Public satisfaction with the quality of First Health Facility Services in Indonesia: Does sociodemographic matter?

Objective:To investigate individual characteristics related to satisfaction with the quality of First Health Facility Services(FHFS)in ***:This cross-sectional study analyzes national representation ***,the study involved 9846 representative respondents in ***’s satisfaction with FHFS based on the five dimensions of service quality(SERVQUAL)is a dependent *** variables consist of sex,marital status,age,education,employment,insurance ownership,and *** study used multivariate logistic regression to explain the relationship between individual characteristics and FSHS ***:77.3%Respondents were satisfied with FHFS,with the highest order of satisfaction dimensions being assurance(59.4%),empathy(57.3%),reliability(53.6%),responsiveness(52.7%),and then tangibility(49.1%).Multivariate logistic analysis showed that divorce was 1.48 more likely than never-married to be satisfied(95%CI 1.17-1.87).Employees were 0.77 less likely than the unemployed to get satisfied(95%CI 0.70-0.86).Respondents with higher education was 0.82 less likely than those with primary education to be satisfied(95%CI 0.67-0.99).Meanwhile,respondents who had government-run insurance were 1.61 more likely than uninsured to be satisfied(95%CI 1.42-1.80).Moreover,the rich were 0.82 less likely than the poor to get satisfied(95%CI 0.73-0.92).Conclusions:Community satisfaction with FHFS is generally high,though some areas could be *** factors are still strongly related to satisfaction *** government can assess the quality of services in accordance with standards and disseminate information about service standards for primary facilities to all levels of society,ensuring that service satisfaction is rated as good by all groups.

Influence of Oil and Water Components on Wall-sticking Occurrence Temperature in High Water-cut Crude Oil Pipeline

To study the wall-sticking phenomenon and prevent pipeline blockage accidents,two analytical methods are used to evaluate the influence of different crude oil components on the wall-sticking occurrence temperature(WSOT).The WSOT and the interactions among oil,water,and surface solids are measured and calculated by various devices under different values of the wax content,water pH,and *** results show that there is greater correlation between the wax content and WSOT than between resins/asphaltenes and ***,the wax content,water pH,and salinity have different effects on *** is generally a positive correlation between wax content and WSOT,whereas the maximum WSOT occurs when the water pH is in the range 5.7–6.5,and decreases under more acidic or alkaline *** the salinity increases,WSOT decreases slightly,but quickly becomes *** terms of interactions,variations in the interfacial tension and adhesion work with pH and salinity are consistent with that of WSOT,while the contact angle exhibits the opposite relation.

Enhanced magnetic properties and improved corrosion performance of nanocrystalline Pr-Nd-Y-Fe-B spark plasma sintered magnets

Recently it is a hot topic to make full use of high abundant Y element in Nd_(2)Fe_(14)B-type permanent *** contrast to Pr and Nd elements,Y shows different metallurgical behaviors during preparation *** this paper,we have explored the magnetic properties,microstructures and corrosion performance of Pr-Nd-Y-Fe-B magnets fabricated by spark plasma sintering(SPS)technique from the ribbons of nanocrystalline and amorphous precursors,*** coercivity and maximum energy product were improved for the magnets prepared from amorphous precursor materials(denoted as SPS-A hereafter)compared with the magnets prepared from crystalline precursor materials(denoted as SPS-C hereafter).Magnetic properties of Jr=0.79 T,Hci=864 k A/m,and(BH)_(max)=102 k J/m^(3)were obtained for SPS-A *** contrast with SPS-C magnets,the magnetic properties of SPS-A magnets are not so sensitive to the preparation conditions,which is quite beneficial to the homogeneity of microstructure and enhancement of coercivity for large-scale production of the designated ***(Pr,Nd,Y)-rich phase was found out in SPS-C *** and Nd elements are rich at grain boundary while Y is distributed uniformly at main phase and grain boundary *** strip grains and equiaxed grains exist in SPS-C and SPS-A magnets,*** enhanced magnetic properties for SPS-A magnets are accredited to the uniform distribution of rare-earth-rich phase and low demagnetization *** is revealed by electrochemical test and dipping test that the corrosion potential is more positive and the corrosion rate is slower for the SPS-A magnets in 3.5 wt.%Na Cl *** work is also expected to shed light on developing the nanocrystalline Pr-Nd-Y-Fe-B SPSed high-performance magnets in industry.

