目的：就高血压、冠心病、充血性心力衰竭（CHF）患者测定＂中国心血管病人生活质量评定问卷＂（CQQC）的常模,并分析其影响因素。方法：采用整群随机抽样的方法,对地跨中国各大区的19个城市28所医院的7937名对象的生活质量进行调查,建立全国常模,并比较性别、年龄、运动、心理状态、教育、家庭以及医疗条件所致的差异。结果：1、正常人平均得分（国家常模）为（95.74±23.21）分;2、高血压患者平均得分为（73.75±23.62）,高血压3级患者生活质量（69.06±21.78）明显低于其他患者（P〈0.01）;3、冠心病患者的平均得分为（64.67±20.59）,其中不稳定型心绞痛患者的生活质量（55.37±18.62）最差（P〈0.01）;4、CHF患者的平均得分为（40.36±17.24）,显著低于高血压和冠心病患者（P〈0.01）;5、影响因素：（1）性别、年龄：所有人的总体得分为（71.41±27.8）分,男性得分非常显著高于女性（P=0.000）;正常人随着年龄增加,得分逐渐减少（P〈0.05）,除≥70岁组,其他各年龄组男性得分显著高于女性得分（P〈0.05）;（2）运动：参加运动者的得分（72.64±21.87）非常显著高于未参加运动者（66.91±23.13）,P=0.000;（3）心理：心理健康者的得分（70.13±25.66）非常显著高于心理有障碍者（68.91±20.44）,P=0.001;（4）其他：受教育程度越高,得分越高;家庭成员为1个人的得分明显低于2人组和3人及以上组的得分;自费患者的得分低于医保或公费患者的得分（P〈0.05~〈0.001）。结论：本研究样本量大,数据可靠;中国心血管病人生活质量评定问卷能反映年龄、性别、运动、心理、家庭、受教育程度、医疗条件和疾病对生活质量的影响,条目简短明了,可操作性好,值得推广。

Benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) is highly prevalent among older men, impacting on their quality of life, sexual function, and genitourinary health, and has become an important global burden of disease. Transurethral plasmakinetic resection of prostate (TUPKP) is one of the foremost surgical procedures for the treatment of BPH. It has become well established in clinical practice with good efficacy and safety. In 2018, we issued the guideline “2018 Standard Edition”. However much new direct evidence has now emerged and this may change some of previous recommendations. The time is ripe to develop new evidence-based guidelines, so we formed a working group of clinical experts and methodologists. The steering group members posed 31 questions relevant to the management of TUPKP for BPH covering the following areas: questions relevant to the perioperative period (preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative) of TUPKP in the treatment of BPH, postoperative complications and the level of surgeons’ surgical skill. We searched the literature for direct evidence on the management of TUPKP for BPH, and assessed its certainty generated recommendations using the grade criteria by the European Association of Urology. Recommendations were either strong or weak, or in the form of an ungraded consensus-based statement. Finally, we issued 36 statements. Among them, 23 carried strong recommendations, and 13 carried weak recommendations for the stated procedure. They covered questions relevant to the aforementioned three areas. The preoperative period for TUPKP in the treatment of BPH included indications and contraindications for TUPKP, precautions for preoperative preparation in patients with renal impairment and urinary tract infection due to urinary retention, and preoperative prophylactic use of antibiotics. Acne inversa/hidradenitis suppurativa is a chronic,recurrent,inflammatory skin disease that affects the pilosebaceous units,causinfollicular *** etiology and pathogenesis of acne inversa/hidradenitis suppurativa involves internal and external factors such as genetic susceptibility,inflammation and immunity,microorganisms,obesity,and *** inversa/hidradenitis suppurativa is difficult to treat,and the current aim of treatment is to control the frequency and duration of disease flares and improve the quality of *** protocols for acne inversa/hidradenitis suppurativa should be selected based on the disease severity *** treatments include antibiotics,retinoids,biologics,immunosuppressive agents,and antiandrogen *** treatments include surgery and laser/light *** consensus aims to further standardize the diagnosis and treatment procedures of acne inversa/hidradenitis suppurativa in China to facilitate its diagnosis and treatment.

Acute pancreatitis(AP)is a common acute abdominal condition of the digestive *** recent years,treatment concepts,methods,and strategies for the diagnosis of AP have advanced,and this has played an important role in promoting the standardization of AP diagnosis and treatment and improving the treatment quality of AP *** the basis of previous guidelines and expert consensus,this guideline adopts an evidence-based,problem-based expression;synthesizes important clinical research data at home and abroad in the most recent 5 years;and forms 29 recommendations through multidisciplinary expert discussion,including diagnosis,treatment,and *** is expected to provide evidence support for the treatment of AP in the clinical setting in China.

The incidence of pancreatic cancer has been rising worldwide,and its clinical diagnosis and treatment remain a great *** present the update and improvements in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of pancreatic cancer in recent years,Chinese Pancreatic Association,the Chinese Society of Surgery,Chinese Medical Association revised the Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Pancreatic Cancer in China(2014)after reviewing evidence-based and problem-oriented literature published during 2015-2021,mainly focusing on highlight issues regarding diagnosis and surgical treatment of pancreatic cancer,conversion strategies for locally advanced pancreatic cancer,treatment of pancreatic cancer with oligo metastasis,adjuvant and neoadjuvant therapy,standardized processing of surgical specimens and evaluation of surgical margin status,systemic treatment for unresectable pancreatic cancer,genetic testing,as well as postoperative follow up of patients with pancreatic *** recommendation items were finally proposed based on the above issues,and the quality of evidence and strength of recommendations were graded using the Grades of Recommendation,Assessment,Development,and Evaluation *** guideline aims to standardize the clinical diagnosis and therapy,especially surgical treatment of pancreatic cancer in China,and further improve the prognosis of patients with pancreatic cancer.
