The cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial capability is a quality requirement of the times for the training of college and university talents. However, the regular teaching system universally has such problems as much more emphasis on theory than on practice, much more emphasis on inheritance than on innovation, and mismatching between talent training and market demand, so that a great number of graduates do not have enough innovative capacity, and it is very difficult for them to engage in related jobs of software engineering steadily and permanently. By investigating and analyzing similar majors of more than 20 schools at home and abroad, this article proposes a teaching system of talent training of the 3 C-cored major of "innovative and entrepreneurial" software engineering(digital media technology) based on regions, oriented to the industry and marked by school-enterprise linkage, and in connection with the characteristics of college and university education.

Integrated photonic devices are essential for on-chip optical communication,optical-electronic systems,and quantum information *** develop a high-fidelity interface between photonics in various frequency domains without disturbing their quantum properties,nonlinear frequency conversion,typically steered with the quadratic(χ2)process,should be ***,another degree of freedom in steering the spatial modes during theχ2 process,with unprecedent mode intensity is proposed here by modulating the lithium niobate(LN)waveguide-based inter-mode quasi-phasematching conditions with both temperature and wavelength *** high incident light intensities(25 and 27.8 dBm for the pump and the signal lights,respectively),mode conversion at the sum-frequency wavelength with sufficient high output power(−7–8 dBm)among the TM01,TM10,and TM00 modes is realized automatically with characterized broad temperature(ΔT≥8°C)and wavelength windows(Δλ≥1 nm),avoiding the previous efforts in carefully preparing the signal or pump *** results prove that high-intensity spatial modes can be prepared at arbitrary transparent wavelength of theχ2 media toward on-chip integration,which facilitates the development of chip-based communication and quantum information systems because spatial correlations can be applied to generate hyperentangled states and provide additional robustness in quantum error correction with the extended Hilbert space.

The application of high-performance imaging sensors in space-based space surveillance systems makes it possible to recognize space objects and estimate their poses using vision-based methods. In this paper, we proposed a kernel regression-based method for joint multi-view space object recognition and pose estimation. We built a new simulated satellite image dataset named BUAA-SID 1.5 to test our method using different image representations. We evaluated our method for recognition-only tasks, pose estimation-only tasks, and joint recognition and pose estimation tasks. Experimental results show that our method outperforms the state-of-the-arts in space object recognition, and can recognize space objects and estimate their poses effectively and robustly against noise and lighting conditions.

Remote sensing images are hard to achieve high compression ratio because of their rich texture. By analyzing the influence of wavelet properties on image compression, this paper proposes wavelet construction rules and builds a new biorthogonal wavelet construction model with parameters. The model parameters are optimized by using genetic algorithm and adopting energy compaction as the optimization object function. In addition, in order to resolve the computation complexity problem of online construction, according to the image classification rule proposed in this paper we construct wavelets for different classes of images and implement the fast adaptive wavelet selection algorithm （FAWS）. Experimental results show wavelet bases of FAWS gain better compression performance than Daubechies9/7.

Detecting vehicles is important in aerial surveillance. Traditional methods used classifiers to detect vehicles, but a single classifier was limited to detecting vehicles of only one intensity and orientation. Therefore,the task required the use of multiple classifiers of different intensities and orientations. To solve this problem, we first used a latent Dirichlet allocation(LDA) model that improved the previous approaches to vehicle *** text modeling approaches have been generative. They could be used to build probability models of vehicles in different intensities and from various orientations simultaneously using unlabeled data. Using a probability model, we can detect vehicles in a region with high probability. Next, we used a parts-probability model that improves the LDA model. The model effectively encodes spatial structure among visual words by adding spatial relationships among vehicle parts as priors of words. A parts probability model represents a vehicle hierarchically according to parts appearances and a vehicle’s features within the parts to enforce spatial coherency. Then, we used our model to detect vehicles from a collection of images and demonstrate its performs more effectively.

In many video standards based on inter-frame compression such as H.26x and MPEG, block-matching algorithm has been widely adopted as the method for motion estimation because of its simplicity and effectiveness. Nevertheless, since motion estimation is very complex in computing. Fast algorithm for motion estimation has always been an important and attractive topic in video compression. From the viewpoint of making motion vector field smoother, this paper proposes a new algorithm SMVFAST. On the basis of motion correlation, it predicts the starting point by neighboring motion vectors according to their SADs. Adaptive search modes are usedin its search process through simply classifying motion activity. After discovering the ubiquitous ratio between the SADs of the collocated blocks in the consecutive frames, the paper proposes an effective half-stop criterion that can quickly stop the search process with good enough *** show that SMVFAST obtains almost the same results as the full search at very low computation cost, and outperforms MVFAST and PMVFAST in speed and quality, which are adopted by MPEG-4.

A method based on the XYZLMS interim connection space is proposed to accurately acquire the multi-spectral images by digital still cameras. The XYZLMS values are firstly predicted from RGB values by polynomial model with local training samples and then spectral reflectance is constructed from XYZLMS values by pseudo-inverse method. An experiment is implemented for multi-spectral image acquisition based on a commercial digital still camera. The results indicate that multi-spectral images can be accurately acquired except the very dark colors.

The Integrated square error(ISE), as a robust criterion for measuring the difference of densities between two datasets, have been commonly used in pattern recognition. In this paper, two different criteria for evaluating candidate feature subsets are investigated: first, a novel supervised feature selection criterion based on ISE and random permutation of a single feature is proposed,which presents a feature ranking criterion to measure the importance of each feature by computing the ISE over the feature space. Second, a synergetic feature selection criterion is developed. Experimental results on synthetic and real data set show the superior or at least comparable performance compared with existing feature selection algorithms.

A synthesis strategy of fluorescent carbon quantum dots(CQDs) with high quantum yield(QY) using aqua mesophase pitch(AMP) as the carbon source has been developed via the hydrothermal method in this study. The hydrothermal temperature and soaking time have important effects on the morphology and QY of CQDs. As-prepared CQDs at 120℃ holding for 24 h(CQDs-120-24) have the uniform size of about 2.8 nm, and the QY can reach 27.6%. The obtained CQDs are successfully modified with ammonia and thionyl chloride, respectively, and they exhibit an excellent photocatalytic performance on degrading rhodamine B(Rh B), methyl blue(MB) and indigo carmine(IC). Importantly, the degradation percentage of N-CQDs on Rh B under natural light for 4 h reaches 97% with the degradation rate constant of 0.02463 min^(-1) and it can maintain 93% after repetitively used 5 times. The results indicate that these as-prepared CQDs have the potential application in degrading organic dyes.

Thermochromic material is a kind of smart material whose color will vary as the result of the phase transition caused by the temperature change. The characteristics of thermochromic materials are the memory functions to the temperature, having great potential applications in aerospace, military, anticounterfeiting technology, construction and other fields. In recent years, many kinds of thermochromic materials have been prepared by different methods and their discoloration mechanisms are various according to published literatures. In this paper, the classification, discoloration mechanism, preparation methods, application fields and development trend of thermochromic materials are reviewed.
