Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of a reduced-intensity preconditioning regimen for single nonblood-related umbilical cord blood transplantation(sUCBT) in the treatment of severe aplastic anemia(SAA).Methods The clinical data of 63 patients with SAA who underwent sUCBT from January 2021 to July2023 at the Department of Hematology of the First Affiliated Hospital of USTC were retrospectively analyzed.

The Mishrif Formation(Cenomanian-E Turonian)is one of the most important geological formations in the Middle East and Iraq because it contains enormous petroleum *** is considered to be the first reservoir in the region,and is still being studied because of its economic *** carbonate of the Mishrif Formation derives from a variety of depositional settings,including mid-ramp,shoal,lagoon,and *** five main microfacies discussed in this paper are wackestone,packstone,grainstone,floatstone,and *** most frequent fossilised components found in the Mishrif Formation are rudists,benthic foraminifera,echinoderms,burrows molluscs,and *** to the microfacies and analysed wireline log data,the sequence stratigraphy of the studied formation is composed of two regression *** parasequences of transgressive-regressive cycles make up the depositional sequence of the Mishrif *** standard depositional environments seem to demonstrate a gradual regression,beginning with a short period of the outer ramp,then a steady period of the mid-ramp,and ending in the intertidal ***,the study recorded two regional maximum flooding surfaces:K-135 and *** former is present in the lowermost part of the formation,while the other lies in the *** study shows a close relationship between facies(environments)and hydrocarbon *** increased accumulation focuses on the lower part of the studied formation,and seems to be lower in the upper part of the formation as a result of changes in the environment of deposition.

Correlation of coronary angiography and blood biochemical indexes among different Chinese medicine syndromes of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease

Objective To observe the relationship between different Chinese medicine(CM)syndromes of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(CAHD)with coronary angiography(CAG),blood biochemical indexes,and major adverse cardiovascular events(MACE).Methods A total of 686 CAHD patients who visited Peking University International Hospital and Peking University People's Hospital from May,2015 to Oct,2018 were *** patients were assigned to qi-stagnation and blood-stasis type(221 cases),phlegm-turbidity blocking collateral type(189 cases),qi-deficiency and bloodstasis type(178 cases),qi-yin deficiency type(50 cases),and yin-cold stagnation type(48 cases)according to CM *** levels of blood biochemical indexes and the results of CAG of different CM syndromes were compared.A 3 years follow-up was *** Compared with qi-stagnation and blood-stasis type,apolipoproteins B(ApoB),apolipoproteins A-1(ApoA1),total cholesterol(TC),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),lipoprotein(a)[Lp(a)],and Gensini score decreased in phlegmturbidity blocking collateral type(P<0.05)。

A novel design of Return Flow Solar Air Heater(RFSAH)with different arrangements of baffles especially V-Type Artificial roughness is simulated and numerically analyzed with energy balance *** enhance the effectiveness of baffles,numerous studies have been *** performance of the RFSAH is studied in terms of thermal efficiency,thermo-hydraulic efficiency,and optimization of baffle *** Thermal efficiency and thermo-hydraulic efficiency are found in RFSAH with baffle on both sides of the absorber plate and mass flow rate above 0.2kg/*** analysis of the influencing parameters is carried out and reported the best performance of the system on selective geometrical parameters(ψ=0.7,β=20%,e/H=1,p/e=0.8,α=60°).The results obtained from the present model are validated with the published experimental results and have been found in quite reasonable agreement with an average error of 16.45%.Thermal and Thermohydraulic efficiency of RFSAH with a baffle on both sides of the absorber plate is maximum among baffles below,above,and on both sides of the absorber *** is observed that the thermal efficiency of RFSAH is greater than *** proposed optimum baffles roughness is suggested to increase the air upholding time period for more efficient output.

Objective To investigate the influencing factors of cardiac autonomic dysfunction in maintenance hemodialysis(MHD)patients by recording 48 h heart rate *** It was a single-center crosssectional *** patients at the Hemodialysis Center of Peking University People's Hospital between October 1,2021 and December 31,2022 were enrolled in the *** patients initiated hemodialysis for more than three months and were older than 18 years old,and patients with tachyarrhythmia,implanted cardiac pacemaker and the recording time less than 48 h ***,comorbidity,laboratory data,hemodialysis session data and heart rate variability were *** linear regression model was used to analyze the influencing factors for cardiac autonomic dysfunction in MHD *** A total of 110 patients were enrolled in the study,including 37 females(33.6%)and 36 diabetic patients(32.7%).The age of the patients was(57.8±14.8)years old,and the median dialysis vintage was 73.00(27.75±130.25)*** baseline,the serum phosphate level was(1.6±0.4)mmol/L,and the Nterminal pro B-type natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP)after In transformed/In[NT-proBNP(ng/L)]was 8.4±1.2.

Objective To investigate the clinical value of multiparametric myocardial imaging using a dual-layer detector spectral CT in the non-invasive preoperative assessment of patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(CHD)undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods The clinical and imaging data of 90 patients who underwent coronaryCT angiography(CCTA)with dual-layer spectral detector CT and invasive coronary angiography(ICA)within 30 days at the Affiliated Changshu Hospital of Nantong University from January 2021 to October 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.A total of 189 coronary arteries were included in the study *** patients were divided into PCI(n=44)and non-PCI groups(n=46)according to whether they received PCI after evaluation with *** diameterstenosisrateeofthecoronary arteries,myocardial iodine concentration(IC)and effective atomic number(Z_(efr))valueswere obtained fromCCTA conventional and spectral *** IC values and Z_(efr) values of the myocardium in the areas with abnormal perfusion were compared with those in the areas with normal *** diagnostic performance of these parameters.
