The correlation between the longitudinal crack occurrence and integrated heat transfer of the mold with data mining methods was ***,three kinds of support vector machine models based on principal component analysis with different input features were established to explore the effect of integrated heat transfer on the accuracy of the prediction model for the longitudinal *** results show that the accuracy was improved while features including mean and standard deviation of integrated heat transfer were ***,the difference in integrated heat transfer between defect and normal samples under the same process parameters was quantitatively *** with normal samples,the temperature difference of cooling water for defect samples decreased by 0.65%,and the temperature difference fluctuation increased by 31.1%.Finally,the literature data were used to provide support for the quantitative correlation according to defect formation mechanism.A new criterion for the prediction of longitudinal crack and a discovering method for correlation between product quality and process parameters in the manufacturing industry have been provided.

We investigated the effect of additional doping with Ce on the ionic conductivity of the Nb-doped Li7La3Zr2O12（LLZO） garnet ceramics using a combination of experimental and modeling *** results indicate that Ce doping can alter lattice parameters of the LLZNO,leading to the enhanced lithium ionic *** Ce,Nb co-doped LLZO（LLZNCO） structure with composition Li6.5La3Zr1.5-xNb0.5CexO12（x=0.125） exhibits a lower activation energy（Ea=0.39 eV） than Li6.5La3Zr1.5Nb0.5O12（LLZNO）(Ea=0.41 eV).Furthermore,Ce doping leads to an increase in Li+conductivity from 6.4×10-4to 7×10-4S/cm at room *** addition,we discuss the diffusivity and conductivity of our samples using ab initio molecular dynamics simulations and propose possible mechanisms to explain the enhanced Li-ion conductivity caused by co-doping with Ce and *** results demonstrate that the LLZNCO ceramics are promising candidates for potential solid-state electrolytes for Li-ion batteries.

Occasional irregular initial solidification phenomena,including stickers,deep oscillation marks,depressions,and surface cracks of strand shells in continuous casting molds,are important limitations for developing the high-efficiency continuous casting of *** application of mold thermal monitoring(MTM) systems,which use thermocouples to detect and respond to temperature variations in molds,has become an effective method to address irregular initial solidification *** systems are widely applied in numerous steel companies for sticker breakout ***,monitoring the surface defects of strands remains ***,indepth research is necessary to utilize the potential advantages and comprehensive monitoring of MTM *** paper summarizes what is included in the irregular initial solidification phenomena and systematically reviews the current state of research on these phenomena by the MTM ***,the influences of mold slag behavior on monitoring these phenomena are ***,the remaining problems of the formation mechanisms and investigations of irregular initial solidification phenomena are discussed,and future research directions are proposed.

The ferroelectric semiconductor material PbTiO3exhibits remarkable spontaneous polarization and photoelectric properties, positioning it as a promising polar photocatalyst. The internal electric field of ferroelectrics can separate photocarriers and enhance the catalytic performance of photocatalysts. Moreover, when combined with other semiconductors, PbTiO3contributes to the construction of a depolarization field, extending the catalytic applications of PbTiO3catalysts. PbTiO3exhibits optical absorption, semiconductor, and piezoelectric properties. Its piezoelectric polarization field enhances charge separation, modulates band structure, surface charge conduction, and heterojunction interface charge conduction,thereby amplifying photocatalytic activity. This paper begins by examining the structure, properties, and preparation methods of PbTiO3. Subsequently, it delves into the optimization of PbTiO3's structure and performance,exploring applications in photocatalysis as a ferroelectric photocatalyst. Emphasis is placed on the detailed discussion of surface modification, heterostructure formation, and ferroelectric polarization of PbTiO3ferroelectrics. These aspects are thoroughly explored for their role in regulating activity and optimizing the performance of photocatalysis and photopiezoelectric catalysis. In conclusion, the paper addresses the current research status of PbTiO3ferroelectric materials and highlights the challenges that lie *** intention is to provide valuable references for the ongoing research in PbTiO3ferroelectric materials.

