Graphene oxide(GO),a carbon nanomaterial that is widely used in the environment and other industries,may pose potential risks to ecosystems,especially the soil *** soils in Northeast China are frequently polluted with cadmium(Cd) ***,there is no study on the influence of GO on the Cd-contaminated soil microbial community and soil chemical *** this study,Cd(100 mg kg^(-1))-polluted soils were treated with different concentrations of GO(0,25,50,150,250,and 500 mg L^(-1),expressed as T1,T2,T3,T4,T5,and T6,respectively) for 40 *** treatment without Cd pollution and GO served as the control(CK).Then,we investigated the influence of the GO concentrations on the bacterial community and chemical properties of Cd-polluted Haplic Cambisols,the zonal soil in Northeast *** GO addition,the richness and diversity indexes of the bacterial community in Cd-contaminated Haplic Cambisols initially increased by 0.05-33.92% at 25 mg L^(-1),then decreased by0.07-2.37% at 50 mg L^(-1),and then increased by 0.01-24.37%within 500 mg L^(-1) *** species and abundance of bacteria varied with GO concentration,and GO significantly increased bacterial growth at 25 and 250 mg L^(-1).GO treatments influenced the bacterial community structure,and the order of similarity of the bacterial community structure was as follows:T4=T5> T1=T6> T2> T3> *** and Acidobacteria were the dominant bacteria,accounting for 36.0% and 26.2%,respectively,of soil *** GO treatments also significantly affected the metabolic function of bacteria and further influenced the diversity of the bacterial community structure by affecting several key soil chemical properties:soil pH,organic matter and available potassium,phosphorus,and *** results provide a theoretical basis for scientific and comprehensive evaluation of the environmental impacts of GO on the zonal forest soils of Northeast China.

To produce high sensory quality sweetened adzuki an,the effects of cooking conditions including cooking time,heating power,sugar soaking time and soaking liquid pH on textural properties and sensory scores were evaluated using central composite experimental *** treatment and sodium tripolyphosphate were adopted to improve the mouthfeel of the whole bean an *** showed that the optimal parameters were as follows:cooking time of 50 min,heating power of 1.1 kW,sugar soaking time of 2 h and soaking liquid pH of 8.0,which resulted in the highest sensory score of *** this study,the effectiveness of the method to process sweetened whole bean adzuki an was validated and a sensory evaluation method for whole grain adzuki an product was developed.

[Objective] The paper was to establish a HPLC method for quantitative determination of 80% pymetrozine·nitenpyram WG. [Method] With the mixture of acetonitrile, water and phosphate buffer （volume ratio 10：80：10） as the mobile phase, pymetrozine and nitenpyram in samples were separated by ODS-2 reversed phase column, and detected by UV detector at 250 nm. In addition, the results were quantified by external standard method. [Result] The linear correlation coefficients of pymetrozine and nitenpyram were 0.9995 and 0.9998; the standard deviations were 0.29 and 0.22; the coefficients of variation were 0.51% and 1.21%; and the average recoveries were 100.7% and 99.1%, respectively. [Conclusion] The method is fast and simple, and can effectively separate pymetrozine and nitenpyram, with high precision and accuracy and good linear relation.

In this paper, a polyethersulfone （PES）/multi-walled carbon nanotubes （MWCNTs） composite membrane was prepared us- ing phase inversion. The surface morphology and internal structure of the membrane were observed by scanning electron microscopy （SEM）. The effects of MWCNTs content on various aspects of membrane performance such as porosity, water flux, and antifouling characteristics were investigated. Results showed that proper addition of MWCNTs would improve the properties of the membrane. MWCNTs had a strong adsorption capacity for industrial dyes and the composite membrane could be used as an effective method to identify and clean up illegal dyes in foods. In addition, this new method for iden- tifying dyes is rapid： the cleanup procedure in the determination of illegal dyes in foods by the composite membrane was shortened to 30 min or less compared to 6-8 h for traditional methods.

In maize breeding,limitations on sampling quantity and associated costs for measuring maize grain moisture during filling are imposed by factors like the planting area of new varieties,maize plant density,effective experimental spikes,and other ***,the conventional method of detecting moisture content in maize grains is slow,damages seeds,and necessitates many sample sets,particularly for high moisture content ***,a strong demand exists for a non-destructive quantitative analysis model of maize moisture content using a small sample set during grain *** Bayes-Merged-Bootstrap(BMB)sample optimization method,which built upon the Bayes-Bootstrap sampling method and the concept of merging,was proposed.A critical concern in dealing with small samples is the relationship between data distribution,minimum sample value,and sample size,which has been thoroughly *** to the Bayes-Bootstrap sample selection method,the BMB method offers distinct advantages in the optimized selection of small samples for non-destructive *** quantitative analysis model for maize grain moisture content was established based on the support vector machine *** demonstrate that when the optimal resampling size is 1000 times or more than the original sample size using the BMB method,the model exhibits strong predictive capabilities,with a determination coefficient(R2)>0.989 and a relative prediction determination(RPD)>*** results of the 3 varieties experiment demonstrate the generality of the ***,it can be applied effectively in practical maize breeding and determining grain moisture content during maize machine harvesting.

