Frequency microcombs with microwave and millimeter-wave repetition rates provide a compact solution for coherent communication and information *** implementation of these microcombs using a CMOS-compatible platform further paves the way for large-scale photonic integration and ***,we demonstrate free-running soliton microcombs with K-band repetition rates with very low phase noise over a 4 GHz pump detuning range reaching−117(−123)dBc/Hz at 10 kHz offset for a 19.7(10)GHz carrier without active pump stabilization,exceeding commercial electronic microwave oscillators at frequency offsets above 40 *** minimum laser noise to soliton microwave signal transduction factor observed is−*** noise performance is achieved using a hybridized dual-mode for soliton generation to achieve passive thermal stabilization and minimal soliton spectrum shift from prior Raman scattering and dispersive wave *** further examine the locking of the repetition rate to an external ultrastable photonic oscillator to illustrate the feasibility of phase noise suppression below the thermorefractive noise limits of microresonator frequency combs.

The effect of aging on the mechanical properties and microstructures of a new ZG12Cr9 MolColNiVNbNB ferritic heat resistant steel was investigated in this work to satisfy the high steam parameters of the ultra-supercritical power *** results show that the main precipitates during aging are Fe（Cr,Mo）23C6,V（Nb）C,and（Fe2Mo） Laves in the *** amounts of the precipitated phases increase during aging,and correspondingly,the morphologies of phases are similar to be ***（Cr,Mo）23C6 appears along boundaries and grows with increasing *** addition,it is revealed that the martensitic laths are coarsened and eventually happen to be *** hardness and strength decrease gradually,whereas the plasticity of the steel ***＇s more,the hardness of this steel after creep is similar to that of other 9%-12%Cr ferritic ***,ZG12Cr9 MolColNiVNbNB can be used in the project.

Effects of Carbon Content on Mechanical Properties of Inconel 718 Alloy

For improving the service performance of Inconel 718 alloy, especially used as a corrosion-resistant alloy for special environment, the microstructure and mechanical property of different carbon-containing Inconel 718 alloys were investigated by the Thermo-Calc software and experiments. The experimental results indicated that the mor- phology, distribution and types of carbides mainly existing in the form of MC＇were hardly influenced by solution treatment at 1050 ℃ for 1 h. The precipitation amount and particle size of carbides decreased with the decrease of carbon content, which was the main reason resulting in the increase of ductility and toughness. In addition, moving dislocation could be restrained by the precipitation of carbides. Therefore, the strength could benefit from the precip- itation strengthening of carbides when the precipitation of γ′/γ″ phase was not influenced by the precipitation of carbides.

Chang’E-IV will be the first soft-landing and rover mission on the lunar farside. The relay satellite, which is located near the Earth-Moon L2 point for relay communication, is the key to the landing mission. Based on an analysis of the characteristics of the task and the technical difficulties associated with the relay satellite system, the overall design scheme of the relay communication mission is proposed in terms of trajectory design and communication system design among other aspects. First, according to the complex dynamic environment, a mission orbit that serves as an uninterrupted communication link is presented. A short-duration and low-energy transfer trajectory with lunar flyby is discussed. Orbital correction and a low-cost control strategy for orbit maintenance in the Earth-Moon L2 point region are provided. Second,considering the existing technical constraints, the requirement of relay communication in different stages and the design schemes of frequency division and redundant relay communication system are introduced. Finally,based on the trajectory design index and the performance of the communication system, the overall design scheme of the relay communication mission is proposed. This mission will provide the technical support and reference required for the Chang’E-IV mission.

Aim: Yiqi-Liangxue Recipe(YL) is a compound preparation of Chinese medicine used for preventing cardiovascular events after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)(Patent No. 200810240175.4). Maintaining the integrity of endothelia is one of the most effective approaches to prevent restenosis. Given its clinical protective effects on long-term prognosis, we investigated the mechanisms of YL in protecting vascular endothelial ***: We prepared drugs serum and human umbilical vein endothelial cell(HUVEC) lines. The injured model was employed with Angiotensin II(Ang II). The YL group was employed with YL treatment. The ARB medicine group was employed with Losartan Potassium treatment. The combination of Chinese medicine and western medicine(YL+ARB) group was employed with both YL and ARB. The control group was unemployed with injury and medical treatment. For each group the cell migration rate(CM) and cell proliferation rate(CP) were measured. The concentration of Nitric Oxide(NO), Reactive Oxygen Species(ROS), Endothelin-1(ET-1) were assessed. The gene expression level of ET-1 was ***: YL+ARB group significantly promoted the speed of the CM/CP of the injured HUVECs. Compared with model group, the concentration of NO increased after the drug intervention, and the concentration of ET-1 decreased. Compared with YL+ARB group, YL and ARB group each had the similar weaker effects, but did not have significant difference. The fluorescence of ROS in YL, ARB and YL+ARB group had no difference because the fluorescence was too strong. Compared with model group, the-2ΔΔCt values were decreased in the YL, ARB and YL+ARB group. The gene expression level of ET-1 was inhibited after the drug intervention, although with no significant ***: Treatment with YL ameliorates the injury of vascular endothelial cells and YL+ARB has better curative effect. The layer transfer process is one of the most promising methods for low-cost and highly-efficient solar cells, in which transferrable mono-crystalline silicon thin wafers or films can be produced directly from gaseous feed-stocks. In this work, we show an approach to preparing seeded substrates for layer-transferrable silicon films. The commercial silicon wafers are used as mother substrates, on which periodically patterned silicon rod arrays are fabricated, and all of the surfaces of the wafers and rods are sheathed by thermal silicon oxide. Thermal evaporated aluminum film is used to fill the gaps between the rods and as the stiff mask, while polymethyl methacrylate （PMMA） and photoresist are used as the soft mask to seal the gap between the filled aluminum and the rods. Under the joint resist of the stiff and soft masks, the oxide on the rod head is selectively removed by wet etching and the seed site is formed on the rod head. The seeded substrate is obtained after the removal of the masks. This joint mask technique will promote the endeavor of the exploration of mechanically stable, unlimitedly reusable substrates for the kerfless technology.