Hot deformation is one of the primary methods for fabricating anisotropic rare earth permanent ***,rapidly quenched powder flakes with a nanocrystal structure are condensed into fully dense isotropic precursors using the hot-pressing *** prepared isotropic precursors are then hot-deformed to produce high-anisotropy uniaxial bulk rare earth permanent magnets and a highly textured structure is produced via this *** resulting magnets possess many advantages such as near-net-shape,outstanding corrosion resistance,and ultrafine-grain *** influence of the preparation parameters utilized in the hot-pressing and deformation processes on the magnetic properties and microstructure of the permanent magnets are systemically summarized in this *** a near-net-shape technique,the hot deformation process has notable advantages with regard to the production of irregular shapes,especially for radially oriented ringshaped magnets with high length-diameter ratios or thin *** difficulties associated with the fabrication of crack-free,homogeneous,and non-decentered ring-shaped magnets are substantially resolved through an emphasis on mold design,adjustment of deformation parameters,and application of theoretical *** the characteristics of hotdeformed magnets which include grain shape and size,anisotropic distribution of intergranular phases,etc.,investigation and improvement of the mechanical and electric properties,in addition to thermal stability,with the objective of improving the application of hot-deformed magnets or ring-shaped magnets,is of practical significance.

Air filters with a low resistance,high filtration efficiency,and long lifetime are important to ensure good indoor air *** this study,the lattice Boltzmann method is applied on six types of fibrous filter media with lognormal-distribution models,which consider the influence of the solid fraction,number of fibers,and average fiber *** influences of the filtration velocity and fiber layout on the resistance,efficiency,and quality factor are *** resistance is found to be relatively low when the solid fraction inside the filter media is uniformly *** filter media with a random lognormal-distribution model demonstrated the best filtration performance in terms of quality ***,when the solid fraction is uniform along the thickness of the filter media,the comprehensive filtration performance is the best when a small fiber is near the inlet and a large one is close to the *** study provides a viable numerical method for performance optimization of air-filtration devices for the next-generation cleanroom industry.

Ammonia borane(NH_(3)BH_(3),AB)has been regarded as a promising chemical hydrogen storage material owing to its high hydrogen density and superior ***,the development of low-cost and high-efficient heterogeneous catalysts for the dehydrogenation of AB has attracted considerable scholarly *** this study,heterostructured Co_(3)O_(4)-SnO_(2)catalysts containing oxygen vacancy(V_(o))with different Co/Sn atomic ratios(designated as V_(o)-Co-Sn_(5:x))were synthesized via a simple coprecipitation-calcination method under mild reaction *** catalyst containing an optimized Co/Sn atomic ratio of 5:2(V_(o)-Co-Sn_(5:2))exhibited robust catalytic performance with a turnover frequency value of 17.6mol_(H2)·mol^(-1)_(metal)·min^(-1).Moreover,82.6%of the original activity of the catalyst was retained after 14 catalytic cycles,indicating the high stability of the *** characterization combined with the density functional theory(DFT)calculation confirmed the transfer of electrons from Co_(3)O_(4)to Sn O_(2)and the distribution of the separated charges on SnO_(2)-Co_(3)O_(4)*** transfer of electrons and the distribution of charges facilitated the adsorption and activation of water on the catalyst,thus accelerating the dissociation of H_(2)O molecule(the ratedetermining step of AB hydrolysis).It was found that the V_(o)adjusted the electron structure of the catalysts rather than acted as active *** findings will provide researchers with useful information for designing cheap and highly efficient catalysts for catalytic AB hydrolysis.

