New Type Austenite Dynamic Recrystallization of Microalloyed Forging Steels 38MnVS During Forging Process

Hot co.pression tests of microalloyed forging steels 38MnVS were carried out on the Gleeble-3800 thermo-mechanical simulator at the deformation temperatures from 950 to 1 150 ℃ with the strain rates ranging from 0.1 to 10 s^（-1）. The effects of the deformation temperature and strain rate on the austenite dynamic recrystallization and microstructural changes were researched. The experimental results show that the dynamic recrystallization accelerated with the increase of the deformation temperatures and the decrease of the strain rate. The activation energy of dynamic recrystallization was calculated, which was about 275.453 kJ/mol. The relation between the dynamic recrystallization and the Z-parameter was investigated, and the state chart of the dynamic recrystallization of the microalloyed forging steel 38MnVS was made acco.ding to the experimental data and the deformation parameters.

The high cycle fatigue properties of the die-cast magnesium alloy AZ91D co.taining 1%mischmetal(mass fraction) at a fatigue ratio of 0.1 were *** difference in the microstructure between the skin and co.e region of the die-cast magnesium alloy was analyzed by optical *** mechanical property tests indicate that the values of the tensile strength, elongation and hardness are 185 MPa,1.5%and HBS 70±3 at room temperature,*** p-S-N curve(p=50%) of the die-cast magnesium alloy AZ91D-1%MM is determined and the mean fatigue strength co.responding to 3.8×10~5 cycles is 70 MPa. A linear relation between S and N_p in log scale between 10~3 and 10~6 cycles is written with a *** mechanical properties are influenced by the casting *** fatigue life of the samples with minor defects is near to the upper limit of the fatigue life data. The fatigue fracture surface of the samples with minor defects possesses the mixed characteristics of quasi-cleavage,lacerated ridge and dimple and it is brittle fracture mode as a whole.

This paper proposes a fast-charging model for electric vehicles(EVs) aimed at improving charging *** model identifies three subsystems-EV charging station,battery management system(BMS),and thermal management *** opensource software Python 3 is applied to simulate the charging performance with normal temperatures,enabling researchers to identify development issues that lead to undesired speeds and to design better electrical *** reliability of this model has been validated by measured data from experiments,the accuracy for the 12%～90% SOC charging range is over 98.5% in our model,while the83.99% accuracy is obtained from the co.ventional charging map looking-up *** simulation tool can significantly co.tribute towards achieving faster recharging speeds in real-world applications through advanced analysis capabilities.A better temperature co.trol system,an improved BMS strategy and an optimized charger co.ld further reduce the charging time by 5-8% without extra battery pack investment.

Based on the case that the multi-function steering wheel switch of a certain type of vehicle has abnormally caused the cruise function to be activated during the whole vehicle test,the analysis shows that the signal abnormality is generated when the walkietalkie interferes,and the switch itself has insufficient anti-interference ability,resulting in *** after the voltage is *** to the reasons,the co.responding measures are taken to improve the anti-jamming performance by changing the hardware circuit,and finally solve the problem and verify the effectiveness.
