As an emerging information device that adapts to development of the big data era,memristor has attracted much attention due to its advantage in processing massive ***,the nucleation and growth of conductive filaments often exhibit randomness and instability,which undoubtedly leads to a wide and discrete range of switching parameters,damaging the electrical performance of *** this work,a strategy of inserting carbon quantum dots(CQDs)into graphene oxide(GO)resistance layer is utilized to improve the stability of the switching parameters and the reliability of the device is *** with GO-based devices,GO/CQDs/GO-based devices exhibit a more stable resistance switching curve,low power,lower and more concentrated threshold voltage parameters with lower variation coefficient,faster switching speed,and more stable retention and *** cause-inducing performance improvement may be attributed to the local electric field generated by CQDs in resistance switching that effectively guides the formation and rupture of conductive filaments,which optimizes the effective migration distance of Ag^(+),thereby improving the uniformity of resistance ***,a convolutional neural network model is constructed to identify the CIFAR-10 data set,showing the high recognition accuracy of online and offline *** cross-kernel structure is used to further implement convolutional image processing through multiplication and accumulation *** work provides a solution to improve the performance of memristors,which can contribute to developing digital information processing.

Background: Biliary mucinous cystic neoplasms(BMCNs) are rare hepatobiliary cystic tumors, which can be divided into noninvasive and invasive types. This study aimed to investigate the diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis of BMCNs in a large single center. Methods: We analyzed 49 patients with BMCNs confirmed by postoperative pathology at the First Afflliated Hospital, Zhejiang University School of Medicine between January 2007 and December 2021. Results: Among the 49 patients, 37 were female(75.5%), and the average age was 57.04 years. Common symptoms included abdominal discomfort, jaundice and fever, while 22 patients(44.9%) had no symptoms. Serum carbohydrate antigen(CA) 19-9 and CA125 concentrations were elevated in 34.8% and 19.6% of patients, respectively. Forty-eight patients had tumors in the intrahepatic bile ducts and only one had a tumor in the extrahepatic bile duct. Forty-eight patients with noninvasive intrahepatic BMCNs were further analyzed in terms of pathological features: 34(70.8%) had low-grade intraepithelial neoplasms(LGINs), and 14(29.2%) had high-grade intraepithelial neoplasms(HGINs). The potential immunohistochemical markers of BMCNs were cytokeratin(CK) 19, CK7, estrogen receptor and progesterone receptor. Follow-up data for 37 patients with intrahepatic BMCNs were obtained. The median overall survival(OS) of BMCNs was not reached. The longest survival time was 137 *** 5-and 10-year OS rates were 100% and 85.4%, respectively. The 5-and 10-year recurrence-free survival(RFS) rates were 93.9% and 80.2%, respectively. Conclusions: BMCNs are rare cystic neoplasms that commonly occur in middle-aged females. BMCNs can only be diagnosed and classified by postoperative pathology, as there are no specific clinical presentations, serological indicators or imaging modalities for preoperative diagnosis. Complete surgical resection is necessary for BMCNs, and the postoperative prognosis is favorable.

This work was carried out to evaluate the insecticidal effect of mono,bi and trimetallic nanoparticles(NPs)from leaf extract of habanero pepper(Capsicum chinense Jacq.)on the red flour beetle(Tribolium castaneum herbst.)and cotton mealybug(Phenacoccus solenopsis Tinsley).The results showed that Cu NPs,Cu/Mn NPs and Zn/Cu NPs had high insecticidal effect against ***(63%-80% mortality after 96 h).The Cu NPs and Zn/Cu NPs showed also insecticidal effect against ***,but to a lesser extent(20%–28% after 96 h).With regards to the physicochemical characterization,Cu NPs had a zeta potential of 21.1 mV,whereas Cu/Mn NPs and Zn/Cu NPs exhibited zeta potentials of 200 *** polydispersity index(PDI)values for Cu NPs,Cu/Mn NPs,and Zn/Cu NPs were 10.1,29.16,and 14.34,*** TF-IR spectra of the NPs varied from 600 to 4000 cm−*** EDX weight percentages showed the presence of Cu(0.29%–2.4%),Mn(1.4%),and Zn(2.6%)in Cu/Mn NPs and Zn/Cu NPs,respectively.

Fatty acid oxidation defects(FAOD)and urea cycle defects(UCD)are among the most common metabolic liver *** of these disorders is dotted with challenges as the strategies differ based on the type and severity of the *** those with FAOD the cornerstone of management is avoiding hypoglycemia which in turn prevents the triggering of fatty acid *** this review,we discuss the role of carnitine supplementation,dietary interventions,newer therapies like triheptanoin,long-term treatment and approach to positive newborn *** UCD the general goal is to avoid excessive protein intake and indigenous protein ***,one size does not fit all and striking the right balance between avoiding hyperammonemia and preventing deficiencies of essential nutrients is a formidable *** issues during the acute presentation including differential diagnosis of hyperammonemia,dietary dilemmas,the role of liver transplantation,management of the asymptomatic individual and monitoring are described in detail.A multi-disciplinary team consisting of hepatologists,metabolic specialists and dieticians is required for optimum management and improvement in quality of life for these patients.

Self-consistent calculation of the electronic structure of quantum wires are implemented with an in-plane magnetic field parallel to the wire and spin-density-functional theory of Kohn and Sham is applied[***.A 140(1965)1133].The self-consistent results show that full spontaneous spin polarization takes place in low electron density regime,even at an arbitrary small magnetic field,which demonstrates that the polarization is caused by exchange *** results are consistent with recent measurements of a conductance anomaly in a quantum point ***,it is remarkable that a large splitting of spin-related subbands occurs repeatedly whenever the Fermi energy passes the subband threshold energies,although the amplitude of the splitting becomes weaker as more subbands are occupied due to the screen ***-consistent results indicate that a moderate magnetic field tends to suppress the spin polarization caused by the exchange *** diamagnetic shift of the subbands is determined only for those which are close to the Fermi energy.
