Breast cancer is a significant threat to the global population,affecting not only women but also a threat to the entire *** recent advancements in digital pathology,Eosin and hematoxylin images provide enhanced clarity in examiningmicroscopic features of breast tissues based on their staining *** cancer detection facilitates the quickening of the therapeutic process,thereby increasing survival *** analysis made by medical professionals,especially pathologists,is time-consuming and challenging,and there arises a need for automated breast cancer detection *** upcoming artificial intelligence platforms,especially deep learning models,play an important role in image diagnosis and ***,the histopathology biopsy images are taken from standard data ***,the gathered images are given as input to the Multi-Scale Dilated Vision Transformer,where the essential features are ***,the features are subjected to the Bidirectional Long Short-Term Memory(Bi-LSTM)for classifying the breast cancer *** efficacy of the model is evaluated using divergent *** compared with other methods,the proposed work reveals that it offers impressive results for detection.

Perceptions and Controversies on Cholera in the Traditional Chinese Medicine Field in the Late Qing Dynasty

At the beginning of the initial cholera outbreak in China,Wang Qingren(王清任),after years of clinical trials,became an early representative who discovered the infectious characteristics and observed the course of cholera in the field of traditional Chinesse medicine(TCM).Kou Langao(寇兰皋)and Xu Zimo(徐子默),both medical practitioners,constructed a diagnosis and treatment system for cholera with cold patterns under the theory of *** represented“School of Cholera with Cold Patterns”(SCCP).In the 1860s,with the influence of Wang Shixiong’s(王士雄)studies on the nature of cholera under the theory of epidemic febrile disease,the“School of Cholera with Heated Patterns”(SCHP)prevailed *** two schools complemented each other in theories and contributed to the integrity of TCM in cholera diagnosis and *** reviewing previous literature,books,clinical cases,and historical materials in medical field,this article aims 1)to summarise the influence of TCM on the cognitive development towards cholera in the late Qing dynasty;2)to explore the origin of the controversy between SCCP and SCHP from historical evidence;3)to summarize the historical lessons from the debate over cholera in TCM based on the principle of treatment based on pattern identification,and offer suggestions for the current prevention and treatment of new diseases using TCM.

The tri-band high spectral resolution spectrometer with gratings in tandem for the charge-exchange recombination spectroscopy diagnostic system on HL-2A tokamak

Charge-exchange(CX) recombination spectroscopy is a powerful tool monitoring ion temperature and plasma rotation with good temporal and spatial resolutions. A compact, new design for a high-throughput, tri-band high spectral resolution spectrometer has been developed for the charge-exchange recombination spectroscopy measurement on the HL-2A tokamak. The simultaneous measurements of He II(468.57 nm), C VI(529.1 nm), and Dα(656.1 nm accompanied by beam emission spectra) with an acquisition frequency up to 400 Hz are achieved by vertically binning the spectrum from each fiber in experiments. Initial results indicate that the system can provide radial profiles of not only ion temperature and rotation velocity,but also concentration of carbon. For the case of helium, the measurements for the ion temperature and rotation velocity are straightforward but the apparent concentration associated with the observed CX intensity is obviously too high. Modeling of the active He II CX feature including plume contributions needs to be carried out to extract the true helium *** spectrometer could become a prototype for the ITER charge-exchange recombination spectroscopy diagnostic and the pilot experiments, as presented here, demonstrate the possibility of impurity concentrations measurements based on the combined measurement of local beam emission and charge-exchange recombination spectroscopy spectra.

This study aims to propose a decision-making method based on artificial potential fields(APFs)and finite state machines(FSMs)in emergency *** study presents a decision-making method based on APFs and FSMs for emergency *** modeling the longitudinal and lateral potential energy fields of the vehicle,the driving state is identified,and the trigger conditions are provided for path planning during lane *** addition,this study also designed the state transition rules based on the longitudinal and lateral virtual *** established the vehicle decision-making model based on the finite state machine to ensure driving safety in emergency *** illustrate the performance of the decision-making model by considering APFs and finite state *** version of the model in the co-simulation platform of MATLAB and CarSim shows that the developed decision model in this study accurately generates driving behaviors of the vehicle at different time *** contributions of this study are two-fold.A hierarchical vehicle state machine decision model is proposed to enhance driving safety in emergency *** models for determining the transition thresholds of lateral and longitudinal vehicle states are established based on the vehicle potential field model,leading to the formulation of transition rules between different states of autonomous vehicles(AVs).

Traditional music is an important component of cultural ***,studies have scarcely explored the tourism development potential and the obstacle factors of traditional *** study takes Xiangxi as the research site,constructs an evaluation index system,and utilizes survey and geographical *** major research results are as follows:First,the average potential of resource endowment,tourism industry development,and socio-economic conditions are 0.28,0.36,and 0.24,*** potential of resource endowment is higher in the west and lower in the east,that of tourism industry development is higher in the north and south and lower in the center,and that of socio-economic conditions is higher in the south and lower in the ***,the comprehensive potential is 0.29,which is higher in the northwest and southwest *** in most administrative units is at a medium level,and most regions have obvious advantages in resource ***,the primary obstacle factor is socio-economic conditions(39.21%),followed by resource endowment(30.73%)and tourism industry development(30.06%).The administrative units can be classified into four groups:socio-economic condition obstacle,resource endowment and tourism industry development obstacles,resource endowment and socio-economic condition obstacles,and tourism industry development and socio-economic condition *** highest priority goals for Xiangxi involve economic development and the integration of modern technologies to stimulate passenger *** reg traditional music items(eastern area of Xiangxi),tourism development should be restrained and other resources with stronger inherent advantages should be *** study explored the quantification of traditional music tourism potential,representing a novel breakthrough in this field of *** indicator system and research methods used in this study can provide guidance and methodological references for cultural heritage

Somatostatin,a naturally produced neuroprotective peptide,depresses excitatory neurotransmission and exerts anti-proliferative and anti-inflammatory effects on the *** this review,we summarize the progress of somatostatin treatment of diabetic retinopathy through analysis of relevant studies published from February 2019 to February 2023 extracted from the PubMed and Google Scholar *** neuroprotection,which occurs as a consequence of declined expression or dysregulation of retinal somatostatin in the very early stages of diabetic retinopathy,triggers retinal neurovascular unit impairment and microvascular *** replacement is a promising treatment for retinal neurodegeneration in diabetic *** pre-clinical and clinical trials of somatostatin analog treatment for early diabetic retinopathy have been *** one such trial(EUROCONDOR),topical administration of somatostatin was found to exert neuroprotective effects in patients with pre-existing retinal neurodysfunction,but had no impact on the onset of diabetic ***,we concluded that somatostatin restoration may be especially beneficial for the growing population of patients with early-stage *** order to achieve early prevention of diabetic retinopathy initiation,and thereby salvage visual function before the appearance of moderate non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy,several issues need to be *** include the needs to:a)update and standardize the retinal screening scheme to incorporate the detection of early neurodegeneration,b)identify patient subgroups who would benefit from somatostatin analog supplementation,c)elucidate the interactions of somatostatin,particularly exogenously-delivered somatostatin analogs,with other retinal peptides in the context of hyperglycemia,and d)design safe,feasible,low cost,and effective administration routes.
