrolysis of H2SO4 and HI.
