The rapid evolution of flexible wearable electronics has spurred a growing demand for energy storage devices,characterized by low-cost manufacturing processes,high safety standards,exceptional electrochemical performance and robust mechanical *** novel flexible devices,fiber-shaped batteries(FSBs)have emerged as prominent solutions exceptionally suited to future applications,owing to their unique one-dimensional(1D)architecture,remarkable flexibility,potential for miniaturization,adaptability to deformation and compatibility with the conventional textile *** the forefront research on fiber-shaped batteries,zincbased FSBs(ZFSBs)have garnered significant attentions,featured by the promising electrochemical properties of metallic *** enthusiasm is driven by the impressive capacity of Zn(820 mAh·g^(-1))and its low redox potential(Zn/Zn^(2+):-0.76 V *** hydrogen electrode).This review aims to consolidate recent achievements in the structural design,fabrication processes and electrode materials of flexible ***,we highlight three representative structural configurations:parallel type,twisted type and coaxial *** also place special emphasis on electrode modifications and electrolyte ***,we delve into the promising development opportunities and anticipate future challenges associated with ZFSBs,emphasizing their potential roles in powering the next generation of wearable electronics.

Algorithms for single machine scheduling with availability constraints

It is a NP-hard problem to schedule a list of nonresumable jobs to the available intervals of an availability-constrained single machine to minimize the scheduling length. This paper transformed this scheduling problem into a variant of the variable-sized bin packing problem, put forward eight bin packing algorithms adapted from the classic one-dimensional bin packing problem and investigated their performances from both of the worst-case and the average-case scenarios. Analytical results show that the worst-case performance ratios of the algorithms are not less than 2. Experimental results for average cases show that the Best Fit and the Best Fit Decreasing algorithm outperform any others for independent and precedence-constrained jobs respectively.

The most important problem in targets tracking is data association which may be represented as a sort of constraint combinational optimization problem. Chaos optimization and adaptive genetic algorithm were used to deal with the problem of multi-targets data association separately. Based on the analysis of the limitation of chaos optimization and genetic algorithm, a new chaos genetic optimization combination algorithm was presented. This new algorithm first applied the "rough" search of chaos optimization to initialize the population of GA, then optimized the population by real-coded adaptive GA. In this way, GA can not only jump out of the "trap" of local optimal results easily but also increase the rate of convergence. And the new method can also avoid the complexity and time-consumed limitation of conventional way. The simulation results show that the combination algorithm can obtain higher correct association percent and the effect of association is obviously superior to chaos optimization or genetic algorithm separately. This method has better convergence property as well as time property than the conventional ones.

In this paper, by numerical analysis the relationship of the modulation broaden index with modulation index using high-order-harmonic detection is investigated. Using the voltage modulation the 2f,4f and 6f harmonic signals about the reflection spectroscopy of 6S1/2(F = 4) →6P3/2 transition of the cesium D2 line are also be measured. The experimental results are in good agreement with the theoretical predictions. It is found that narrower line-width can be achieved by higher-harmonic detection than the line-width detected by direct absorption when the modulation index is smaller than 1.81, 2.98 and 4.14 for 2f, 4f, and 6f signals, respectively.

Electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding inhigh-frequency range, especially the rapidly growing terahertz(THz) frequency range, attracts increasing attention due tothe potential application of terahertz in 6G wirelesscommunication, and security inspection. However, traditionalconductive EMI films typically achieve high shieldingeffectiveness through strong reflection, which may causesecondary pollution to other devices. Here, a gradientstructure strategy was proposed to constructTi_(3)C_(2)Tx/hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose (HPMC) film, in whichthe content of Ti_(3)C_(2)Tx gradually increases along the thicknessdirection, resulting in different conductivity of the two surfaces(surface-M and surface-H) for the film. The obtained gradientfilmexhibits an EMI shielding efficiency of over 48.5 dB in theTHz range (0.2-1.6 THz) at a thickness of 40 μm. Especially,as the THz waves incident from the surface-H to the film, the absorption effectiveness reaches 48.2 dB (average absorbedpower loss up to 91.4%), and the reflection effectiveness is only 0.3 dB. In additions, the gradient-film also demonstrates ahigh absorption rate of 95.5% in the infrared band (2.5-16.7 μm). Moreover, the gradient-film exhibits an excellent tensilestress and Young’s modulus value of 173.1 MPa and 2.8 GPa, respectively. Therefore, the gradient-film proposed in thiswork, with excellent electromagnetic absorption in both THz and infrared band, provides a promising candidate for the nextgenerationEMI shielding applications.

Nowadays,force sensors play an important role in industrial production,electronic information,medical health,and many other ***-dimensional material-based filed effect transistor(2D-FET)sensors are competitive with nano-level size,lower power consumption,and accurate ***,few of them has the capability of impulse detection which is a path function,expressing the cumulative effect of the force on the particle over a period of *** we fabricated the flexible polymethyl methacrylate(PMMA)gate dielectric MoS_(2)-FET for force and impulse sensor *** systematically investigated the responses of the sensor to constant force and varying forces,and achieved the conversion factors of the drain current signals(I_(ds))to the detected impulse(I).The applied force was detected and recorded by I_(ds)with a low power consumption of~30 *** sensitivity of the device can reach~8000%and the 4×1 sensor array is able to detect and locate the normal force applied on ***,there was almost no performance loss for the device as left in the air for two months.

In this paper, a wide-band miniaturized Conformal conical Archimedean spiral(CCARS) antenna is proposed for Ultra wideband(UWB) *** CCARS antenna utilizes the vertical space instead of horizontal space significantly saving the antenna installation space. We investigate the transformation from Planar Archimedean spiral(PARS) antenna to the CCARS antenna and the antenna miniaturization technique. Due to the using of flexible dielectric substrate, the PARS antenna can be bent freely, which assures the transformation from the PARS antenna to the CCARS antenna. To realize antenna miniaturization, zigzag shape arms are applied to the PARS antenna. Moreover, the CCARS antenna has good unidirectional radiation property that avoids the using of traditional absorber-loaded back cavity. The measured results of antenna prototype indicate that the Voltage standing wave ratio(VSWR) is below 2 over the frequency range from 1.3GHz to 9GHz. The antenna gain is higher than3.4d Bi and the Front to back(F/B) ratio is better than20 d B from 2GHz to 7GHz. In addition, good radiation patterns and broad 3d B beam width are also available for the CCARS antenna.

Particle filter initialization in non-linear non-Gaussian radar target tracking

When particle filter is applied in radar target tracking, the accuracy of the initial particles greatly effects the results of filtering. For acquiring more accurate initial particles, a new method called “competition strategy algorithm” is presented. In this method, initial measurements give birth to several particle groups around them, regularly. Each of the groups is tested several times, separately, in the beginning periods, and the group that has the most number of efficient particles is selected as the initial particles. For this method, sample initial particles selected are on the basis of several measurements instead of only one first measurement, which surely improves the accuracy of initial particles. The method sacrifices initialization time and computation cost for accuracy of initial particles. Results of simulation show that it greatly improves the accuracy of initial particles, which makes the effect of filtering much better.
