background:The compound Luteolin-7-rutinoside(L7r)is a flavone derivative of luteolin,predominantly identified in plant species belonging to the families ***,Myristic acid is characterized by its structure as a 14-carbon,unsaturated fatty *** this investigation,we endeavor to elucidate the putative mechanisms underlying the therapeutic effects of Myristic Acid and Luteolin 7-rutinoside in the context of oral cancer treatment,employing network pharmacology coupled with molecular docking ***:The protein targets of Myristic Acid and Luteolin 7-rutinoside were identified through a search on the Swiss Target ***,a compound-target network was constructed using Cytoscape *** associated with OC were retrieved from the OMIM and GeneCards *** overlap between compound targets and OC-related targets was determined,and the resulting shared targets were subjected to protein-protein interaction(PPI)network analysis using the STrING ***,gene ontology(GO)and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG)enrichment analyses were conducted on the identified *** docking were performed to investigate the interactions between the core target and the active ***:The component target network comprises 103 nodes and 102 *** the proteins in the protein-protein interaction(PPI)network,those with higher degrees are TNF,PPArG,and *** through Gene Ontology(GO)and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG)pathways indicates that the treatment of OC with Myristic Acid and Luteolin 7-rutinoside primarily involves the regulation of mirNA transcription and inflammatory *** identified signaling pathways include Pathways in cancer,PPAr signaling pathway,EGFr signaling pathway,and TNF signaling *** docking studies reveal that Luteolin 7-rutinoside and Myristic acid exhibit higher affinity towards TNF,PPArG,TP53,and ***:This study

Dear Editor,I would like to express my views on“Amendments to the Abortion law in India:Is it Progressive Enough?[1]”*** stated that“The law also permits abortions on the ground of contraceptive failure even among unmarried women,which were earlier restricted to the married couple…reproductive freedom of women continues to remain submissive to medical and legal rules.[1]”In India,it is agreed that abortion laws are progressive and women’s reproductive rights are subject to medical and legal procedures.[2]However,Section 3(2)(a)read with Explanation I of Section 3(2)of the Medical Termination of Pregnancy Act,1971(MTP Act,1971)(as amended in 2021),allowed all women(including unmarried women)to have abortion rights up to 20 weeks of pregnancy due to contraceptive failure used by her or her partner based on doctor’s opinion that such pregnancy poses a risk to the mother’s life;or grave injury to physical or mental health.

Management of proximal tibial stress fracture associated with advanced knee osteoarthritis:A systematic review

Purpose:Tibial stress fracture associated with knee osteoarthritis is an unusual and difficult clinical *** is no clear existing treatment guideline for this uncommon clinical *** aim of this study is to review the impact of various treatment options for patients with advanced knee osteoarthritis associated with proximal tibial stress ***:The study was performed using the databases of PubMed and *** index for non-randomized studies score was used to evaluate the included studies’*** concluded data included the treatment approach,reported outcome measure,and time to fracture *** literature search was started in December 2021 and accomplished in January 2022.A narrative description of the different methods and comparison of their results were ***:Out of total assessed 69 studies,9 studies were included in our *** commonest treatment approach used was total knee arthroplasty by long tibial stem *** mean preoperative knee society score and knee functional score were 30.62 and 23.17,*** mean postoperative knee society knee score was 86.87,while the functional score was *** average reported time to achieve fracture union was 4 months(a range of 2.07-5.50 months).Conclusion:The optimal clinical outcome for treating either acute or mobile tibial stress fracture in patients with advanced knee osteoarthritis can be achieved with long stem total knee ***,due to heterogeneity of data,comparison of different treatment options for chronic proximal tibial stress fracture mal-union/non-union coexisting with knee osteoarthritic and such inferences need to be judged cautiously.

To solve the problem that the traditional cloud model can't directly process the textual review information in the recommendation algorithm,this paper combines the merits of the cloud model in transforming qualitative and quantitative knowledge with the multi-granularity advantages of probabilistic linguistic term sets in representing uncertain information,and proposes a recommendation algorithm based on cloud model in probabilistic language ***,this paper quantifies the attributes in the review text based on the probabilistic linguistic term ***,the maximum deviation method is used to determine the weight of each attribute in the evaluation information of the product to be recommended,and the comprehensive evaluation number and attribute weight are converted into the digital characteristic value of the cloud model by using the backward cloud ***,the products are recommended and sorted based on the digital characteristic value of the cloud *** algorithm is applied to the recommendation of 10 hotels,and the results show that the method is effective and practical,enriching the application of cloud models in the recommendation field.

