Coronaviruses are enveloped viruses that cause different diseases in humans and animals （Suet al., 2016）. Murine hepatitis virus （MHV） causes hepatitis, enteritis and central nervous system diseases in rodents and is one of the best- studied coronaviruses. MHV belongs to the genera betacoronavirus. Members from the same genera also include highly pathogenic coronaviruses such as the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus （SARS-CoV） and the Middle-East respiratory syndrome coronavirus （MERS-CoV）（Vijay and Perlman, 2016）.

The effects of lanthanides on the hydrolysis of phosphatidylinositol in human erythrocyte membranes were studied. 3H-inositoI labeling chromatography and HPLC were used to determine inositol 1, 4, 5-triphosphatc and dia-cylglycerol separately, the hydrolytic products of phosphatidylinositol due to the reaction of lanthanide ions with human erythrocyte membranes. The unhydrolyzed phosphatidylinositol in membranes was also determined. The results indicate that the hydrolysis of phosphatidylinositol can be promoted by lanthanides (La3+, Ce3+, Y3+, Tb3+) and the effects of La3+ and Ce3+ are stronger than those of Y3+ and Tb3+.

Experiments were performed on 13 Wister rats. Fastblus (FB) was injected into subcutaneous tissue in perineum area and nuclear yellow (NY) was injected into subserous lamina of the bladder wall, respectively. FB, NY and FB+NY were mostly found in the spinal ganglions of L6, S1 ans S2 segments. The numbers of FB,NY and FB+NY labeled cells were 146, 186 and 81, in a total of 463 labeled cells and their proportion was 40%, 51% and 9%, respectively. The result indicates that the spinal ganglion neurons dually innervate both the somatic and visceral tissues, and the convergence of somato_visceral sensory pathways might occur in the spinal ganglion cells.

AIM:To evaluate the efficacy of antiviral or corticosteroid treatment on hepatitis B virus-associated glomerulonephritis(HBV-GN) . METHODS:Six and five trials were used respectively to evaluate the efficacy of either antiviral or corticosteroid treatment on *** patients were pooled separately to assess their response to the above treatment *** primary and secondary outcomes were remission of proteinuria and clearance of Hepatitis B e-antigen(HBeAg) ,respectively.A fixed or random effect model was established to collect the data. RESULTS:The remission rate of proteinuria(RR=1.69,95%CI:1.08-2.65) and the clearance rate of HBeAg(RR =6.44,95%CI:3.11-13.35) were significantly higher in antiviral treatment group than in control *** proteinuria remission was significantly associated with HBeAg clearance(P=0.002) .However,the difference in proteinuria remission rate was not statistically significant between corticosteroid treatment group and controlgroup(RR=1.45,95%CI:0.68-3.11) .Antiviral therapy could significantly promote the HBeAg clearance in pediatric patients,but neither antiviral nor corticosteroid therapy could significantly decrease proteinuria in pediatric patients compared to controls. CONCLUSION:Antiviral but not corticosteroid treatment can decrease proteinuria and promote HBeAg clearance in HBV-GN patients.

BACKGROUND: Inflammatory pseudotumor of the biliary tract is a benign disease, and is extremely rare. Its diagnosis often depends on pathological examination after operation. The histopathological examination shows inflammatory lesions with a polymorphous infiltration and variable amounts of fibrous tissue. This study was undertaken to elucidate that an inflammatory pseudotumor in the right hepatic duct is especially difficult to distinguish from hilar cholangiocarcinoma. METHOD: The clinical data of one patient with inflammatory pseudotumor of the right hepatic duct were analyzed. RESULTS: An occupying lesion of the right hepatic duct was revealed by abdominal ultrasound and magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography. The right hepatic duct inflammatory pseudotumor was not identified during the operation but was confirmed by postoperative histopathological analysis. The patient recovered well without any serious complication. CONCLUSIONS: The preoperative evaluation for optimizing surgical management is important to the diagnosis of hepatobiliary occupying lesions. The evaluation involves clinical manifestations, imaging appearance and tumor markers. Malignant tumors and possible benign lesions should be considered to avoid aggressive surgical treatment.
