Background:The initial randomized,double-blinded,actively controlled,p.ase III ANEAS study(NCT03849768)demonstrated that aumolertinib showed sup.rior efficacy relative to gefitinib as first-line therap. in ep.dermal growth factor recep.or(EGFR)-mutated advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Metastatic disease in the central nervous system(CNS)remains a challenge in the management of *** study aimed to comp.re the efficacy of aumolertinib versus gefitinib among p.tients with baseline CNS metastases in the ANEAS ***:Eligible p.tients were enrolled and randomly assigned in a 1:1 ratio to orally receive either aumolertinib or gefitinib in a double-blinded *** with asymp.omatic,stable CNS metastases were ***-up.imaging of the same modality as the initial CNS imaging was p.rformed every 6 weeks for 15 months,then every *** resp.nsewas assessed by a neuroradiological blinded,indep.ndent central review(neuroradiological-BICR).The p.imary endp.int for this subgroup.analysis was CNS p.ogression-free survival(p.S).Results:Of the 429 p.tients enrolled and randomized in the ANEAS study,106 p.tients were found to have CNS metastases(CNS Full Analysis Set,cFAS)at baseline by neuroradiological-BICR,and 60 of them had CNS target lesions(CNS Evaluable for Resp.nse,cEFR).Treatment with aumolertinib significantly p.olonged median CNS p.S comp.red with gefitinib in both cFAS(29.0 vs.8.3 months;hazard ratio[HR]=0.31;95%confidence interval[CI],0.17-0.56;p.0.001)and cEFR(29.0 vs.8.3 months;HR=0.26;95%CI,0.11-0.57;p.0.001).The confirmed CNS overall resp.nse rate in cEFRwas 85.7%and 75.0%in p.tients treated with aumolertinib and gefitinib,*** risk analysis showed that the estimated p.obability of CNS p.ogression without p.ior non-CNS p.ogression or death was consistently lower with aumolertinib than with gefitinib in p.tients with and without CNSmetastases at *** new safety findings were ***:The

Tumor vaccine therap. offers significant advantages over conventional treatments,including reduced toxic side ***,it currently functions p.imarily as an adjuvant treatment modality in clinical oncology due to limitations in tumor antigen selection and delivery *** vaccines often fail to elicit a su±ciently robust immune resp.nse against p.ogressive tumors,thereby limiting their clinical e±*** this study,we develop.d a nanop.rticle-based tumor vaccine,OVA@HA-p.I,utilizing ovalbumin(OVA)as the p.esenting antigen and hyaluronic acid(HA)and p.lyethyleneimine(p.I)as adjuvants and *** formulation significantly enhanced the p.oliferation of immune cells and cytokines,such as CD3,CD8,interferon-,and tumor necrosis factor-,in vivo,effectively activating an immune resp.nse against B16–F10 *** vivofluorescenceflow cytometry(IVFC)has already become an effective method for monitoring circulating tumor cells(CTCs)due to its direct,noninvasive,and long-term detection *** study utilized a laboratory-constructed IVFC system to monitor the immune p.ocesses induced by the OVA@HA-p.I tumor vaccine and an anti-p.ogrammed death-1(p.-1)*** results demonstrated that the combined treatment of OVA@HA-p.I and anti-p.-1 antibody significantly imp.oved the survival time of mice comp.red to anti-p.-1 antibody treatment ***,this combination therap. substantially reduced the number of CTCs in vivo,increased the clearance rate of CTCs by the immune system,and slowed tumor *** greatly enhance the clinical ap.lication p.osp.cts of IVFC and tumor vaccines.

The p.rafoveal area,with its high concentration of p.otorecep.ors andfine retinal cap.llaries,is crucial for central vision and often exhibits early signs of p.thological *** current adap.ive op.ics scanning laser op.thalmoscop.(AOSLO)p.ovides an excellent tool to acquire accurate and detailed information about the p.rafoveal area with cellular ***,limited by the scanning sp.ed of two-dimensional scanning,thefield of view(FOV)in the AOSLO system was usually less than or equal to 2,and the stitching for the p.rafoveal area required dozens of images,which was time-consuming and ***,almost half of p.tients are unable to obtain stitched images because of their *** solve this p.oblem,we integrate AO technology with the line-scan imaging method to build an adap.ive op.ics line scanning op.thalmoscop.(AOLSO)system with a larger *** the AOLSO,afocal sp.erical mirrors in p.irs are nonp.anar arranged and the distance and angle between op.ical elements are op.imized to minimize the aberrations,two cylinder lenses are orthogonally p.aced before the imaging sensor to stretch the p.int sp.ead function(p.F)for su±ciently digitizing light *** human retinal images show the whole p.rafoveal area with 55FOV,60 Hz frame rate and cellular *** advantage of the 5FOV of the AOLSO,only 9 frames of the retina are cap.ured with several minutes to stitch a montage image with an FOV of 99,in which p.otorecep.or counting is p.rformed within ap.roximately 5*** AOLSO system not only p.ovides cellular resolution but also has the cap.bility to cap.ure the p.rafoveal region in a single frame,which offers great p.tential for noninvasive studying of the p.rafoveal area.

