Design Target Parameter Estimation System Based on DSP

The rapid development of electronic warfare put a higher demand on radar performance, not only requires large bandwidth, high resolution, the adoption of a variety of signal processing, real-time processing speed is improved greatly. At the same time the signal processing operations rapidly increase in data throughput. With the great advance of large scale integrated circuit technology, the digital signal processor(DSP) as the core of digital signal processing was adapted to these requirements. This paper designed and achieved a system for radar target parameters processing using AD’s ADSP-TS201 DSP chip. Experimental results show that the system has a high operation speed, real time and multi-parameter handling capability.

In the present paper,the influence of precursor concentration on the structural,optical,and humidity sensing properties of spray-deposited titanium dioxide(TiO) films are investigated. The TiOthin films were successfully deposited by spraying different precursor concentrations such as 0.075 M, 0.1 M, and 0.125 M of titanium trichloride solution onto glass substrates. X-ray diffractometry(XRD) studies confirmed the polycrystalline anatase phase of TiOwith dominant(101) plane. The crystallite size was found to increase with the increase in precursor concentration. The micro-strain and dislocation density in the film was observed to decrease as the crystallite size increased. The UV-vis spectra confirmed the optical absorbance edge of the samples shifted toward lower wavelengths with increased precursor concentration. The humidity sensing properties of the synthesized material were measured by monitoring the change in resistance of the sample with the change in relative humidity.The material synthesized with 0.1 M precursor concentration, by using the spray pyrolysis method,shows good sensitivity and has a response time of 77.5 s and fast recovery time of 3 s.

Some theoretical and experimental studies on the Er-doped fiber amplifier(EDFA) with the existence of a high excited state absorption (ESA) are presented in tlus paper.The numerical results from theoretical model are very consistent with those from the expertrnents with the laser diode and Ti:Sapphire solid state laser as pump source,respectively.In fact.the theoretical model is very easy to extend to oilier pump bands.

In this paper, we present an approach to improve the accuracy of environmental sound event detection in a wireless acoustic sensor network for home monitoring. Wireless acoustic sensor nodes can capture sounds in the home and simultaneously deliver them to a sink node for sound event detection. The proposed approach is mainly composed of three modules, including signal estimation, reliable sensor channel selection, and sound event detection. During signal estimation, lost packets are recovered to improve the signal quality. Next, reliable channels are selected using a multi-channel cross-correlation coefficient to improve the computational efficiency for distant sound event detection without sacrificing performance. Finally, the signals of the selected two channels are used for environmental sound event detection based on bidirectional gated recurrent neural networks using two-channel audio features. Experiments show that the proposed approach achieves superior performances compared to the baseline.

＜正＞Based on the fact that is the adaptive compensator requires a huge number of weights,but among them only a few have non zero values after convergence in multiple echo cancellation applications for long distance telephone networks,a new adaptive algorithm was proposed.Extensive computer simulations show that the new algorithms exhibit superior performances in convergence speed and compensation accuracy only with a little increasing of computation comparing with original NLMS algorithm.

This paper studies the influence of environmental O on the semiconductor gas sensor responses experimentally. Both the commercial thick film gas sensors and the lab fabricated micro-hotplate based thin film gas sensors are studied.With the experiments and analysis,all the sensors could be influenced by the environmental O concentration variation.Comparing with their sensitivity to the detected gases(CO or CH),the thick film sensors show independent on the O influence when detecting CH,while the influences of O on thick film sensors to CO are large and the influences on thin film sensors are large too,whatever the CO or CH gas.

The device performance made by thin gate oxide is related to the oxide thickness uniformity and the interface smoothness.Unfortunately, native oxide roughens the initial surface before thermal oxidation.In this paper,we have designed a leak-tight low-pressure NO oxidation system, and the native oxide is desorbed in-situ under H environment.Atomically smooth oxide and Si interface of ultra-thin oxides(11-38A) were achieved as observed by high-resolutional TEM. Significant mobility enhancement over large gate field is obtained by reducing interface roughness scattering.The oxide reliability is also improved by this smoother interface between Si and oxide.
