China-Japan-ROK cooperation has witnessed significant progress in both depth and breadth with a comprehensive and multi-dimensional architecture. Despite the multiple practical challenges, the three countries do not retrogress from their will and vision to strengthen regional cooperation. Peaceful coexistence among the trio and their joint efforts to promote regional economic development and cultural integration are consistent with the three sides' national interests and the broader region's demand. This is also a precondition for win-win cooperation in northeast Asia.

Urban shrinkage has attracted the attention of many geographers and urban planners in recent ***,there are fewer studies on vacant housing in shrinking ***,this study combines multi-source remote sensing images and urban building data to assess the spatiotemporal variation patterns of housing vacancy in a typical shrinking city in *** following points were obtained:(1)We developed an evaluation model to identify vacant residential buildings in shrinking cities by removing the contribution of nighttime lights from roads and non-residential buildings;(2)The residential building vacancy rate in Fushun city significantly increased from 2013 to 2020,resulting in a significant high-value clustering *** impact of urban shrinkage on vacant residential buildings was higher than that on vacant non-residential buildings;(3)The World Pop population data demonstrated consistent spatial distribution and trend of population change in Fushun with the residential building vacancy rate results,suggesting good reliability of the constructed evaluation model in this *** housing vacancies can help the local government to raise awareness of the housing vacancy problem in shrinking cities and to propose reasonable renewal strategies.

Real-time intelligent lithology identification while drilling is vital to realizing downhole closed-loop drilling. The complex and changeable geological environment in the drilling makes lithology identification face many challenges. This paper studies the problems of difficult feature information extraction,low precision of thin-layer identification and limited applicability of the model in intelligent lithologic identification. The author tries to improve the comprehensive performance of the lithology identification model from three aspects: data feature extraction, class balance, and model design. A new real-time intelligent lithology identification model of dynamic felling strategy weighted random forest algorithm(DFW-RF) is proposed. According to the feature selection results, gamma ray and 2 MHz phase resistivity are the logging while drilling(LWD) parameters that significantly influence lithology identification. The comprehensive performance of the DFW-RF lithology identification model has been verified in the application of 3 wells in different areas. By comparing the prediction results of five typical lithology identification algorithms, the DFW-RF model has a higher lithology identification accuracy rate and F1 score. This model improves the identification accuracy of thin-layer lithology and is effective and feasible in different geological environments. The DFW-RF model plays a truly efficient role in the realtime intelligent identification of lithologic information in closed-loop drilling and has greater applicability, which is worthy of being widely used in logging interpretation.

Effective development and utilization of wood resources is *** modification research has become an integral dimension of wood science research,however,the similarities between modified wood and original wood render it challenging for accurate identification and classification using conventional image classification ***,the development of efficient and accurate wood classification techniques is *** paper presents a one-dimensional,convolutional neural network(i.e.,BACNN)that combines near-infrared spectroscopy and deep learning techniques to classify poplar,tung,and balsa woods,and PVA,nano-silica-sol and PVA-nano silica sol modified woods of *** results show that BACNN achieves an accuracy of 99.3%on the test set,higher than the 52.9%of the BP neural network and 98.7%of Support Vector Machine compared with traditional machine learning methods and deep learning based methods;it is also higher than the 97.6%of LeNet,98.7%of AlexNet and 99.1%of ***,the classification method proposed offers potential applications in wood classification,especially with homogeneous modified wood,and it also provides a basis for subsequent wood properties studies.

Background West Nile virus (WNV), the most widely distributed flavivirus causing encephalitis globally, is a vector-borne pathogen of global importance. The changing climate is poised to reshape the landscape of various infectious diseases, particularly vector-borne ones like WNV. Understanding the anticipated geographical and range shifts in disease transmission due to climate change, alongside effective adaptation strategies, is critical for mitigating future public health impacts. This scoping review aims to consolidate evidence on the impact of climate change on WNV and to identify a spectrum of applicable adaptation *** body We systematically analyzed research articles from PubMed, Web of Science, Scopus, and EBSCOhost. Our criteria included English-language research articles published between 2007 and 2023, focusing on the impacts of climate change on WNV and related adaptation strategies. We extracted data concerning study objectives, populations, geographical focus, and specific findings. Literature was categorized into two primary themes: 1) climate-WNV associations, and 2) climate change impacts on WNV transmission, providing a clear understanding. Out of 2168 articles reviewed, 120 met our criteria. Most evidence originated from North America (59.2%) and Europe (28.3%), with a primary focus on human cases (31.7%). studies on climate-WNV correlations (n = 83) highlighted temperature (67.5%) as a pivotal climate factor. In the analysis of climate change impacts on WNV (n = 37), most evidence suggested that climate change may affect the transmission and distribution of WNV, with the extent of the impact depending on local and regional conditions. Although few studies directly addressed the implementation of adaptation strategies for climate-induced disease transmission, the proposed strategies (n = 49) fell into six categories: 1) surveillance and monitoring (38.8%), 2) predictive modeling (18.4%), 3) cross-disciplinary collaboration (16.3%), 4)
