The effect of aging on the mechanical properties and microstructures of a new ZG12Cr9 MolColNiVNbNB ferritic heat resistant steel was investigated in this work to satisfy the high steam parameters of the ultra-supercritical power *** results show that the main precipitates during aging are Fe（Cr,Mo）23C6,V（Nb）C,and（Fe2Mo） Laves in the *** amounts of the precipitated phases increase during aging,and correspondingly,the morphologies of phases are similar to be ***（Cr,Mo）23C6 appears along boundaries and grows with increasing *** addition,it is revealed that the martensitic laths are coarsened and eventually happen to be *** hardness and strength decrease gradually,whereas the plasticity of the steel ***＇s more,the hardness of this steel after creep is similar to that of other 9%-12%Cr ferritic ***,ZG12Cr9 MolColNiVNbNB can be used in the project.

For improving the service performance of Inconel 718 alloy, especially used as a corrosion-resistant alloy for special environment, the microstructure and mechanical property of different carbon-containing Inconel 718 alloys were investigated by the Thermo-Calc software and experiments. The experimental results indicated that the mor- phology, distribution and types of carbides mainly existing in the form of MC＇were hardly influenced by solution treatment at 1050 ℃ for 1 h. The precipitation amount and particle size of carbides decreased with the decrease of carbon content, which was the main reason resulting in the increase of ductility and toughness. In addition, moving dislocation could be restrained by the precipitation of carbides. Therefore, the strength could benefit from the precip- itation strengthening of carbides when the precipitation of γ′/γ″ phase was not influenced by the precipitation of carbides.

The recent research on stability of gas bearing-rotor systems still mostly adopts the same method as in oil-lubricated bearing-rotor *** dynamic coefficients of gas bearings in the case that the perturbation frequencies are same as the rotating speed are used to carry out the stability analysis of rotor *** method does not contact the frequency characteristics of dynamic stiffness and damping coefficients of gas bearings with the dynamical behaviors of rotor ***,the effects of perturbation frequencies on the stability of systems are not taken into *** this paper,the dynamic stiffness and damping coefficients of tilting-pad gas bearings are calculated by the partial derivative *** the base of solution of dynamic coefficients,two computational models are produced for stability analysis on rotor systems supported by tilting-pad gas bearings according to whether the degrees of the freedom of pads tilting motions are included in the equations of motion or *** the condition of considering the frequency effects of dynamic coefficients of tilting-pad gas bearings,the corresponding eigenvalues of the rigid and first five vibration modes of the system with the working speeds of 8-30 kr/min are computed through iteratively solving the equations of motion of rotor-system by using two computational models,*** to the obtained eigenvalues,the stability of rotor system is *** results indicate that the eigenvalues and the stability of rotor system obtained by these two computational models are well agreement each *** all can more accurately analyze the stability of rotor systems supported by tilting-pad gas *** research has important meaning for perfecting the stability analysis method of rotor systems supported by gas bearings.

Flutter is a self-sustained vibration which could create serious damage to compressor *** the efficiency and accuracy of Fluid-Structure Interaction(FSI)method is crucial to flutter *** efficient FSI method which combines a fast mesh deformation technology and Double-Passage Shape Correction(DPSC)method is proposed to predict blades flutter under traveling wave ***,regarding the fluid domain as a pseudo elastic solid,the flow mesh deformation and blade vibration response can be quickly obtained by solving the governing equations of the holistic system composed of blade and pseudo elastic ***,by storing and updating the Fourier coefficients on the circumferential boundary,the phase-lagged boundary condition is introduced into the computational ***,the aerodynamic stability for the blades of an axial compressor under various Inter-Blade Phase Angle(IBPA)is *** results show that the proposed method can effectively predict the characteristics of aerodynamic damping,aerodynamic force and blade *** a conceptual model is proposed to describe the motion behavior of the shock *** with the multi-passage method,the proposed method obtains almost the same unstable IBPA interval and the blade displacement error is less than 3.4%.But the calculation time is significantly shortened especially in small IBPA cases.

Study on Multi-objective Cutting Parameters Optimization of Titanium Alloy

In order to explore the cutting rules, optimize the cutting parameters and improve cutting efficiency of tita- nium alloy, multiple sets of test parameters were schemed out by using the uniform design method. Test cutting research of cutting forces and surface roughness with these parameters were conducted under the condition of 12 ℃ dry cutting and -50 ℃ cold blast machining, respectively. Through the regression analysis about the results of the test, a multiple linear regression model which was applicable for titanium alloy clean cutting on its surface roughhess and cutting force has been established. On this basis, a multi-objective optimization model aimed at suogace roughness, cutting force and cutting efficieney had been set up. And by means of the multi-objective data weighted method, successfully converted the multi-objective optimization model into a single-objective one. Verification tests were done under these cutting parameters, and the results are in good agreement with those calculated.

In the realm of business management, the author first adopted DITSF, the structured FORTRAN language developed by the Dalian Institute of Technology in China, to develop JIHAGL, a general program which has gained good economic result in the preliminary application of it to the project of the manufacture of industrial steam turbines. The structured programing method has been reputed as a sign of the second software revolution. The program written in this language presents a clear logical form and errors are easy to detect, thus a number of difficulties causing crises of software may be avoided.

In this paper the development status and background of 350-MW China-made supercritical steam turbines are *** the study on the eight turbines that are put into operation,their technical performances are compared and *** major factors affecting the heat consumption rate are analyzed in details and the technical measures to reduce the heat consumption rate are put *** measures have been applied to several such units with significant improvements,which can provide important references for the maintenance and retrofit of 350-MW super critical steam turbines.