The probabilistic hesitant fuzzy multi-attribute group decision-making method introduces probability and hesitation into decision-making problems at the same time,which can improve the reliability and accuracy of decision-making results,and has become a research hotspots in recent ***,there are still many problems,such as overly complex calculations and difficulty in obtaining probability *** on these,the paper proposes a multi-attribute group decision-making model based on probability hesitant fuzzy soft ***,the definition of probabilistic hesitant fuzzy soft set is ***,based on soft set theory and probabilistic hesitant fuzzy set,the similarity measure of probabilistic hesitant fuzzy soft set is proposed,and the two measures are further ***,it is applied to the construction of multi-attribute group decision-making model,and the effectiveness and rationality of the model are verified by an *** example shows that the new similarity calculation formula and algorithm model in this paper have higher accuracy,and the calculation process is more simple,it provides a feasible method for multi-attribute group decision making problems.

A retrospective Analytical Study of Forensic Evidence in rape and Murder Cases and its Implications on Judicial Outcomes in India

In rape and murder cases,forensic science precisely establishes the link between the accused and either the victim or the crime scene,or both,which aids police investigation and the trial process by providing scientific evidence to corroborate or contradict the accused’s *** study focuses on the importance of forensic evidence in deciding rape cases in *** study aimed to analyze the correlation between forensic evidence and judicial outcomes in determining the conviction *** is a retrospective analytical study of rape and murder cases of the Supreme Court of India(SCI)Judgments from 1992 to 2021 using the library and digital library *** data obtained were subjected to Pearson’s correlation test to assess the relationship between forensic evidence and judicial *** results were considered statistically significant at Prape and murder cases,13(65%)cases had proper handling of the forensic samples,while 7(35%)cases had improper handling of the forensic samples or inconsistent forensic reports were *** on the forensic reports and other factors,the SCI affirmed the sentence in 11(55%)cases,commuted imprisonment in 7(35%)cases,and acquitted 2(15%)***,the statistical analysis shows that forensic evidence and judicial outcomes have a moderately positive correlation with each other(0.2rrape and murder cases,SCI judgments have a high conviction ***,the SCI commuted the sentence based on inconsistent forensic reports and acquitted based on mishandled forensic reports.

Land Use Land Cover Analysis for Godavari basin in Maharashtra Using Geographical Information System and remote Sensing

The dynamic transformation of land use and land cover has emerged as a crucial aspect in the effective management of natural resources and the continual monitoring of environmental shifts. This study focused on the land use and land cover (LULC) changes within the catchment area of the Godavari river, assessing the repercussions of land and water resource exploitation. Utilizing LANDSAT satellite images from 2009, 2014, and 2019, this research employed supervised classification through the Quantum Geographic Information System (QGIS) software’s SCP plugin. Maximum likelihood classification algorithm was used for the assessment of supervised land use classification. Seven distinct LULC classes—forest, irrigated cropland, agricultural land (fallow), barren land, shrub land, water, and urban land—are delineated for classification purposes. The study revealed substantial changes in the Godavari basin’s land use patterns over the ten-year period from 2009 to 2019. Spatial and temporal dynamics of land use/cover changes (2009-2019) were quantified using three Satellite/Landsat images, a supervised classification algorithm and the post classification change detection technique in GIS. The total study area of the Godavari basin in Maharashtra encompasses 5138175.48 hectares. Notably, the built-up area increased from 0.14% in 2009 to 1.94% in 2019. The proportion of irrigated cropland, which was 62.32% in 2009, declined to 41.52% in 2019. Shrub land witnessed a noteworthy increase from 0.05% to 2.05% over the last decade. The key findings underscored significant declines in barren land, agricultural land, and irrigated cropland, juxtaposed with an expansion in forest land, shrub land, and urban land. The classification methodology achieved an overall accuracy of 80%, with a Kappa Statistic of 71.9% for the satellite images. Weighted Composition Operators That Preserve Frames On Weighted Hardy Spaces

In this paper, we characterize weighted composition operators that preserve frames on the weighted Hardy spaces in the unit disk. In particular, we obtain the symbol properties of the bounded invertible weighted composition operators. Moreover, we establish the equivalence between bounded invertible operators and frame-preserving operators. Furthermore, we show that weighted composition operator preserves frames if and only if it preserves the riesz bases property. Additionally,we investigate the weighted composition operators that preserve tight or normalized tight frames on the Dirichlet space.
