p.sticide usage alters p.ant growth,and develop.ent and disturbs native soil *** p.esent study was carried out to evaluate the effect of Chlorp.rifos(Cp.20%EC)on the growth and develop.ent of soybean(Glycine max),soil fertility,and soil *** conducted a p.t exp.riment to assess the imp.ct of different concentrations of chlorp.rifos;recommended dose(RD)and higher dose rates(2×and 4×RD).Chlorp.rifos ap.lication significantly altered the growth p.rameters in soybean(p.0.05).At higher concentrations(2×and 4×RD)shoot length(17.16±1.04;14.33±1.15,p.0.05),root length(3.40±0.36;2.66±0.28,p.0.050),leaf count(6.33±0.57;2.66±0.57;p.0.05)reduced significantly comp.red to RD and Control *** at these concentrations(2×and 4×RD),significant reduction in fresh shoot weight(0.86±0.008;0.66±0.002,p.0.05),dr. shoot weight(0.14±0.001;0.13±0.003,p.0.05)and root fresh weight(0.13±0.001;0.09±0.003,p.0.05)and root dr. weight(0.030±0.0005,0.037±0.003,p.0.05)was observed comp.red to the RD and control ***,a significant increase in root and shoot morp.ometric p.rameters was observed in RD comp.red to control(p.0.05).All the p.ysio-chemical p.op.rties such as p.(8.51±0.82),moisture content(33.73±0.04),and electrical conductivity(3.44±0.03)were higher in Cp.treated soils comp.red to ***,nutrient content such as nitrogen,carbon,and hydr.gen were significantly reduced in treated soils comp.red to *** analysis showed higher concentrations of As,Cd,and p. in Cp.treated soil(8.7 mg/g,0.254 mg/g,and 16.477 mg/g,resp.ctively)comp.red to untreated soil(8.09 mg/g,0.228 mg/g,and 15.25 mg/g,resp.ctively).We also assessed soil metabolic activity and diversity using Community-level p.ysiological p.ofiling(CLp.).Cp.treated soil exhibited significantly lesser microbial diversity,with lesser metabolic *** analysis revealed a shift in bacterial community comp.sition,with p.eudomonadota and Bacteroidota dominating Cp.treated s

Lanthanum dop.d nickel-cobalt nano ferrites with chemical formula Ni_(0.5)Co_(0.5)LaxFe_(2-x)O_(4)(x=0.05,0,10,0.15 and 0,20) were p.ep.red using a simp.e sol-gel auto combustion *** basic structural p.op.rties were determined by X-ray diffraction method and the formation of single p.ased sp.nel ferrite was *** crystalline size decreased from 25 to 11 nm and lattice p.rameter a increases with increase of La *** surface morp.ology of these ferrites was observed by field-emission scanning electron microscop.(FESEM) and agglomerated irregular grains are observed with increase of the rare earth element La ***-disp.rsive X-ray sp.ctroscop.(EDX) result confirms the p.esence of the required *** Fourier transform infrared sp.ctroscop.(FTIR) sp.ctrum indicates the formation of the sp.nel ferrite structure with M-O *** direct band measurements from ultraviolet-visible sp.ctroscop.(UV-Vis) sp.ctroscop. indicate that the direct band gap.decreases from 1.39 to 1.19 eV for x=0.05 to x=0.15,then increases to 1.28 eV for x=*** room temp.rature magnetic p.op.rties of these ferrites were studied by a vibrating samp.e magnetometer(VSM).The enhanced saturation magnetization of 49.73 emu/g is observed for x=0.10 and then saturation magnetizations are gradually decreased for x=0.15 and x=*** the remanent magnetization and coercivity also follow the same trend.

Real-world evidence (RWE) is clinical evidence on a medical p.oduct’s safety and efficacy that is generated using real-world data (RWD) resulting from routine healthcare delivery. This study evaluates the clinical efficacy of amoxicillin + clavulanic acid in childr.n with p.aryngitis, acute otitis, or acute rhinosinusitis with susp.cted bacterial origin under normal office and home conditions. Methods: This was a real-life, p.osp.ctive, observational, p.armacovigilance study. It included childr.n of both sexes between 2 and 12 years old, with a diagnosis of Rhinop.aryngitis (tonsillitis), Acute Otitis Media and Rhinosinusitis. The main effectiveness variable evaluated was reduction and time to resolution of symp.oms. All p.tients received Amoxicillin/Clavulanic Acid susp.nsion 600 mg/42.9 mg/5 mL at a dose of 90 mg/Kg/day in two doses, every 12 hours for 7 days. The evaluations were carried out at the beginning, at 72 hours (3rd day) and at 7 days. All p.tients underwent culture and antibiogram. Results: The majority of cultures were negative for p.thogenic germs, susp.cting unidentifiable germs, or viral etiology desp.te the rigorous selection of subjects following validated scores. The most frequently isolated germ was Stap.ylococcus aureus;growth of gram-negative bacteria was rep.rted in 33.33% of the cultures. There was a significant imp.ovement in symp.oms in childr.n with tonsillitis and rhinosinusitis from the first 72 hours of treatment, p.rsisting until the 7 days. In the otitis media group. returning to normal by the tenth day. During the conduction of this investigation, no adverse effects associated with the p.escribed therap. were rep.rted.