Converter slag is a by-product of the steelmaking process and contains a large amount of Ca,Fe,P and other *** the phosphorus in the converter slag can be effectively extracted,the resulting phosphorus can be used as a phosphate *** in converter slag is mainly enriched in 2CaO·SiO_(2)-3CaO·P_(2)O_(5)(C_(2)S-C_(3)P)solid solution and is easily dissolved in ***,acid leaching method was used to dissolve the solid solution to extract phosphorus in converter slag,so as to realize the recycling of phosphorus resources in converter *** leaching behavior of three actual converter slags from different steel mills in acid leaching solutions composed of citric acid,sodium hydroxide,hydrochloric acid and deionized water was studied by X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy combined with energy dispersive spectrometry,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and Raman spectroscopy to reveal the change in object image structure as well as SiO_(4) and PO_(4) tetrahedron before and after acid *** results show that only a small amount of phosphorus in converter slag with too low basicity is enriched in C_(2)S-C_(3)P solid solution,resulting in poor leaching *** the converter slag has a high basicity,the removal effect of phosphorus is 70.64%-81.88%.In addition,when the basicity of converter slag is roughly the same,the dephosphorization effect of slag with high FeO content is relatively *** acid leaching will cause depolymerization behavior of SiO_(4) and PO_(4) tetrahedron,so that the mole fraction of Q0(Si)(asymmetric stretching vibration of Si-O bond in SiO_(4) tetrahedron with bridge oxygen number of 0)and NBO/Si(non-bridging oxygen in silicate tetrahedra)will ***-containing solids can be obtained from the solution after acid leaching through static precipitation,and the solids have the potential to make phosphate fertilizers.

A new Ni+Zr co-alloyed FeCrAl-ODS(oxide-dispersion-strengthened)ferritic alloy was fabricated by ball-milling and *** electron microscopy and atom probe tomography,the dispersive formation of high density core-shelled nano-particles of various sizes was confirmed with a common B2-NiAl *** which,median-sized nano-particles(20-50 nm)typically have an Y_(4)Al_(2)O_(9)nano-core of<~20 nm,ultra-fine nano-particles(<~20)nm have an Y_(4)Zr_(3)O_(12)nano-core of<~10 nm,and larger-sized nano-particles(50-100 nm)incorporate an ultra-fine Y_(4)Al_(2)O_(9)nano-core and a few ultra-fine Y_(4)Zr_(3)O_(12)*** these nano-phases were highly coherent with the ferritic *** large Y--Al-O nano-oxides were *** total number density of ultra-fine nano-particles was estimated as~2×10^(23)m^(-3)with a mean size of 6.3 nm only,and accordingly,the new alloy achieved an excellent combination of strength and ductility at high temperatures.

Preparation of Manganese Oxide and Its Adsorption Properties

The in-situ oxidation of manganese sulfate solution with H2O_(2),sodium hypochlorite,potassium permanganate and oxygen as oxidants was investigated by means of SEM,EDS,XRD,BET and infrared analysis,and the effects of different oxidants on the morphology,phase composition,surface properties and specific surface area of manganese oxides were *** experimental results show that the diameter of manganese oxide particles prepared with H_(2)O_(2)is the smallest,about 50 nm,and the specific surface area is the largest,63.8764 m^(2)/*** has the advantages of abundant surface hydroxyl groups,no introduction of other impurities and large adsorption *** is most suitable to be used as an oxidant for oxidizing manganese sulfate solution to prepare manganese oxide by in-situ *** manganese oxide prepard by H_(2)O_(2)in-situ oxidation method is used as adsorbent to adsorb cobalt and nickel impurities in manganese *** the reaction pH is 6,the reaction time is 30min and the amount of adsorbent is 1.0 g,the adsorption rates of cobalt and nickel impurities in 100ml manganese sulfate solution are 97.59%and 97.67%,*** residual amounts of cobalt and nickel meet the industrial process standard of first-class products(Co,Ni w/%≤0.005)of high-purity manganese sulfate(Hg/t4823-2015)for *** study plays a guiding role in the preparation and regulation of manganese oxide,and provides a new method with high efficiency,purity and adsorbent availability for the preparation of high-purity manganese sulfate solution.

In this paper,nitrogen-doped graphene quantum dots(N-GQDs)were combined with gadolinium ions(Gd^(3+))by a surface modification to obtain magneto-optical dual-functional N-GQDs/Gd^(3+)*** morphology of obtained composite was characterized by field emission scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron *** and magnetic properties were measured by a fluorescence spectrophotometer and a vibrating sample magnetometer,*** indicate that well-dispersed spherical N-GQDs/Gd^(3+)nanoparticles have an average diameter of 7 nm.N-doping significantly increases the luminesce nce of particles with an optimal luminescence intensity at 20℃and pH=9.X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy results indicate that the N-doping introduces pyrrolic N as an electron donor,enhancing fluorescence by increasing the surface electron cloud density of *** addition,density functional theory calculation results reveal that N-doping reduces the band gap of NGQDs/Gd^(3+),enabling electronic transitions to higher energy levels and generating more activation sites,thereby enhancing *** to N-GQDs/Gd^(3+)prepared at 20℃,the saturated magnetization of particles prepared at 40℃is 0.85 emu/g,indicating a better magnetic *** above results suggest that bifunctional nanomaterials N-GQDs/Gd^(3+)with excellent optical properties and magnetism can be better used for fluorescence and magnetic resonance imaging.
