为探究千屈菜科紫薇属(Lagerstroemia L.)、黄薇属(Heimia Link)及千屈菜属(Lythrum L.)之间的亲缘关系,本研究利用流式细胞术以二倍体白菜(Brassica rapa Rupr.)和黄瓜(Cucumis sativus L.)为内标对紫薇属8种2品种、黄薇属2种和千屈菜属1种进行了基因组大小测定,利用染色体压片技术获得2种黄薇属植物和千屈菜的染色体核型参数。结果表明,10份紫薇属植物的基因组大小在341.00±2.00~370.00±8.89 Mbp之间;黄薇(Heimia myrtifolia Cham. et Schlechtend.)和柳叶黄薇(H. salicifolia Link)基因组分别为414.67±5.77 Mbp和420.00±7.00 Mbp,染色体数目均为16,核型公式分别为2n=16=6sm+8m+2st和2n=16=2sm+14m;千屈菜(Lythrum salicaria L.)的基因组为1294.00±30.32 Mbp,染色体数目为54,核型公式为2n=54=31sm+15m+8st。本研究首次报道了千屈菜科13种植物的基因组大小,以及2种黄薇属植物和千屈菜的核型,研究结果为千屈菜科植物基因组学和遗传进化研究奠定了基础。