Vertical distribution of soil nematode communities under conventional tillage (CT),no-tillage (NT) and fallow field (FF) treatments in the Lower Reaches of the Liaohe River was investigated at six soil depths (0-5 cm,5-15 cm,15-30 cm,30-50 cm,50-75 cm and 75-100 cm). The results show that total nematode abundance gradually decreases with depth,and the highest number of total nematodes is observed at 0-5 cm depth under NT and FF treatments. The number of fungivores and plant parasites is significantly higher under FF and NT treatments than under CT treatment at the 0-5 cm depth. There is significant soil depth effect on the abundances of bacterivores and omnivores-predators,which exhibits a similar trend to that of total nematodes; whereas,no significant tillage effect is found. Tillage effect on soil nematode communities can be reflected by values of relative tillage response of index V. Results of index V indicate that total nematodes,bacterivores,fungivores and plant parasites are mildly inhibited,and omnivores-predators is moderately inhibited under CT treatment; while,under FF treatment total nematodes is mildly,and fungivores and plant parasites are moderately stimulated,respectively.

Hyperlipidemia is a frequent metabolic disorder that is closely associated with diet. It is believed that brown rice, containing the outer bran layer and germ, is beneficial for the remission of hyperlipidemia. This study established a rat model of hyperlipidemia by feeding a high-fat diet. The hypolipidemic potential of germinated brown rice(Gbrown) and germinated black rice(a germinated black-pigmented brown rice, Gblack) were explored in the model rats, mainly in the aspects of blood lipids, lipases, apolipoproteins, and inflammation. The gut microbiota in hyperlipidemic rats receiving diverse dietary interventions was determined by 16S rDNA sequencing. The results showed that the intervention of Gbrown/Gblack alleviated the hyperlipidemia in rats, evidenced by decreased TC, TG, LDL-C, and apolipoprotein B, and increased HDL-C, HL, LPL, LCAT, and apolipoprotein A1. Gbrown/Gblack also weakened the inflammation in hyperlipidemia rats, evidenced by decreased TNF-α, IL-6, and ET-1. In addition, 16S rDNA sequencing revealed that the diet of Gbrown/Gblack elevated the abundance and diversity of gut microbiota in hyperlipidemia rats. At the phylum level, Gbrown/Gblack decreased Firmicutes, increased Bacteroidetes, and decreased the F/B ratio in hyperlipidemia rats. At the genus level, Gbrown/Gblack decreased Streptococcus and increased Ruminococcus and Allobaculum in hyperlipidemia rats. Some differential microbial genera relating to lipid metabolism were also determined, such as the Lachnospira and Ruminococcus in the Gblack group, and the Phascolarctobacterium, Dorea, Turicibacter, and Escherichia-Shigella in the Gbrown group. Notably, the beneficial effect of Gblack was stronger than Gbrown. To sum up, the dietary interventions of Gbrown/Gblack contributed to the remission of hyperlipidemia by alleviating the dysbiosis of gut microbiota.

Amantadine （AMA） is an anti-viral drug used in apiculture to protect honeybee against the sacbrood virus （Morator aetatulae）. This study described a reliable high-performance liquid chromatographic （HPLC） method for analyzing AMA in honey using a solid-phase extraction （SPE） cartridge （Plexa PCX） for purification, 4-fluoro-7- nitro-2,1,3-benzoxadiazole （NBD-F） as a pre-column derivatization agent, and fluorometric detection （λex =470 nm, λem=530 nm）. The chromatographic separation was performed on an XDB C18 column （150×4.6 mm i.d.） using 0.1% trifluoroacetic acid/acetonitrile （35 ; 65, V/V） as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mLomin 1 with a run time of 20 min. Under these optimal conditions, a linear relationship was observed in the range of 0.025--1.0μg·mL-1 with a good correlation coefficient （0.998） and low limit of detection （0.0080 μg·g-1）, the recoveries were all above 90%, and the intra-day and inter-day precision （RSD） ranged from 3.4%--5.1%.
