The purpose of this systematic review was to identify the effects of weight-lifting or resistance exercise on breast cancer-related *** articles written in English were retrieved from electronic databases,including scienceDirect,PubMed,scopus,and CINAHL ***-searches for unpublished papers were also *** analysis was used to examine articles that met the inclusion *** 525 searched papers,15 papers met the inclusion criteria:13 trials evaluated weight-lifting or resistance exercise alone and two trials evaluated weight-lifting or resistance exercise plus aerobic *** results of the review showed that no arm volume change was observed for either exercise *** addition,six included studies.showed that weight-lifting or resistance exercise did not cause lymphedema or adverse events in patients at risk of breast cancer-related *** patients with breast cancer-related lymphedema,six studies.reported that change of swelling outcome measures were not significantly different between the weight-lifting or resistance exercise group and the control ***,three included studies.reported that volume of arm was significantly more reduced in the weight-lifting or resistance exercise group than those in the control *** findings suggest that supervised resistance exercise may be safe,feasible,and beneficial in patients with breast cancer-related lymphedema or at risk for breast cancer-related ***,the limitation of small sample size implies that further research is needed to confirm these findings.

Are China＇s Exports Crowding Out or Being Crowded Out？ Evidence from Japan＇s Imports

Previous studies.have investigated whether Chinese exports have crowaea oul mose from other countries. However, what has yet to be considered is the evidence based on different quality varieties. Using the most detailed Harmonized system 9-digit product- level data, the present paper provides evidence of crowding-out and crowded-out effects across different product quality segments and across manufacturing sectors by quality segments. The empirical evidence presented in this paper shows that the crowding-out effects of Chinese exports have been greatest at the lower end of the quality spectrum but less significant at the higher quality spectrum. Moreover, since 2007, China＇s own exports of lower quality manufactured goods have been increasingly crowded out. The key policy implication is that China＇s export path is in line with that taken by other Asian economies in previous decades; the crowded-out effect could achieve win-win outcomes for countries involved; and lower income countries would do well to be open to receive those relocated low value-added industries from China. However, the relocation policy in China is best implemented gradually as climbing up the product quality ladder takes time.
