Photoluminescence characterization and energy transfer of NaBa_(1－x－y)PO_4:xCe^(3+), yTb^(3+) phosphors

A series of NaBa1-x-yPO4：xCe3＋, yTb3＋ phosphors were synthesized by solid-state reaction method. The crystal structure, photolu- minescence emission and excitation spectra and decay times of the phosphors were carefully investigated. The results revealed that an effi- cient energy transfer occurred from Ce3＋ to Zb3＋ ions in NaBaPO4 host by means of dipole-dipole interactions and the critical distance of the energy transfer was about 0.638 nm. Moreover, the phosphor emitted strong green emission under UV excitation, indicating that the phos- phors are potentially useful as a highly efficient, green-emitting phosphor.

We present a co.prehensive investigation into the superco.ducting properties of L_(a3)Al,a La-based metal with a kagome structure.L_(a3)Al crystallizes in a Ni_(3)Sn-type crystal structure(space group P63/mmc),where the La atoms form a kagome *** measurements reveal superco.ducting transition with T_(c)^(onset)=6.37 K and Tczero=6.18 *** magnetic susceptibility measurements,the superco.ducting transition is observed at 6.16 *** lower and upper critical fields are determined to be 22.17 mT and 6.69 T,*** capacity measurements co.firm the bulk superco.ductivity,showing a normalized specific heat change of△Ce/(_(γ)T_(c))=2.16 and an electron-phonon co.pling strength ofλ_(ep)=*** calculations reveal the intricate band structure of La_(3)*** notable specific heat jump,co.pled with the electron-phonon co.pling strengthλ_(ep),indicates that La_(3)Al exhibits characteristics of an intermediately co.pled type-Ⅱsuperco.ductor.

The Sr/F co.doped CaP(Sr/F-CaP)co.tings were prepared by micro-arc oxidation(MAO)under different voltages to modify the microstructure and co.rosion behavior of Mg-4Zn-1Mn *** surface and interface characteristics investigated using scanning electron microsco.y(SEM)and energy dispersive X-ray spectrometer(EDS)showed that the MAO co.tings displayed uneven crater-like holes and tiny cracks under lower voltage,while they exhibited relatively homogeneous crater-like holes without cracks under higher *** thickness of MAO co.tings increased with increasing *** co.rosion behavior of Mg-4Zn-1Mn alloy was improved by the MAO *** MAO co.tings prepared under 450 V and 500 V voltages possessed the best co.rosion resistance with regard to the electrochemical co.rosion tests and immersion co.rosion tests,*** MAO co.tings fabricated under 450-500 V co.ld provide a better co.rosion protection effect for the substrate.

Nano-amorphous TiO2 was prepared by a sol-gel method. The results of X-ray diffraction （XRD） and scanning electron microsco.y （SEM） show that the co.posite electrode material （TiO2-NiO-C） is made of powder with a grain size of 36.2 nm. Doping of nickel and graphite can increase the electrical co.ductivity and the specific surface area of nano-amorphous TiO2. The electrochemical properties of TiO2-NiO-C, such as self-discharge, leakage current, and cycle life, were studied using cyclic voltammetry （CV）, electrochemical impedance spectrosco.y （EIS）, and charge-discharge test. With a charge-discharge current density of 500 mA/g, the specific capacity of the TiO2-NiO-C co.posite material reaches 12.88 mAh/g. Also, the expense of capacity is only 3.88% after 500 cycles. The electrochemical capacitor with the electrode material of TiO2-NiO-C shows excellent capacity and cycling performance.

The effect of the crystal orientations and precipitates on the co.rosion behavior of Al-Cu-Li single crystals was studied by scanning electron microsco.y, transmission electron microsco.y, optical microsco.y, immersion testing in exfoliation co.rosion solution, and electrochemical testing. The results show that the co.rosion rates of different orientations of the aged Al-Cu-Li alloy increase in the order of (001) 1 phase deteriorated the co.rosion resistance of the Al-Cu-Li alloy, and the degree of deterioration differed in different crystal plane orientations. The severe localized co.rosion of the aged alloy propagates along the crystallography and extends along the {111}Alplane in the form of co.rosion bands.

Active power filters （APFs） are widely used for their outstanding performance in current and voltage rip- ple co.pensation. As modern high-energy accelerators are demanding much more stringent current ripple guidelines, APFs are used in the magnet power supply （MPS） in accelerator systems. However, co.ventional APFs have many drawbacks due to the traditional topology, such as co.plex structure, nonadjustable working voltage, requirement of power supply, and so on. This paper proposes a new APF topology, which works as two types of chopper circuits. This APF does not need extra electricity, but uses the power of the MPS current ripple to realize ripple depression. Experimental results prove its feasibility and effectiveness.

The cross-linked polyethylene insulated cables with co.rugated aluminium-sheathed are widely used in urban power ***,a new type of power cable fault has emerged,primarily due to defects in the buffer ***,there is a notable lack of effective evaluation methods for these defects in high-voltage(HV)***,a theoretical analysis of the gas generation mechanism in the cable buffer layer was co.ducted,identifying distinct gas products at different ***,the diffusion kinetics of gas within the cable was studied,highlighting the importance of gas in determining the state of the buffer *** authors then co.lected and analysed 60 sets of buffer layer gases from two operational 110 kV HV cables using gas chromatography *** these results with the findings from on-site inspections,the characteristic gas co.ponents and co.centration distribution under various defect co.ditions were *** results found higher co.centrations of CH_(4)in normal cables and defective cables,while there are higher co.centrations of H_(2),co.and co.(2)in defective cables,and the oxygen co.tent *** disco.eries made in this research may offer a new approach for assessing the state of the cable buffer layer.
