This review paper explores approaches to sustaining the enduring connection between communities and heritage places in conservation *** global overtourism,the gradual outmigration and sudden displacement of local communities from heritage places disrupt not only physical ties between people and places but also shared traditions,memories and emotional *** intangible qualities constitute the social dimension of heritage and are pivotal to its cultural ***,existing conservation approaches to safeguarding this social dimension often rely on the continued presence of local communities,which may yield limited effectiveness in restoring people–place bonds amidst challenges posed by overtourism and *** review unpacks the term‘social value’within the framework of value-based assessment and progresses towards a dynamic conception of‘sense of place’.In response to the changing social composition of‘local communities’at heritage places,this review examines approaches for conserving the social dimension of heritage,aiming to sustain the enduring continuity of people–place *** proposes a broader definition of‘sense of place’that transcends the preconceived notion of stakeholder groups as a geographically defined community and suggests leveraging digital social platforms to re-establish these *** review concludes by advocating for the‘glocal community’approach,acknowledging the personal emotional connections that individuals form with a heritage place regardless of their places of *** approach has the potential to complement existing methods,such as value-based assessment and the living heritage approach,which are commonly practised in contemporary conservation efforts.

BACKGROUND Depression is a common,chronic,and recurrent mood disorder that has become a worldwide health *** hydrochloride,a common treatment method,can inhibit 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)recycling in the presynaptic membrane;however,the efficacy of a single drug is *** present,mildto-moderate depression can be treated with acupuncture of ghost caves,but the clinical curative effect of combined therapy with fluoxetine hydrochloride has not been sufficiently *** To evaluate the clinical effect of acupuncture at ghost points combined with fluoxetine hydrochloride in the treatment of mild-to-moderate *** This retrospective study included 160 patients with mild-to-moderate depression who were admitted to Shanghai Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine,Affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,between January 2022 and June *** were separated into a single-agent group(fluoxetine hydrochloride treatment,n=80)and a coalition group(fluoxetine hydrochloride treatment combined with acupuncture at ghost points,n=80).Pre-treatment symptoms were recorded,and the clinical curative effect and adverse reactions[Asberg Antidepressant Side Effects Scale(SERS)]were *** before and after treatment[Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)-24],neurotransmitter levels[5-HT,norepinephrine(NE),dopamine(DA)],oxidative stress indicators[superoxide dismutase(SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA)],and sleep quality[Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)]were *** The total efficacy rate was 97.50%in the coalition group and 86.25%in the single-agent group(P<0.05).After 2,4,6,and 8 wk of treatment,the HAMD,self-rating depression scale,and SERS scores of the coalition and single-agent groups decreased compared with pre-treatment,and the decrease was more significant in the coalition group(P<0.05).After 8 wk of treatment,the levels of NE,DA,5-HT,and SOD in the coalition and single-agent group

Cultures of folk beliefs in east Fujian Province were introduced and folk beliefs in the local area summarized as ancestor worship,female immortal worship,Taoist secular gods worship,nature worship and local sage *** of wooden arch bridges in east Fujian was introduced,major functions of the wooden arch bridges summarized as traffic hub,repairing village environment,creating rural areas with a favorable Fengshui environment,and also god *** beliefs embodied in wooden arch bridges were classified and responsibilities of the gods and immortals *** was summarized that wooden arch bridges in east Fujian were embodied with diversified folk beliefs,most of the gods and immortals were believed to be responsible for practical aspects of the locals' life,many gods and immortals were worshipped together,which shows the inclusiveness of folk beliefs in the local area,and contributes to main connotations and regional features of local folk belief cultures.

Conserving Agricultural heritage Systems through tourism: Exploration of Two Mountainous Communities in China