A simple and comprehensive electromagnetic theory uncovering complete picture of light transport in birefringent crystals

Birefringence production of light by natural birefringent crystal has long been studied and well ***,we develop a simple and comprehensive rigorous electromagnetic theory that allows one to build up the complete picture about the optics of crystals in a friendly *** theory not only yields the well-known refraction angle and index of ellipse for birefringence crystal,but also discloses many relevant physical and optical quantities that are rarely studied and less *** obtain the reflection and transmission coefficient for amplitude and intensity of light at the crystal surface under a given incident angle and show the electromagnetic field distribution within the *** derive the wavefront and energy flux refraction angle of light and the corresponding phase and ray refractive *** find big difference between them,where the phase refractive index satisfies the classical index of ellipse and Snell’s law,while the ray refractive index does ***,we disclose the explicit expressions for the zero-reflection Brewster angle and the critical angle for total internal *** better concept demonstration,we take a weak birefringent crystal of lithium niobate and a strong birefringent crystal tellurium as examples and perform simple theoretical *** addition,we perform experimental measurement upon z-cut lithium niobate plate and find excellent agreement between theory and experiment in regard to the Brewster *** theoretical and experimental results can help to construct a clear and complete picture about light transport characteristics in birefringent crystals,and may greatly facilitate people to find rigorous solution to many light-matter interaction processes happening within birefringent crystals,e.g.,nonlinear optical interactions,with electromagnetic theory.

A Novel Process for High-efficient Synthesis of One-dimensional Carbon Nanomaterials from Flames

The substrate pre-treatment plays a key role in obtaining hollow-cored carbon nanotubes （CNTs） and solid-cored carbon nanofibers （CNFs） from flames. This paper introduces a simply and high-efficient process by coating a NiSO4 or FeSO4 layer on the substrate as catalyst precursors. Comparing with the regular pre-treatment methods, the present experiments showed that the coating pre-treatment provided the following advantages： 1） greatly shortening the synthesis time; 2） available variant substrates and carbon sources; 3） narrowing the diameters distribution. The sulfate is considered to be a crucial factor at the growth of CNTs and CNFs, because it increases the surface energy of catalyst particles and the surface specificity of sulfurs action in metallic grains. This novel process provides a possibility for high quality and mass production of CNTs and CNFs from flames.

Electrosynthesis of hydrogen peroxide(H2O2)is an on-site method that enables independent distribution applications in many fields due to its small-scale and sustainable *** crucial point remains developing highly active,selective and cost-effective *** electrosynthesis of H2O2 in acidic media is more practical owing to its stability and no need for further *** herein report a phosphorus and selenium tuning Co-based non-precious catalyst(CoPSe)toward two-electron oxygen reduction reaction(2e–ORR)to produce H2O2 in acidic *** starting point of using both P and Se is finding a balance between strong ORR activity of CoSe and weak activity of *** results demonstrated that the CoPSe catalyst exhibited the optimized 2e–ORR activity compared with CoP and *** disclosed an onset potential of 0.68 V and the H2O2 selectivity 76%-85%in a wide potential range(0–0.5 V).Notably,the CoPSe catalyst overcomes a significant challenge of a narrow-range selectivity for transitionmetal based 2e–ORR ***,combining with electro-Fenton reaction,an on-site system was constructed for efficient degradation of organic *** work provides a promising non-precious Co-based electrocatalyst for the electrosynthesis of H2O2 in acidic media.

Enhanced Species Diversity Unlocked by Habitat Conservation in Agricultural Landscapes: New Perspectives on Ecological Weed Management and Sustainable Intensification—Species Diversity and Habitat Conservation

The impulse to remain profitable by increasing agricultural production levels in view of the greater demand for food, provided impetus to production intensification. The aim of this review is to summarise current literature, reporting specifically on the impact of production intensification on habitats and yield constraints caused by weeds. Secondly, in alleviating these effects over the short term, ecological measures that enhance species diversity in conserved habitats and promote semi-natural habitats in the agricultural landscape, are discussed. In large-scale intensive agriculture, weed control is predominantly rooted in agrochemical applications in the form of herbicides. Long lasting intensive agricultural practices show discord both with the promotion of the biodiversity of microbes belowground and aboveground and with organisms involved in the breaking down of plant material. The presence of native species in the surroundings, in combination with hedgerows and field margins, with a comparatively intricate and balanced variety of plants in a sheltered environment, are essential for settlement of benign insects, particularly in the face of intensive agricultural production. The promising tactic of advantageous seed predators enables decreased herbicide applications. Crop mosaics arranged to advance compatibility at the landscape scale are important to bolster pollination services and insect management, while ecological variety in the surroundings acts as a safety net for habitat diversity. Weed control in combination with different tactics of vegetation use, comprising cover cropping, hedgerows and field margins, sets up safe havens in the landscape, and improves the diffusion of complementary life forms.
