Obiective:To investigate the effects of Xiaoxianxiong Tang on the proliferation,invasion,apoptosis,and other cell biological behaviors of non-small cell lung cancer A549 ***:Human lung adenocarcinoma A549 cells were cultured in vitro,and the IC50 concentration and effective time of administration of Xiaoxianxiong Tang were determined by the CCK-8 assay to detect the inhibitory effect of Xiaoxianxiong Tang on A549 cells *** effect of the Xiaoxianxiong Tang on apoptosis was determined by flow cytometry;the apoptosis-related protein was detected via Western blot;the metastasis-related protein mRNA was detected by ***:Xiaoxianxiong Tang significantly inhibited the proliferation viability,the invasive ability,and the clonogenic ability of A549 cells compared with the control group(P<0.001).Moreover,Xiaoxianxiong Tang significantly promoted the apoptosis of A549 cells(P<0.001).Xiaoxianxiong Tang significantly up-regulated Bax and down-regulated Bcl2 expression in A549 cells compared with the control group(P<0.01).The mRNA expression of MMP2 and MMP9 was significantly down-regulated by Xiaoxianxiong Tang compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xiaoxianxiong Tang has the effect of regulating the biological behavior of A549 cells,and Xiaoxianxiong Tang significantly inhibites the proliferation viability,colony formation,and invasion ability of lung cancer A549 cells.

Objective The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between miR-7-5p expression and intertissue-^(125)I irradiation sensitivity in pancreatic cancer tissues and to analyze the function of target *** Thirty-seven patients with unresectable pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma(PDAC)treated with radioactive ^(125)I seed implantation were ***-PCR was used to detect the expression level of miR-7-5p in cancer tissues and analyze the relationship between miR-7-5p expression and ^(125)I radiation *** software and online tools were used to predict the miR-7-5p target genes and analyze their functional annotation and pathway *** Radioactive ^(125)I seed implantation was followed up for 2 *** objective response rate of the miR-7-5p high expression group was 65.0%(13/20),whereas the objective response rate of the miR-7-5p low expression group was 5.88%(1/17),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ^(2)=13.654,P<0.001).A total of 187 target genes were predicted using three *** functional annotation showed that target genes were mainly involved in cellular response to insulin stimulus,regulation of gene expression by genetic imprinting,cytosol,peptidyl-serine phosphorylation,bHLH transcription factor binding,cargo loading into vesicles,cellular response to epinephrine stimulus,and *** pathway enrichment analysis showed that target genes were mainly involved in the ErbB signaling pathway,HIF-1 signaling pathway,axon guidance,longevity regulatory pathway,endocrine resistance,glioma,choline metabolism in cancer,and EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitor drug *** complex detection analysis by Cytoscape revealed that PIGH,RAF1,EGFR,NXT2,PIK3CD,PIK3R3,ERBB4,TRMT13,and C5orf22 were the key modules of miR-7-5p target gene *** The expression of miR-7-5p in pancreatic cancer tissues positively correlated with the radiosensitivity of ^(1

Breast cancer is globally the most common invasive cancer in women and remains one of the leading causes of cancer-related ***,radiotherapy,chemotherapy,immunotherapy,and endocrine therapy are currently the main treatments for this cancer ***,some breast cancer patients are prone to drug resistance related to chemotherapy or immunotherapy,resulting in limited treatment ***,traditional Chinese medicinal materials(TCMMs)as natural products have become an attractive source of novel *** this review,we summarized the current knowledge on the active components of animal-derived TCMMs,including Ophiocordyceps sinensis-derived cordycepin,the aqueous and ethanolic extracts of ***,norcantharidin(NCTD),Chansu,bee venom,deer antlers,Ostrea gigas,and scorpion venom,with reference to marked anti-breast cancer effects due to regulating cell cycle arrest,proliferation,apoptosis,metastasis,and drug *** future studies,the underlying mechanisms for the antitumor effects of these components need to be further investigated by utilizing multi-omics ***,large-scale clinical trials are necessary to validate the efficacy of bioactive constituents alone or in combination with chemotherapeutic drugs for breast cancer treatment.

Compared to conventional artificial nerve guide conduits (NGCs) prepared using natural polymers or synthetic polymers, acellular nerve grafts (ACNGs) derived from natural nerves with eliminated immune components have natural bionic advantages in composition and structure that polymer materials do not have. To further optimize the repair effect of ACNGs, in this study, we used a composite technology based on supercritical carbon dioxide (scCO_(2)) extraction to process the peripheral nerve of a large mammal, the Yorkshire pig, and obtained an innovative Acellular nerve xenografts (ANXs, namely, CD + scCO_(2) NG). After scCO_(2) extraction, the fat and DNA content in CD + scCO_(2) NG has been removed to the greatest extent, which can better supported cell adhesion and proliferation, inducing an extremely weak inflammatory response. Interestingly, the protein in the CD + scCO_(2) NG was primarily involved in signaling pathways related to axon guidance. Moreover, compared with the pure chemical decellularized nerve graft (CD NG), the DRG axons grew naturally on the CD + scCO_(2) NG membrane and extended long distances. In vivo studies further revealed that the regenerated nerve axons had basically crossed the CD + scCO_(2) NG 3 weeks after surgery. 12 weeks after surgery, CD + scCO_(2) NG was similar to autologous nerves in improving the quality of nerve regeneration, target muscle morphology and motor function recovery and was significantly better than hollow NGCs and CD NG. Therefore, we believe that the fully decellularized and fat-free porcine ACNGs may be the most promising “bridge” for repairing human nerve defects at this stage and for some time to come.

Bradyarrhythmia is a kind of cardiovascular disease caused by dysregulation of cardiomyocytes,which seriously threatens human ***,treatment strategies of bradyarrhythmia mainly include drug therapy,surgery,or implantable cardioverter defibrillators,but these strategies are limited by drug side effect,surgical trauma,and instability of implanted ***,we developed an integrated Au-nanoroded biosensing and regulating platform to investigate the photothermal therapy of cardiac bradyarrhythmia in ***-nanoroded electrode array can simultaneously accumulate energy from the photothermal regulation and monitor the electrophsiological state to restore normal rhythm of cardiomyocytes in real *** treat the cardiomyocytes cultured on Au-nanoroded device by near-infrared(NIR)laser irradiation,cardiomyocytes return to normal for long term after irradiation of suitable NIR energy and *** with the conventional strategies,the photothermal strategy is more effective and convenient to regulate the ***,mRNA sequencing shows that the differential expression genes in cardiomyocytes are significantly increased after photothermal strategy,which are involved in the regulation of the heart rate,cardiac conduction,and ion *** work establishes a promising integrated biosensing and regulating platform for photothermal therapy of bradyarrhythmia in vitro and provides reliable evidence of photothermal regulation on cardiomyocytes for cardiological clinical studies.