Community plays an important role in the preservation of agricultural heritage system （AHS）. Recently, many AHS have been valorized as interesting resources for rural tourism. The expectations are that tourism development （TD） can be supportive for the conservation of AHS while creating benefits for local communities. In this study, two mountainous pilot villages （Longxian and Xiaohuang） in a global conservation project for traditional agricutural systems - Globally Important Agricultural heritage Systems （GIAHS） were selected to identify the relationship between AHS conservation and TD. The study undertook in-depth interviews, and questionnaires of village residents and informal discussions with local villagers. A t-test and a linear regression model were implemented to explore the comparative dimensions of the two communities with different geographical location, economic situation, and stage of TD. The research found some similarities and differences in the two mountainous communities during AHS conservation and TD. Firstly, AHS are preservaed well in both villages unconsiously, while the residents in Xiaohuang value more highly the heritage elements than the respondents in Longxian, and the villagers in Xiaohuang are more worried about their heritage system; Secondly, both villages expect lots of benefits from TD and they clearly perceive more positive than negative impact from tourism and thus approve TD, while the hugedifferent perception on transportation and accessibility in the two villages reflects the bottleneck of TD in Xiaohuang village. At the same time, the respondents from Xiaohuang perceive more positive and fewer negative impact from tourism than the respondents from Longxian. Thirdly, the respondents in the two villages all show positive attitudes towards participation in tourism mostly motivated by the high income expectation. The skiing economy is a typical experience economy,so understanding the experience of ski tourists is essential to the development of the *** enrich the tourism experience research in the emerging ski market,this paper studies the 7118 online reviews of beginner skiers by selecting the main ski resorts in China as a case *** content analysis method and sentiment analysis based on the domain lexicon and custom rules are combined to explore the perception characteristics of the beginners from the two aspects of experience dimension and experience *** main results were found.(1)The five main dimensions that affect the ski tourism experience of beginners are interaction perception,price perception,reputation perception,risk perception and functional perception.(2)For beginners,skiing is the primary purpose of tourism instead of being the critical factor of the positive *** pay more attention to the pleasure produced by interpersonal interactions.(3)From 2014/2015 ski season to 2010/2021 ski season,the positive sentiment of beginners had no obvious change,while the negative sentiment showed a continuous downward trend,and the negative sentiment was mainly distributed among reviews on price,low temperature and *** paper not only expands the research perspective of ski tourism,but also provides managerial inspiration for ski destinations interested in attracting beginners from the emerging ski markets.

Spectral clustering with pairwise constraints(i.e. mustlink and cannotlink) has been a hot topic in the machine learning community in recent years. Its performances are significantly influenced by utilizing the constraints. To make full use of the constraints’ effect, pairwise constraints are integrated into an affinity matrix based on the gravitational method. In the data set as input, each point has mass property, and interacts with each other according to the universal law of gravitation. A Gravitational inspired constrained spectral clustering(GCSC) algorithm is proposed in this paper. Our algorithm is evaluated on multiple benchmark classification datasets. Compared with the existing approaches, experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of our presented algorithm.

Developing tourism to help ethnic minorities' rural areas get rid of poverty and achieve prosperity is one path for targeted poverty alleviation in the ethnic rural regions with economic backwardness. Ethnic minorities' rural areas have benefited from the national poverty alleviation policies and subsidies, the economy has made certain progress and the ethic minorities' living standard has been improved to a certain extent. However, the economic and social development still lags behind overall. Research and practice have proved that the ethnic minorities' rural tourism development planning is a forward-looking option for minority villages to implement poverty alleviation, get rid of poverty and become better off and achieve sustainable development.

As a part of certain region,agricultural development has inevitable connection with regional urbanization,and they are highly heterogeneous and complementary in space. Their internal relationship is manifested as agricultural structure suits demand of urbanization development through adjustment in the process of urbanization,while urbanization is based on development of regional agriculture. From history of world agriculture and urbanization development,agriculture firstly provides primitive accumulation for urbanization development,and drives regional urbanization through promoting agricultural development. When urbanization develops to certain stage,urbanization accumulation increases and reaches the goal of " boosting urbanization through agriculture". If urbanization develops slowly,agricultural adjustment will lack motive force. On the contrary,weak agricultural development will lead to stagnation of urbanization. Therefore,adjustment of agricultural structure and urbanization development are interconnected,mutually promoted and restricted,and interdependent.

A novel lubricating oil additive 3-((2-(2-hydroxyethyl)-1,3,2,6-dioxazaborocan-6-yloxy)methyl) benzo[d] thiazole-2(3H)-thione(BTD) was *** product was characterized by FTIR,elemental analysis,and thermogravimetric analysis(TGA).Four-ball tribological tests showed that the addition of a definite concentration of this additive to rapeseed oil could effectively increase both the load-carrying capacity,resistance to wear,and friction-reducing abilities of the *** electron microscopy(SEM) observations have confirmed that the additive could result in a reduced diameter of the wear scar.