Rep.esenting the next-generation technology in lithium-ion batteries,lithium-sulfur(Li-S)batteries offer increased sp.cific energy without relying on scarce metals like nickel and cobalt,but suffer from a low p.actical sp.cific energy due to p.or conductivity and a short lifesp.n due to the shuttle effect of *** the confinement of p.lysulfides and the transp.rt of lithium ions requires highly elaborate modifiers for *** multi-shelled structures(HoMSs)show p.omise as hierarchical mesostructures for sep.rators,offering multip.e shell layers and internal cavities that effectively inhibit p.lysulfide *** design of these structures is crucial to addr.ss these challenges *** this study,nitrogen-dop.d carbon HoMS(NC HoMS)was created using p.lymer temp.ates through a p.ecisely controlled p.lymerization *** featuring NC HoMS-modified sep.rators exhibit imp.oved cap.city and cycling stability in comp.rison to those utilizing commercial ***,trip.e-shelled NC HoMS strikes a balance in p.lysulfide containment and lithium ion *** a sulfur loading of 6.34 mg/cm^(2),the Li-S battery can consistently comp.ete 100 charge-discharge cycles,starting with a discharge cap.city of 966.4 mA·h/g with a 75.8%cap.city retention *** HoMS holds p.tential as the sep.rator modifier in addr.ssing the p.lysulfide shuttle p.oblem and facilitating the Li-ion transp.rtation for advanced Li-S batteries.

The p.wer grid,as the hub connecting the p.wer sup.ly and consump.ion sides,p.ays an imp.rtant role in achieving carbon neutrality in *** emerging carbon markets,assessing the investment benefits of p.wer-grid enterp.ises is ***,studying the imp.ct of the carbon market on the investment and op.ration of p.wergrid enterp.ises is key to ensuring their efficient ***,few studies have examined the interaction between the carbon and electricity markets using system dynamics models,highlighting a research gap.in this *** study investigates the imp.ct of the carbon market on the investment of p.wer-grid enterp.ises using a novel evaluation system based on a system dynamics model that considers carbon-emissions from an established carbon-emission accounting ***,an index system for benefit evaluation was constructed from six asp.cts:financing ability,economic benefit,reliability,social resp.nsibility,user satisfaction,and carbon-emissions.A system dynamics model was then develop.d to reflect the causal feedback relationship.between the imp.ct of the carbon market on the investment and op.ration of p.wer-grid *** simulation results of a p.ovincial p.wer-grid enterp.ise analyze comp.ehensive investment evaluation benefits over a 10-year p.riod and the imp.ct of carbon emissions on the investment and op.ration of p.wer-grid *** study p.ovides guidelines for the benign develop.ent of p.wer-grid enterp.ises within the context of the carbon market.

Nano 3C-SiC@multilayer grap.ene oxide(NS@MGO)heterostructure was in situ p.ep.red by carbothermal reduction of p.rolyzed p.ecursor comp.sed of highly disp.rsed cured p.enolic resin and silicon dioxide derived from tetraethyl *** heterojunction interface,number of layers of MGO,and defect content in grap.ene are the three most imp.rtant factors for p.omoting p.otocatalytic *** contact between 3C-SiC nanograins and MGO layers facilitates the p.otogenerated electrons to migrate across the heterojunction interface and avoid the formation of SiO_(2) nanolayers on the surface of SiC *** number of MGO layers is sup.osed to be less than ten instead of over-thick *** concentrations of oxygenated comp.nents,considered the defect contents,decrease with the increase of sintering temp.rature for NS@MGO 0.175-T-150,and relative carbon content in the multilayer grap.ene *** to the heterostructures,p.op.rties,and p.otocatalytic reaction p.rformance of the NS@MGO materials,the highest p.otocatalytic kinetic rate constant of 0.00891/min for NS@MGO 0.175-1500-150 shows that the significant enhancement in p.otocatalytic degradation activity under visible light(>420 nm)irradiation is ascribed to the advantageous synergistic effects between the nano 3C-SiC p.rticles and the direct contact multilayer grap.ene oxide with ap.rop.iate layers and sufficient oxygen content of 3.51%(atomic fraction)in MGO.
